In this article,we explored the role of adipose tissue,especially.mesenteric adipose tissue and creeping fat,and its association with the gut microbiota in the pathophy.iology.and progression of Crohn’s disease(CD).CD is a form of inflammatory.bowel disease characterized by.chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract,influenced by.genetic predisposition,gut microbiota dy.biosis,and environmental *** microbiota play. a crucial role in modulating immune response and intestinal inflammation and is associated with the onset and progression of ***,visceral adipose tissue,particularly.creeping fat,a mesenteric adipose tissue characterized by.hy.ertrophy.and fibrosis,has been implicated in CD pathogenesis,inflammation,and *** bacteria from the gut microbiota may.translocate into mesenteric adipose tissue,contributing to the formation of creeping fat and influencing CD *** creeping fat may.be a protective barrier against bacterial invasion,its expansion can damage adjacent tissues,leading to *** gut microbiota through interventions such as fecal microbiota transplantation,probiotics,and prebiotics has shown potential in managing ***,more research is needed to clarify.the mechanisms linking gut dy.biosis,creeping fat,and CD progression and develop targeted therapies for microbiota modulation and fat-related complications in patients with CD.

Cretaceous volcanic-intrusive magmatism in western Guangdong and its geological significance

Sy.tematic zircon LA-ICPMS U-Pb dating reveals that Cretaceous volcanic-intrusive activities developed in western Guangdong. Representative volcanic rocks, i.e. Maanshan and Zhougongding rhy.dacites, have zircon U-Pb isotopic ages of 100±1 Ma, and the intrusive ones in-cluding the Deqing monzonitic granite body.and the Xinghua granodiorite body.in the Shidong com-plex, as well as the Tiaocun granodiorite body.in the Guangping complex y.eld ages of 99±2 Ma, ca. 100 Ma, and 104±3 Ma respectively. The biotite-granites of the Shidong complex main body.(461±35 Ma) and that of the Guangping complex (444±6 Ma) are Caledonian. In spite of the big time interval between Cretaceous volcanic-intrusive magmatisms and Caledonian intrusive ones, both of them are characterized by.enrichment in Rb, Th, Ce, Zr, Hf, Sm, depletion in Ba, Nb, Ta, P, Ti, Eu, and weakly.REE tetrad effect. Eu negative anomalies are: Cretaceous volcanic rocks (Eu/Eu*=0.74), Cretaceous intrusive rocks (Eu/Eu*=0.35―0.58), Caledonian biotite granites (Eu/Eu*=0.31―0.34). Studies of Sr-Nd isotope data show that all these igneous rocks have high initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7105―0.7518), and low εNd(t) values (?7.23―?11.39) with their Nd two-stage model ages ranging from 1.6―2.0 Ga, which suggest that they.all derived from the Proterozoic crustal basement of southeast China. The occurrence of Cretaceous volcanic-intrusive magmatisms in western Guangdong is related with the important lithospheric extension event in southeast China (including Nanling region) at ca. 100 Ma. The “volcanic line” defined by.the large scale Mesozoic intermediate-acidic volcanic magmatisms in southeast China may.further extend to the southwest margin of Nanling region.

Carbon fiber reinforced poly.ers （CFRPs） are known to be difficult to cut due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibers and the low thermal conductivity.of the poly.er matrix. Poly.ry.talline diamond （PCD） drills are commonly.employ.d in CFRP drilling to satisfy.hole quality.conditions with an acceptable tool life. Drill geometry.is known to be influential on the hole quality.and productivity.of the process. Considering the variety.of CFRP laminates and available PCD drills on the market, selecting the suitable drill design and process parameters for the CFRP material being machined is usually.per- formed through trial and error, In this study. machining performances of four different PCD drills are investigated. A mechanistic model of drilling is used to reveal trade-offs in drill designs and it is shown that it can be used to select suitable feed rate for a given CFRP drilling process.

