The current COVID-19 pandemic urges the extremely sensitive and prompt detection of SARS-CoV-2 ***,we present a Human Angiotensin-converting-enzyme 2(ACE2)-functionalized gold“virus traps”nanostructure as an extremely sensitive SERS biosensor,to selectively capture and rapidly detect S-protein expressed coronavirus,such as the current SARS-CoV-2 in the contaminated water,down to the single-virus *** a SERS sensor features extraordinary 106-fold virus enrichment originating from high-affinity of ACE2 with S protein as well as“virus-traps”composed of oblique gold nanoneedles,and 109-fold enhancement of Raman signals originating from multi-component SERS ***,the identification standard of virus signals is established by machine-learning and identification techniques,resulting in an especially low detection limit of 80 copies mL^(−1) for the simulated contaminated water by SARS-CoV-2 virus with complex circumstance as short as 5 min,which is of great significance for achieving real-time monitoring and early warning of ***,here-developed method can be used to establish the identification standard for future unknown coronavirus,and immediately enable extremely sensitive and rapid detection of novel virus.

Prey life stages modulate effects of predation stress on prey lifespan,development,and reproduction in mites

The non-consumptive effects of predator-induced stress can influence a variety of life-history *** previous studies focused only on short-term effects such as development and reproductive *** studies have showed that long-term predation stress(given during the whole life of the prey)and short-term predation stress(provided during the immature stage of the prey)could generate completely opposite results:the former could decrease lifespan,whereas the later could increase ***,it is still unclear whether the advantage is because of the short duration of exposure or the early stage of life during which exposure was ***,in this study,the prey(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)was exposed to predation stress from the predator(Neoseiulus cucumeris)during different life stages(larva,protonymph,tritonymph,first 5 d of oviposition,the full lifespan or none of the above).The results showed that the predation stress supplied during larval and protonymphal stage delayed development,reduced fecundity and prolonged lifespan of the prey,while the stress given during tritonymphal stage only reduced lifespan slightly and the stress given during the first 5 d of oviposition did not change lifespan but reduced *** study indicated that the effects of predation stress are dependent on prey life stage and the predation stress experienced in the early life stages is important to lifespan modulation.

目的分析彩色多普勒超声(color Doppler ultrasonography,CDUS)诊断乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结(axillary lymph nodes,ALN)的效能。方法选取2018年4月—2023年4月聊城市妇幼保健院收治的80例乳腺癌患者,均进行CDUS检查,以病理检查为“金标准”,分析CDUS诊断乳腺癌患者ALN的效能;并比较转移、未转移患者的超声图像特征及超声参数差异。结果80例患者中,“金标准”共检出48例腋窝淋巴结转移,CDUS共检出46例;以病理检查为“金标准”,CDUS诊断乳腺癌ALN的敏感度为93.75%(45/48)、特异度为96.88%(31/32)、准确度为95.00%(76/80)。Kappa检验显示,CDUS与“金标准”的一致性极好(Kappa值=0.897,P<0.001)。转移患者的内部回声不均匀占比为83.33%(40/48)、血流分布为混合型占比为87.50%(42/48)、阻力指数(resistance index,RI)为(0.79±0.20),高于未转移患者的31.25%(10/32)、0、(0.53±0.12);长径为(0.95±0.17)cm、短径为(0.69±0.13)cm,长于未转移患者的(0.71±0.11)cm、(0.40±0.05)cm;峰值流速(maximal velocity,Vmax)为(19.72±2.46)cm/s,快于未转移患者的(14.31±1.59)cm/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CDUS能够诊断出乳腺癌患者的ALN转移,具有一定诊断价值,此文的研究结果为乳腺癌患者有无ALN转移的治疗方案制定提供了借鉴内容。

以羧甲基-β-环糊精为手性固定相填料,建立了反相高效液相色谱拆分17种顺式-β-内酰胺的方法.考察了流动相pH值、盐种类和浓度及流动相组成对分离效果的影响.选定的流动相为(0.10%NH_4Ac+FA)(pH=5.0)-Me OH(体积比70∶30),在此条件下,17个β-内酰胺化合物中有7个化合物的分离度>1.5,4个化合物的分离度在1.0~1.5之间,其余化合物的分离度<1.0.理论拆分机理研究结果表明,羧甲基-β-环糊精手性拆分过程是环糊精的包结作用与氢键、偶极相互作用和立体位阻等作用力协同作用的过程.与未衍生的环糊精手性固定相相比,羧甲基-β-环糊精手性固定相具有更好的分离效果.

