PARP inhibitors(PARPi)are a kind of cancer therapy that targets poly(ADP-ribose)*** is the first clinically approved drug to exert synthetic lethality by obstruct-ing the DNA single-strand break repair *** the significant therapeutic effect in pa-tients with homologous recombination(HR)repair deficiency,innate and acquired resistance to PARPi is a main challenge in the *** this review,we mainly discussed the underlying mechanisms of PARPi resistance and summarized the promising solutions to overcome PARPi resistance,aiming at extending PARPi application and improving patient outcomes.

This paper deals with the problem of sharp observability inequality for the 1-D plate equation wtt ＋ wxxxx ＋ q（t, x）w = 0 with two types of boundary conditions w = wxx = 0 or w = wx = 0, and q（t, x） being a suitable potential. The author shows that 2 the sharp observability constant is of order exp（C｜｜q｜｜^2/7∞） for ｜｜q｜｜∞〉 1. The main tools to derive the desired observability inequalities are the global Carleman inequalities, based on a new point wise inequality for the fourth order plate operator.

In this paper,we obtain Green’s functions of two-dimensional(2D)piezoelectric quasicrystal(PQC)in half-space and *** on the elastic theory of QCs,the Stroh formalism is used to derive the general solutions of displacements and ***,we obtain the analytical solutions of half-space and bimaterial Green’s ***,the interfacial Green’s function for bimaterials is also obtained in the analytical *** numerical studies,a comparative study is carried out to validate the present *** numerical examples are performed to investigate the effects of multi-physics loadings such as the line force,the line dislocation,the line charge,and the phason line *** a result,the coupling effect among the phonon field,the phason field,and the electric field is prominent,and the butterfly-shaped contours are characteristic in 2D *** addition,the changes of material parameters cause variations in physical quantities to a certain degree.

针对城市地表径流胶体与溶解性有机物(DOM)共存特性,考察下渗柱中径流胶体和DOM的出流浓度,分析进水流速、pH值、离子强度和胶体粒径变化时城市地表径流胶体与DOM的共下渗迁移行为.结果表明,径流胶体与DOM结合后,会显著促进对方向下迁移;进水流速越高,径流胶体对DOM的携带迁移越明显,两者的出流浓度越高;进水流速为10 mL·min^(-1)时,径流胶体和DOM的穿透曲线相对峰值浓度分别比5 mL·min^(-1)时提高了3.5%、8.1%;径流胶体-DOM混合溶液在pH值为6时的下渗共迁移速度最快;Na^(+)存在抑制了径流胶体与DOM的下渗共迁移;共存地表径流胶体粒径越小,DOM的下渗出流时间越早、出流峰值浓度越低.

fuzzy logical control is a robust and effective control method in industrial fields,which renders it applicable to the attitude control of a solar ***,it is hard to apply in black-box and time-varying problem as real solar sail attitude *** the lack of a priori knowledge and the unacceptable manual workload in the design of the fuzzy logical controller(FLC),an intelligent FLC designer(IFLCD)is developed by introducing neural network modelling and automatic design ***,IFLCD also supports self-adaption for better control *** applying the proposed IFLCD in the attitude stabilization of a solar sail with individually controllable elements(SSICE),an effective solution of unmanned,time-varying,and complex system control method is offered without any mathematical model,which also overcomes the difficulties in FLC design Considering the performance degradation,accident,and distance problems faced by spacecraft,IFLCD can help with more practical problems that are hard be solved by traditional control theory.

Two problems of a one-dimensional(1D)piezoelectric quasicrystal(QC)wedge are investigated,i.e.,the two sides of the wedge subject to uniform tractions and the wedge apex subject to the concentrated *** virtue of the Stroh formalism and Barnett-Lothe matrices,the analytical expressions of the displacements and stresses are derived,and the generalized solutions for the critical wedge angles are *** examples are given to present the mechanical behaviors of the wedge in each *** results indicate that the effects of the uniform tractions and the concentrated force on the phonon field displacement are larger than those on the phason field.

为推动我国木本油料高质量发展,更好地践行大食物观,从供给、需求和国际贸易3个方面对2001—2021年间我国木本油料发展情况进行定量分析,对木本油料未来发展潜力和现实约束进行系统分析,并提出高质量发展的对策建议。我国木本油料产业发展迅速,总产量、总产值不断提高,在国家粮油安全中的作用不断增强。利好政策持续释放、种植面积有望扩大、单产提升潜力较大以及市场环境不断改善等,是我国木本油料高质量发展的潜力所在。但产业政策扶持力度不够、种植成本攀升、生产效率低下、科技服务保障支撑不足、产业链延伸不足、市场占有率低等问题,成为阻碍我国木本油料高质量发展的瓶颈。基于此,提出持续优化产业发展格局、积极培育新型经营主体、大力推动科技创新与成果转化、加强品牌建设等建议。

Stress might exaggerate the compulsion and impair the working memory of patients with obsessivecompulsive disorder(OCD). This study evaluated the effect of stress on the cognitive neural processing of working memory in OCD and its clinical significance using a ‘‘number calculation working memory'' task. Thirty-eight patients and 55 gender-and education-matched healthy controls were examined. Stress impaired the performance of the manipulation task in patients. Healthy controls showed less engagement of the medial prefrontal cortex and striatum during the task under stress versus less stress,which was absent in the patients with OCD. The diagnosis 9 stress interaction effect was significant in the right fusiform, supplementary motor area, precentral cortex and caudate. The failure of suppression of the medial prefrontal cortex and striatum and stress-related hyperactivation in the right fusiform, supplementary motor area, precentral cortex, and caudate might be an OCD-related psychopathological and neural response to stress.