本文在前人研究的基础上进一步描写普通话副词“已经”的句法分布,得到的结论是,“已经”至少具有三个语义表达功能:(1)表示对已然事件的确定;(2)表示说话人对听话人的话语预设的否定;(3)表达“已然体/实现体”范畴。文章最后梳理了15种语言对应“已经”词汇意义的多功能义项,在此基础上构拟了“已经”的小样本跨语言语义概念空间,从中可以看到不同语言表达“已经”的词在该语义空间上不同的语义功能分布。

Maize (Zea may. L.) is the world’s leading cereal crop, with production estimated at over 1 billion tonnes in 2022. In Côte d’Ivoire, maize is one of the most widely.consumed foods, with national production exceeding 1 million tonnes in 2022. Despite its importance, this crop is subject to numerous biotic constraints, including Maize streak virus (MSV). The objective of this study.was to characterize MSV isolates from Côte d’Ivoire using molecular biology.techniques. To achieve this, maize leaf samples display.ng characteristic sy.ptoms of MSV were collected from different agro-ecological zones (AEZs) of Côte d’Ivoire. Total DNA was extracted from the collected samples using the CTAB method and quantified with a Nanodrop spectrophotometer. The C2 region of the MSV genome’s open reading frame (oRF) was amplified through poly.erase chain reaction (PCR) using MSV-specific primers. The resulting PCR products were sequenced using the Sanger method. Bioinformatics analy.is was performed using MSV sequences from other African countries (retrieved from NCBI) alongside sequences obtained in this study. The analy.is was conducted using MEGA X version 10.05 software. The results showed that the main sy.ptoms observed in the field included the presence of longitudinal light green streaks on leaves, stunted plant growth, and incomplete seed development in infected plants. Phy.ogenetic analy.is of the sequences from Côte d’Ivoire revealed three monophy.etic groups, with sequences of some isolates collected from the same plot belonging to different groups. The MSV sequences from Côte d’Ivoire are very.close to those from Rwanda. This study.underscores the need for further investigation into the genetic diversity.of MSV strains to enhance the diagnosis and management of this viral disease, which is particularly.prevalent in maize crops in Côte d’Ivoire.

Mechanosy.thesis and mechanochemical treatment of bismuth-doped vanadium phosphorus oxide cataly.ts for the partial oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhy.ride

Three Bi-doped vanady. py.ophosphate cataly.ts were prepared via dihy.rate route （VPD method）, which consisted of different preparation methods including mechanosy.thesis, mechanochemical treatment, and the conventional reflux method. The cataly.ts produced by.the above three methods were characterized by.x-ray.diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy.（SEM）, and temperature programmed reduction （TPR）. Cataly.ic evaluation for the partial oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhy.ride （MA） was also carried out. The XRD patterns of all the Bi-doped cataly.ts showed the main peaks of py.ophosphate phase. Lower intensity.peaks were observed for the mechanochemically.treated Bi-doped cataly.t （VPDBiMill） with two additional small peaks corresponding to the presence of a small amount of V5＋ phase. The TPR profiles showed that the highest amount of active oxy.en species, i.e, V4＋–o- pair, responsible for n-butane activation, was removed from VPDBiMill. Furthermore, from the cataly.ic test results, the graph of selectivity.to MA as a function of the conversion of n-butane demonstrated that VPDBiMill was the most selective cataly.t. This suggests that the mechanochemical treatment of vanadium phosphate cataly.t （VPDBiMill） is a potential method to improve the cataly.ic properties for the partial oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhy.ride.

New approach to determine the plastic viscosity.of self- compacting concrete

The rheology.of concrete is best measured with the use of a rheometer. The slump flow test gives a good indication of the flowability.of the mixture and is therefore still used extensively.to judge the workability.of SCC mixtures. However, this test presents some defects. The objective of this paper is to develop a new methodology.for measuring the workability.of a SCC. In this article, we have proposed a correlation between the plastic viscosity.of concrete, the time and the characteristics of the flow final profile from the V-funnel coupled to a Plexiglas horizontal channel. The proposed approach, verified by.experimental results, represents a simple, economical and usable tool on building site, and it allows to characterize rheologically.the SCC from its flow. The comparison between our approach and the experimental values of the plastic viscosity.shows that, in a laboratory.or on site, instead of using a rheometer we can use our approach to characterize the rheological behavior of a SCC.

Regularity.of atomic nuclei with random interactions： sd bosons

Atomic nuclei are complex sy.tems with gigantic configuration spaces, therefore truncations of model spaces are indispensable. Due to the short-range nature of the nuclear interactions, one may.resort to a truncation by.using coherent nucleon-pairs which are conveniently.further simplified as bosons, such as sd bosons. The discovery.of the spin-zero ground state dominance with random two-body.interactions led to a series of studies on regular structure for sd bosons in the presence of random interactions, and this review article summarizes studies along this line in last two decades. We concentrate on various patterns exhibited in sd boson sy.tems, and demonstrate that many.random samples which were thought to be noisy.exhibit very.regular patterns, some of which are interpreted in terms of the V（5）, o（6）, o（6）, SU（3）, and SU（3） dy.amical sy.metries of the sd interacting boson model.
