可食用材料制备液芯酸奶球及其性能研究

为解决酸奶粘附残留在包装壁材上的问题，制备性能优异的可食性酸奶球包装。以果胶-海藻酸钠复配共混，使用模具-反向成球法制备厘米级改性液芯酸奶球，放入蜂胶-蜂蜡-壳聚糖复合可食膜液中，组装成3层结构的液芯酸奶球。比较液芯酸奶球的爆破力、弹性、失重率及感官评价，探究果胶改性结合组装3层后对液芯酸奶球性能的影响，并采用红外光谱与扫描电镜分析各物质之间的相互作用。结果表明，随着果胶质量浓度的增大，制备的改性液芯酸奶球性能反而变差。与仅使用海藻酸钠制备的液芯酸奶球相比，果胶改性结合组装3层的液芯酸奶球爆破力增大240.51%，弹性增大26.89%，失重率降低91.09%，并在储存7 d过程中形态维持稳定，表面状况良好。果胶改性结合蜂胶-蜂蜡-壳聚糖组装3层的制备方式能显著提升液芯酸奶球的各项性能，为液芯酸奶球的后续应用奠定基础。

双氧水是一种重要的现代化工原料,其生产工艺的关键是蒽醌加氢催化剂。以组氨酸配位Pd(NO3)2为前驱体,采用浸渍法制备了不同焙烧温度处理的Pd-his/SiO_(2)-T(his表示组氨酸,T为焙烧温度)系列催化剂,并评价了其催化2-戊基蒽醌的加氢反应性能,其中Pd-his/SiO_(2)-500的活性最高。作为对比,直接以Pd(NO3)2为前驱体制备了Pd/SiO_(2)-500催化剂。通过多种表征技术充分研究了催化剂的性质,结果表明,随着焙烧温度的升高,Pd-his/SiO_(2)-T系列催化剂的钯分散度在300~400℃时下降,在400~600℃时基本保持不变,并且所含残留碳成分逐渐减少,Pd0成分的占比和电子云密度上升。Pd-his/SiO_(2)-500相比Pd/SiO_(2)-500催化剂有更高的钯分散度,纳米颗粒更小,而且Pd0组分的电子云密度较高。评价实验表明,Pd-his/SiO_(2)-500的蒽醌加氢反应的加氢效率达到12.8 g/L,选择性为99.67%,活性比Pd/SiO_(2)-500高1.13倍。

Extreme high temperature(EHT)events are among the most impact-related consequences related to climate change,especially for China,a nation with a large population that is vulnerable to the climate *** on the latest Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6(CMIP6),this study assesses future EHT changes across China at five specific global warming thresholds(1.5℃-5℃).The results indicate that global mean temperature will increase by 1.5℃/2℃ before 2030/2050 relative to pre-industrial levels(1861-1900)under three future scenarios(SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5,and SSP5-8.5),and warming will occur faster under SSP5-8.5 compared to SSP1-2.6 and *** SSP5-8.5,global warming will eventually exceed 5℃ by 2100,while under SSP1-2.6,it will stabilize around 2℃ after *** China,most of the areas where warming exceeds global average levels will be located in Tibet and northern China(Northwest China,North China and Northeast China),covering 50%-70%of the ***,about 0.19-0.44 billion people(accounting for 16%-41%of the national population)will experience warming above the global *** to present-day(1995-2014),the warmest day(TXx)will increase most notably in northern China,while the number of warm days(TX90p)and warm spell duration indicator(WSDI)will increase most profoundly in southern *** example,relative to the present-day,TXx will increase by 1℃-5℃ in northern China,and TX90p(WSDI)will increase by 25-150(10-80)days in southern China at 1.5℃-5℃ global *** to 2℃-5℃,limiting global warming to 1.5℃ will help avoid about 36%-87%of the EHT increases in China.

Growing evidence suggests that the presence of cancer stem cells(CSCs)is a major challenge in current tumor treatments,especially the transition from non-CSCs to differentiation of CSCs for evading conventional therapies and driving *** we propose a therapeutic strategy of synergistic differentiation therapy and phototherapy to induce differentiation of CSCs into mature tumor cells by differentiation inducers and synergistic elimination of them and normal cancer cells through *** this work,we synthesized a biomimetic nanoplatform loaded with IR-780 and all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA)via *** method can integrate aluminum ions into small-sized protein carriers to form nanoclusters,which undergo responsive degradation under acidic conditions and facilitate deep tumor *** the help of CSC differentiation induced by ATRA,IR-780 inhibited the self-renewal of CSCs and cancer progression by generating hyperthermia and reactive oxygen species in a synergistic ***,ATRA can boost immunogenic cell death induced by phototherapy,thereby strongly causing a systemic anti-tumor immune response and efficiently eliminating CSCs and tumor *** together,this dual strategy represents a new paradigm of targeted eradication of CSCs and tumors by inducing CSC differentiation,improving photothermal therapy/photodynamic therapy and enhancing antitumor immunity.

