Owning various crystal structures and high theoretical capacity,metal tellurides are emerging as promising electrode materials for high-performance metal-ion batteries(MBs).Since metal telluride-based MBs are quite new,fundamental issues raise regarding the energy storage mechanism and other aspects affecting electrochemical *** volume expansion,low intrinsic conductivity and slow ion diffusion kinetics jeopardize the performance of metal tellurides,so that rational design and engineering are crucial to circumvent these ***,this review provides an in-depth discussion of recent investigations and progresses of metal tellurides,beginning with a critical discussion on the energy storage mechanisms of metal tellurides in various *** the following,recent design and engineering strategies of metal tellurides,including morphology engineering,compositing,defect engineering and heterostructure construction,for high-performance MBs are *** primary focus is to present a comprehensive understanding of the structural evolution based on the mechanism and corresponding effects of dimension control,composition,electron configuration and structural complexity on the electrochemical *** closing,outlooks and prospects for future development of metal tellurides are *** work also highlights the promising directions of design and engineering strategies of metal tellurides with high performance and low cost.

Li4Ti5O(12)(LTO)has drawn great attention due to its safety and stability in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,high potential plateau at 1.5 V *** reduces the cell voltage,leading to a limited use of ***-ion batteries(DIBs)can achieve high working voltage due to high intercalation potential of ***,we propose a DIB configuration in which LTO is used as anode and the working voltage was 3.5 *** DIB achieves a maximum specific energy of 140 Wh/kg at a specific power of 35 W/kg,and the specific power of 2933 W/kg can be obtained with a remaining specific energy of 11 Wh/*** LIB material shows greatly improved properties in the DIB ***,reversing its disadvantage leads to upgraded performance of *** configuration has also widened the horizon of materials for DIBs.

(R,S)-1-苯基乙醇是药物合成与精细化学品的重要中间体,可经固定化脂肪酶不对称催化获得光学纯1-苯基乙醇。本文分别从脂肪酶类型、溶剂工程、固定化技术三方面综述了国内外固定化脂肪酶手性拆分(R,S)-1-苯基乙醇的研究进展,并指明该领域中亟待解决的关键问题及解决思路,以期为后续固定化脂肪酶应用于手性拆分(R,S)-1-苯基乙醇提供参考。

Research Progress on the Structure of DCAF7 Gene and Its Effects on Growth and Development

DNA damage binding protein 1(DDB1) and CUL4-associated factor 7(DCAF7), also known as WDR68, regulate a series of biological activities such as growth and development of organisms. In this paper, the nucleotide sequence and the secondary structure and tertiary structure of the encoded protein were analyzed by an online bioinformatics program, and the biological function, deletion effects and expression level of the gene in different tissues were reviewed, in order to provide reference for the study of this gene as a genetic marker affecting livestock production performance.

Integrated Co3O4/carbon fiber paper for high-performance anode of dual-ion battery

In dual-ion batteries (DIBs), energy storage is achieved by intercalation/de-intercalation of both cations and anions. Due to the mismatch between ion diameter and layer space of active materials, however, volume expansion and exfoliation always occur for electrode materials. Herein, an integrated electrode Co3O4/carbon fiber paper (CFP) is prepared as the anode of DIB. As the Co3O4 nanosheets grow on CFP substrate vertically, it promotes the immersion of electrolyte and shortens the pathway for ionic transport. Besides, the strong interaction between Co3O4 and CFP substrate reduces the possibility of sheet exfoliation. An integrated-electrode-based DIB is therefore packaged using Co3O4/CFP as anode and graphite as cathode. As a result, a high energy density of 72 Wh/kg is achieved at a power density of 150 W/kg. The design of integrated electrode provides a new route for the development of high-performance DIBs.

Numbers of vertebrae is an important economic trait associated with body size and meat productivity in ***,the genetic basis of vertebrae number in donkey remains to be well *** aim of this study was to identify candidate genes affecting the number of thoracic(TVn)and the number of lumbar vertebrae(LVn)in Dezhou donkey.A genome-wide association study was conducted using whole genome sequence data imputed from low-coverage genome *** TVn,we identified 38 genome-wide significant and 64 suggestive SNPs,which relate to 7 genes(NLGN1,DCC,SLC26A7,TOX,WNT7A,LOC123286078,and LOC123280142).For LVn,we identified 9 genome-wide significant and 38 suggestive SNPs,which relate to 8 genes(GABBR2,FBXO4,LOC123277146,LOC123277359,BMP7,B3GAT1,EML2,and LRP5).The genes involve in the Wnt and TGF-βsignaling pathways and may play an important role in embryonic development or bone formation and could be good candidate genes for TVn and LVn.

目的探讨宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅲ级患者阴道菌群改变及其与宫颈锥切术预后的关系,为该类患者的治疗提供参考。方法选取2017年9月至2021年6月因患有CINⅢ级在我院接受宫颈锥切术治疗的118例患者作为疾病组,另选取同期在我院进行体检的健康女性115例作为健康组,对比两组对象阴道菌群变化。另根据患者术后1年随访期间预后情况将患者分为预后不良组和预后良好组,并对比不同预后患者术前及术后1个月、6个月、1年时的阴道菌群变化。采用多因素Logistic回归分析阴道菌群改变与患者预后的关系。结果疾病组患者阴道菌群密集度Ⅰ级和Ⅳ级、多样性Ⅰ级和Ⅳ级、Nugent评分7分以上、过氧化氢阳性、白细胞酯酶阳性者构成比和阴道pH值均大于健康组(均P<0.05)。118例患者术后随访1年,预后不良共23例,发生率为19.49%。术后1个月、6个月、1年时两组患者菌群密集度Ⅰ级和Ⅳ级、菌群多样性Ⅰ级和Ⅳ级、Nugent评分7分以上、过氧化氢阳性、白细胞酯酶阳性者构成比和阴道pH值均较术前降低(均P<0.05)。预后良好组患者术后6个月、1年时阴道菌群多样性Ⅱ~Ⅲ级构成比均较术后1个月时升高,Nugent评分7分以上构成比较术后1个月时降低(均P<0.05)。预后不良组患者术前和术后1个月、6个月、1年时阴道菌群密集度Ⅳ级、菌群多样性Ⅳ级、Nugent评分7分以上、过氧化氢阳性、白细胞酯酶阳性构成比和阴道pH值均高于预后良好组(均P<0.05)。预后不良组患者切缘阳性、术后HPV持续感染占比均高于预后良好组,术后使用阴道用益生菌者占比低于预后良好组(均P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,术后6个月时菌群密集度Ⅳ级、菌群多样性Ⅳ级、Nugent评分7分以上、阴道pH值、过氧化氢阳性、白细胞酯酶阳性以及切缘阳性、术后HPV持续感染、术后使用阴道用益生菌均是CINⅢ级患者宫颈锥切术预后的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论阴道菌群改变与CINⅢ级患者宫颈锥切术预后关系密切,临床可据此及早制定相应干预方案以改善患者预后。