Optioning Water Rights:A Potential Alternative to the Hanjiang-Weihe River Water Transfer Project,China

China has started shifting from relying on supply management to demand management strategy in addressing its water shortage *** option,a financial derivative for water commodity,has been utilized to manage water demands in the United States and Europe since the 1990 s but is still novel to *** this study we analyzed the pros and cons of China’s existing system for water rights transfers and proposed an alternative,flexible trading instrument-water options for *** the uncertainty to water option pricing,this study first conducted an empirical analysis of the water option in the water-receiving area of the Hanjiang-Weihe River Transfer Project of China,and then evaluated the benefits of the water option *** show that water option trading can bring water cost saving and increase the potential industrially added value for industrial enterprises in the receiving area,and trading of short-and-medium term water options is more favorable than the long-term water options *** novel water option trading proposed in this study,once verified through pilot studies,will be helpful in addressing water shortage problems in China.

随着年龄的增长,越来越多有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL)植入患者面临白内障对视力的威胁。此类患者白内障术前眼部检查时应该关注角膜内皮细胞密度是否大于2000个/mm^(2)、前房角的开放状态以及是否有视网膜脱离、脉络膜新生血管等... 详细信息

随着年龄的增长,越来越多有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL)植入患者面临白内障对视力的威胁。此类患者白内障术前眼部检查时应该关注角膜内皮细胞密度是否大于2000个/mm^(2)、前房角的开放状态以及是否有视网膜脱离、脉络膜新生血管等眼底异常;眼部生物测量时应该关注前房深度和晶状体厚度的测量起止线,若行ICL联合角膜屈光手术的患者要按照角膜激光手术后的检查要求使用2种以上设备测量角膜屈光力;人工晶状体类型选择时要考虑高度近视眼的组织结构特点,相较于C形与L形襻,平板襻在高度近视伴有大囊袋以及较大的撕囊直径患者中相对更为稳定;Kane、Barrett UniversalⅡ、Olsen、Hill-RBF等人工晶状体屈光度计算公式在长眼轴人群中相对准确;推荐ICL取出与白内障超声乳化和人工晶状体植入术同时进行,手术切口宜大于2.6 mm。飞秒激光辅助的白内障摘除手术,虽然在减少角膜内皮细胞丢失、减轻角膜水肿、高质量撕囊等方面优于传统超声乳化白内障吸除术,但因ICL的存在会引起飞秒切削气泡聚积、需要手动调整激光扫描定位以及较低拱高,可造成撕囊和碎核的不完全,建议谨慎使用。眼科医师应充分认识和关注ICL术后白内障手术的特点和设计的难点,与患者充分沟通交流,个性化选择,以期获得更佳的视觉效果。

体育教育专业产教融合协同育人共同体的构建,是培养国家一流体育专业人才的长效运行机制和内驱动力。该文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对体育教育专业产教融合协同育人共同体构建进行研究。产教融合协同育人共同体构建存在产教融合协同育人运行机制尚未健全、联动路径形式单一、制度环境不够规范、供需双向矛盾突出、绩效管理量化不足的现实问题。在此基础上,提出了健全产教融合协同育人运行机制,拓宽产教融合协同育人联动路径,优化产教融合协同育人制度环境,缓解产教融合协同育人供需矛盾,完善产教融合协同育人评价体系的举措,以助力全面构建体育教育专业产教融合协同育人共同体,提高国家一流本科专业建设体育教育专业人才培养质量。

目的比较超声引导下经直肠穿刺与基于同轴针技术的经会阴穿刺对前列腺癌的检出率与术后并发症的发生率,探讨同轴针技术在超声引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法选取在我院超声医学科接受超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检的患者183例,根据穿刺途径将患者分为经直肠组102例和经会阴组81例。比较两组总前列腺癌检出率、术后并发症发生率,以及在不同年龄、TPSA、PV亚组之间前列腺癌检出率的差异。结果经会阴组前列腺癌及临床显著性前列腺癌检出率与经直肠组相比差异无统计学意义,且在不同年龄、TPSA及PV亚组间,经会阴组与经直肠组前列腺癌检出率差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经直肠组血便、穿刺部位疼痛及术后发热的发生率分别为10.8%、12.7%、8.8%,均高于经会阴组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论同轴针技术应用于超声引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺活检不仅可以保证穿刺的有效性,而且能够减少对患者的创伤及穿刺术后血便、疼痛及感染的发生率,值得在临床推广。