In response to the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol and global low-carbon emission environmental requirements,the phase-out and decomposition of numerous HFC refrigerants have become urgent,necessitating efficient and mild decomposition *** study investigates the thermal decomposition and oxidative thermal decomposition pathways of the typical hydrofluorocarbon refrigerant HFC-134a,employing a combination of experimental and quantum chemical DFT simulation *** chemical simulations reveal that the initial reaction bond cleavage serves as the rate-determining step during the thermal decomposition process,with the most easily detectable closed-shell products including CF_(2)=CHF,HF,CH_(3)F,CHF_(3),CH_(2)F_(2),and CF_(4).Reactive oxygen species can significantly reduce the Gibbs free energy barrier for HFC-134a *** achieve efficient degradation of HFC-134a,appropriate catalysts should be developed and selected to increase the level of reactive oxygen species in the reaction *** studies further corroborate that HFC-134a may undergo degradation through distinct reaction pathways under varying temperature(240℃to360℃)and pressure(0.1 MPa to 4.5 MPa)conditions,in agreement with simulation predictions.

A heat dissipation model of a rectangular porous fin is established based on constructal theory. First, the constructal design of rectangular porous fin is conducted by selecting a complex function minimization, which composed of linear weighting sum of maximum temperature difference and pumping power consumption, as optimization objective. Effects of gap height, air inlet velocity, total porous fin volume and porosity on the optimal constructs are investigated, respectively. The findings show that the complex function can attain its double minimum at a value of 0.802 when the fin length and number are optimized, and the corresponding optimal fin length and number are 8.01 mm and 10, respectively. In comparison to original design, the complex function and maximum temperature difference after twice optimization are decreased by 19.80% and 66.31%, ***, the comprehensive performance of porous fin is improved by simultaneously optimizing the fin length and number. The artificial neural network is applied to predict the fin performances, which is used to conduct multi-objective optimization based on NSGA-II algorithm. Optimal structure of porous fin for multiple requirements is gained by LINMAP and TOPSIS decisionmaking strategies. The findings in this study can serve as theoretical guides for fin thermal designs of electronic devices.

Dirac method for nonlinear and non-homogenous boundary value problems of plates

The boundary value problem plays a crucial role in the analytical investigation of continuum dynamics. In this paper, an analytical method based on the Dirac operator to solve the nonlinear and non-homogeneous boundary value problem of rectangular plates is proposed. The key concept behind this method is to transform the nonlinear or non-homogeneous part on the boundary into a lateral force within the governing function by the Dirac operator, which linearizes and homogenizes the original boundary, allowing one to employ the modal superposition method for obtaining solutions to reconstructive governing equations. Once projected into the modal space, the harmonic balance method(HBM) is utilized to solve coupled ordinary differential equations(ODEs)of truncated systems with nonlinearity. To validate the convergence and accuracy of the proposed Dirac method, the results of typical examples, involving nonlinearly restricted boundaries, moment excitation, and displacement excitation, are compared with those of the differential quadrature element method(DQEM). The results demonstrate that when dealing with nonlinear boundaries, the Dirac method exhibits more excellent accuracy and convergence compared with the DQEM. However, when facing displacement excitation, there exist some discrepancies between the proposed approach and simulations;nevertheless, the proposed method still accurately predicts resonant frequencies while being uniquely capable of handling nonuniform displacement excitations. Overall, this methodology offers a convenient way for addressing nonlinear and non-homogenous plate boundaries.

The Qinling orogen in central China contains several black shale-hosted gold deposits,but the age of their formation and a possible relation between gold mineralization and regional tectonism remain *** we present results of in situ monazite U-Th-Pb dating and sericite Rb-Sr dating of the Xiajiadian black shale-hosted gold deposit to provide tight constraints on the time of gold deposition and information on the tectonic setting under which the deposit *** Xiajiadian gold deposit is mainly hosted in black shales of the Lower Cambrian Shuigoukou formation,with minor ores contained in sandy conglomerate of the Lower Devonian Xichahe *** ores in the black shales have been intensively oxidized and consist mainly of hematite,goethite,gypsum,quartz,calcite,native gold,and unrecognized iron ***,gold ores in the sandy conglomerate are free of oxidation and thus provide an opportunity to date the formation of the Xiajiadian gold *** ores consist of pyrite,marcasite,sericite,and quartz,which are associated with a variety of accessory minerals,including monazite,apatite,and *** is mainly present as structure-bound ions or nanoparticles in pyrite and marcasite,but minor native gold grains also occur as inclusions in *** is well developed in the ores,and has close textural association with Au-bearing pyrite and *** monazite grains have zoned textures consisting of a core area(Mnz1)and an overgrowth zone(Mnz2).Mnz1 contains 4.8–13 wt.%ThO_(2)and shows large variations in HREE and prominent negative Eu anomalies in the chondrite-normalized REE *** yields common lead-corrected^(208)Pb/^(232)Th dates ranging from 910±10 to416±4 Ma(2σ).These dates are interpreted in terms of a detrital origin for monazite in the core ***2 has much lower ThO_(2)contents of 0.8–1.7 wt.%and shows weak negative Eu anomalies in the chondrite-normalized REE *** yields common lead-corrected^(208)Pb/^(232
