Due to the low working efficiency of apple harvesting robots,there is still a long way to go for *** machine performance and extended operating time are the two research aspects for improving efficiencies of harvesting robots,this study focused on the extended operating time and proposed a round-the-clock operation *** to the influences of light,temperature,humidity,etc.,the working environment at night is relatively complex,and thus restricts the operating efficiency of the apple harvesting *** different artificial light sources(incandescent lamp,fluorescent lamp,and LED lights)were selected for auxiliary light according to certain rules so that the apple night vision images could be *** addition,by color analysis,night and natural light images were compared to find out the color characteristics of the night vision images,and intuitive visual and difference image methods were used to analyze the noise *** results showed that the incandescent lamp is the best artificial auxiliary light for apple harvesting robots working at night,and the type of noise contained in apple night vision images is Gaussian noise mixed with some salt and pepper *** preprocessing method can provide a theoretical and technical reference for subsequent image processing.

Lipid droplet(LD) fluorescent imaging plays an important role in the detection of lipid-related *** to their poor photostability and low hydrophobicity of currently available LD imaging fluorophores,LD imaging is limited by its short imaging period and low imaging contrast. Herein, we reasonably designed a highly lipophilic compound Cou-Flu with excellent photostability and excimer-monomer transition property. It exhibited weak excimer emission in cytoplasm, but strong monomer emission in LDs,enabling high contrast LD imaging and LD movement tracing in cells. Zebrafish imaging study demonstrated that Cou-Flu was also suitable for in vivo LD detection with excellent sensitivity. We anticipate that Cou-Flu could be widely applied to understand LD-related intracellular activities and even LD-related diseases in the future.

In this paper,a hydrothermal approach is utilized for the first time in integrating graphene oxide(GO),acetic acid(HAc)and nickel foam to prepare hydrogenated graphene(HG).There are two primary aims of this study:one is to ascertain the structure of the as-prepared HG,and the other one is to investigate the ferromagnetism of the *** hydrothermal conditions,GO was reduced and hydrogenated by HAc,while the nickel foam served as a *** work provides a novel and facile route for the synthesis of hydrogenated graphene,which may lead to the application of hydrogenated graphene in spin electronic devices.

In this paper,we introduced a novel method to prepare the few-layer nitrogen-doped graphene(FNG)from expandable graphite with *** super-capacitive properties of FNG were thoroughly characterized by a three-electrode system,and the results showed the FNG electrode achieved a specific capacitance as high as 83.8 mF/cm2 together with excellent cycling *** method could be a novel approach to combine the pseudo-capacitors and electric double layer capacitors.

Thermal stabilization is an important process in carbon fibers＇ production, during which the polyacryloni-trile fibers are heated from 180℃ to 280 ℃ in air. In this study, the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Fourier infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, small angle X-ray Scattering（SAXS） and mechanicaltensile tests. A new rule was suggested by the results of structural characterization for the cyclization, dehydrogena-tion and oxidation reactions that were observed to be drastic from 200 ℃ to 220 ℃, from 220 ℃ to 250 ℃, and inthe later period of the thermal stabilization reactions, respectively. The sizes, shapes and distributions of the sealedmicropores were obtained from the SAXS data. The breaking elongation was significantly affected by the drasticcyclization and dehydrogenation reactions. The breaking force was affected considerably by the bigger micropores,especially from 220 ℃ to 250 ℃, owing to the drastic dehydrogenation reactions.

Graphene sponge(GS) is a porous 3D structure of graphene. Although hydrothermal reduction, chemical vapor deposition, solution reduction and high temperature annealing could be used for the preparation of GS, the size and shape cannot be well controlled. Herein, we reported a facile method to prepare GS under mild condition in a size and shape controllable way. Graphene oxide was lyophilized to form the spongy structure and reduced by steamy hydrazine hydrate to produce GS. The size and shape of GS prepared were nearly identical to that of the container. The reduction degree of GS could be regulated by the reduction temperature and time.

Relationship between nighttime snack and human health conditions remains unclear. In this paper, we analyzed the association of frequency of nighttime snacking with obesity, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia using a Chinese teacher cohort. The Chinese teacher study contains 22,176 of the general adult population operated on in *** of nighttime snacking frequency was acquired by questionnaire. Overweight and obesity outcome were assessed by body mass index（BMI）, and hypertension; hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia were *** between nighttime snacking consumption and outcomes were performed with multivariat regression and further stratification analyses. We found a significant association（OR 2.11, 95% CI 1.24, 3.62; P for trend 〈0.001）between most frequent nighttime snacking and hyperglycemia. A remarkable association was also observed between most frequent consumption of nighttime snack and obesity（OR 3.10, 95% CI 1.63, 5.89; P for trend〈0.001）. The present results provide epidemiological evidence that consumption of nighttime snack was associated with obesity and hyperglycemia in Chinese adult teachers. However, the underlying mechanisms still need further investigation.

Mimetic enzymes are devised as alternates or supplements of natural enzymes in broad fields but regulating their activities in a switchable manner remains ***,we proposed an enzymatic self-assembly/disassembly strategy to address this issue.A peptide molecule Nap FFEYIH(YH) was rationally designed which,after self-assembling into nanofibers,lined up the histidine moieties to form active hydrolysis centers for mimicking hydrolase *** dephosphorylation of Nap FFEYp IH(Yp H) by alkaline phosphatase to yield YH also turned “ON” the hydrolase *** turn,phosphorylation of YH by phosphokinase epidermal growth factor receptor to yield Yp H disassembled the nanofibers and thus turned the activity “OFF”.As such,the “ON”/“OFF” of the mimetic hydrolase activities could be regulated under physiological conditions through ALP/EGFR-mediated self-assembly/disassembly of histidine *** work provides a feasible strategy for the on-demand fabrication of artificial enzymes with controllable and superior activities.

Ferromagnetism of pure carbon-based materials has been widely researched for several years. In therocially and experimentally, semi-hydrogenation graphene sheets exhibit ferromagnitism, which is related to the degree of hydrogenation. Here we reported the controllable hydrogenation of graphene using ball-milling method with acetic acid as hydrogenating agent. The hydrogenation graphene sheets were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy（TEM）, Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and magnetic measurement. The relusts of Raman spectroscopy demonstrate that the relative intensity of D band increases with the hydrogenation degree. The resluts of magnetic meansurement indicate the maximal magnetic moment of 0.274 A·m^2/kg at 2 K for semi-hydrogenation graphene.
