旨在建立规范的支气管肺泡灌洗术(BAL)操作、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)细胞学检测流程和健康犬BALF相关指标的参考数据,为BAL在兽医临床上的应用提供参考。本研究选择无呼吸道疾病指征的14只健康比格犬进行多次经支气管镜肺泡灌洗术,回收BALF,统计回收率,并对其进行有核细胞总计数(TNCC)、细胞分类计数分析,通过BAL操作绘制健康犬的内镜下支气管解剖图。结果显示,98份BALF中样品合格回收率是92.1%,出血的概率为3.4%;成功采集的89份样本中,犬BALF回收率较高的肺叶为右副叶(64.5%)、左前叶后部(60.4%)、左前叶前部(57.7%),其余肺叶回收率均在40%~50%之间;BALF平均有核细胞数304.48×10~6个/L,细胞类型出现频率由高到低依次为巨噬细胞(85.9%)、淋巴细胞(13.0%)、中性粒细胞、肥大细胞、浆细胞,而上皮细胞比例受人为操作影响较大,一般在分类计数时忽略不计。本研究绘制了健康犬内镜下支气管镜解剖图,建立了兽医临床犬BAL操作流程,获得了健康犬BALF细胞学参考值,为兽医临床上犬的下呼吸道疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断提供帮助。

Graph conjoint attention(CAT)network is one of the best graph convolutional networks(GCNs)frameworks,which uses a weighting mechanism to identify important neighbor ***,this weighting mechanism is learned based on static information,which means it is susceptible to noisy nodes and edges,resulting in significant *** this paper,a method is proposed to obtain context dynamically based on random walk,which allows the context-based weighting mechanism to better avoid noise ***,the proposed context-based weighting mechanism is combined with the node content-based weighting mechanism of the graph attention(GAT)network to form a model based on a mixed weighting *** model is named as the context-based and content-based graph convolutional network(CCGCN).CCGCN can better discover important neighbors,eliminate noise edges,and learn node embedding by message *** show that CCGCN achieves state-of-the-art performance on node classification tasks in multiple datasets.

Nanozymes are nanomaterials with enzyme-like properties that have attracted significant interest owing to their high stability,easy preparation,and tunable catalytic properties,especially in the field of cancer ***,the unfavorable catalytic effects of nanozymes in the acidic tumor microenvironment have limited their ***,we developed a biomimetic erythrocyte membrane-camouflaged ultrasmall black phosphorus quantum dots(BPQDs)nanozymes that simultaneously exhibited an exceptional near-infrared(NIR)photothermal property and dramatically photothermal-enhanced glucose oxidase(GOx)-like activity in the acidic tumor *** demonstrated the engineered BPQDs gave a photothermal conversion efficiency of 28.9%that could rapidly heat the tumor up to 50℃ while effectively localized into tumors via homing peptide iRGD leading after intravenously ***,the significantly enhanced GOx-like activity of BPQDs under NIR irradiation was capable of catalytical generating massive toxic reactive oxygen species via using cellular *** combining the intrinsic photothermal property and the unique photothermal-enhanced GOx-like catalytic activity,the developed BPQDs were demonstrated to be an effective therapeutic strategy for inhibiting tumor growth in *** believe that this work will provide a novel perspective for the development of nanozymes in tumor catalytic therapy.

基于流域氮素流通效率提升,探讨地方政府与农户的生态补偿策略选择,构建有限理性地方政府与农户的演化博弈模型,仿真分析演化均衡策略,提出补偿力度随农户行为变化的动态生态补偿政策,有利于政府长期优化政策和响应需求。研究表明:静态生态补偿政策下系统存在均衡稳定策略,且双方的初始合作比例直接影响系统演化速率;动态政策下演化轨迹螺旋式趋近混合策略焦点,可通过控制生态补偿上限等因素提升合作概率。

A Study on the Value Change of Land Ecosystem Services in Huangguoshu Scenic Area

Land use and ecological service influence and constrain each other and the quantitative research on the value change of ecosystem services and land use in Huangguoshu scenic area can help to provide a scientific basis for the harmonious development of special ecology,society and economy in Huangguoshu scenic area. This paper analyzes the value change of land ecosystem services in Huangguoshu scenic area during 2009- 2012,and explores important issues and focus in the land planning and development of Huangguoshu scenic area. The results show that the value of woodland ecosystem services is highest in Huangguoshu scenic area,accounting for nearly 70% of the total value,and there was a slight decline in the total value of ecosystem services in Huangguoshu scenic area during the four years,mainly due to the internal restructuring of agriculture and expansion of construction land. In the future development of Huangguoshu scenic area,it is necessary to economically and intensively use construction land,pay attention to the maintenance and improvement of land ecological environment,and focus on the protection of woodland,pasture land and other types of ecological land,so as to improve the overall regional land ecosystem services.

This paper is to examine the urban and rural construction land data of Dafang between basic year and final year based on country scale and spatial econometrics,and analyze its spatial pattern and change feature. According to the results,the construction lands in all the villages of Dafang County showed strong spatial autocorrelation and significant spatial cluster. After the analysis of local Moran's I,the construction lands in 381 villages of 36 counties presented strong activity. The original small-scale villages were gradually enlarging,which will not only gradually benefit local development,but also be in accordance with the strategy of " one city,one district,eight parks".

Based on information entropy theory and ecological footprint theory,we analyze the changes in land use and land ecological carrying capacity in Huangguoshu scenic area during 2009- 2012. The results show that the area of arable land and construction land was relatively increased while the area of grassland and woodland was relatively reduced in Huangguoshu scenic area during 2009- 2012,and the information entropy showed a wavy change. It indicates that the land use in the study area poses increasing pressure on the ecological environment,and there is a need to strengthen ecological protection and achieve the coordinated development of land use and ecological environment construction.

目的探讨补肾活血中药配合艾灸治疗伴有胰岛素抵抗的肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床效果。方法选择64例伴有胰岛素抵抗的肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各32例,对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予补肾活血中药配合艾灸治疗。比较两组临床治疗有效率、性激素水平、不良反应发生率。结果研究组临床治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平改善情况均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论补肾活血中药配合艾灸对伴有胰岛素抵抗的肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征患者临床效果较好,有助于改善患者性激素水平,安全性较好,值得临床推广与应用。
