Background : TDCPP is one of the major chemical of organophosphate flame retardants(OPFRs) that has been detected ubiquitously in both the environment and biota. Previously we observed that it influenced the concentrations of sex and thyroid hormones in a sex-dependent pattern, leading to reproductive impairments after short-term exposure in zebrafish. Here we investigate the consequences of longerterm exposure to TDCPP on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad(HPG), hypothalamicpituitary-i nterrenal(HPI), and hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid(HPT) axes of zebrafish( Danio rerio).Methods : A 120-day exposure test to 0.005, 0.05 and 0.5 mg/L TDCPP was initiated with fertilized eggs. Sex steroid hormones in the treated fishes were measured and transcriptional changes were *** : In female fish, exposure to TDCPP resulted in increases in plasma cortisol,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), 17β-estradiol(E2), cortisol, thyroxine(T4), and triiodothyronine(T3). Transcription of most target genes along HPG, HPI and HPT axes were increased by the exposure. While in male fish the exposure led to decreases in cortisol, FSH, LH, T4, T3, testosterone(T), and 11-ketotestosterone(11-KT). Transcription of genes along HPG, HPI and HPT axes,especially steroidogenic genes, were inhibited in male zebrafish. While, E2/T or E2/11-KT ratio was increased in both female and females. The sex-dependent changes in hormones might be due to differential responses to TDCPP induced stresses. An increase in cortisol level coincided with increases in E2 and THs in female fish, while in males decreases in cortisol as well as T, 11-KT and THs were observed. Long-term exposure to TDCPP at very low(μg/L) concentrations could disrupt hormone balances in a sex dependent *** : This study revealed that TDCPP could affect endocrine axes – HPG, HPI and HPT – in zebrafish, and impair zebrafish development.

利用低场核磁共振(low-field nuclear magnetic resonance,LF-NMR)技术研究反复冻融处理对肉鸡不同部位肌肉品质的影响。结果表明,反复冻融期间p H值变化不显著(P>0.05)。随着冻融次数的增加,肉鸡胸肉和腿肉解冻汁液损失显著下降(P<0.05),硫代巴比妥酸反应物质(thiobabituric acid reactive substance,TBARS)值显著增大,总蛋白溶解度以及肌原纤维小片化冻融初期呈现上升趋势,总水分含量均逐渐降低。低场核磁共振T2弛豫时间分析显示,其自由水占比显著下降(P<0.05)。以上结果说明反复冻融使解冻汁液损失伴随自由水比例显著下降而逐步降低,由于肌肉p H值保持稳定,推测反复冻融过程中反复形成的冰晶对肌肉微观结构的破坏,尤其对肌原纤维蛋白质溶解度的影响起到一定的作用。

[Objectives]This study aimed to establish the fingerprint of Cryptolepis buchananii *** *** HPLC.[Methods]Taking the peak of chlorogenic acid as the references,the 10 batches of *** *** *** were detected by HPLC under the conditions of column of Thermo ODS-2 Hypersil(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),detection wavelength of 323 nm,column temperature of 25℃,mobile phase of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution,gradient elution and injection volume of 20μ*** common peak identification and similarity evaluation were carried out according to Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Chinese Traditional Medicine(Version 2004 A).[Results]Among the HPLC fingerprints of the 10 batches of *** *** ***,there are 13 common peaks,and their similarity is all greater than 0.9,indicating good similarity.[Conclusions]This study can provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of *** *** Schult.

采用自行研究设计的介质阻挡-电晕放电等离子体反应装置在模拟烟气中进行NO、SO2的脱除研究。考察了O2、CO2、水蒸气等气体组分对脱除NO、SO2的影响,并进一步探讨了添加剂CH3COONH4对脱除NO、SO2的影响及作用机理。实验结果表明:O2、CO2和水蒸气浓度的增加对NO脱除有抑制作用,而引入CH3COONH4后,这些抑制作用会被减弱,使NO的脱除率得到大幅度提升,但这些抑制作用不会完全消除。在引入CH3COONH4后,气体组分和输入电流的变化对脱除SO2的影响不明显,SO2脱除率可达到94%左右。在N2/O2/CO2/H2O/NO/SO2体系中加入0.27%的CH3COONH4后,NO初始浓度不变的条件下,SO2含量较少时,对NO的脱除影响不明显,随着SO2浓度的增加,NO的脱除率不断下降,增加CH3COONH4的添加量可消除SO2的影响;另一方面,在SO2初始浓度恒定的条件下,随着NO含量的增加,SO2的脱除率保持在94%左右。在N2/O2/CO2/H2O/NO/SO2体系中加入0.51%的CH3COONH4后,输入电流2.5A时,NO的脱除率达到72%。

采用自行设计的介质阻挡耦合电晕放电等离子体反应装置进行了模拟烟气同时脱硫脱硝的研究,分别考察乙醇胺(HOCH2CH2NH2,MEA)在不同模拟烟气体系中对NO、SO2脱除的影响,深入探讨了MEA在放电过程中与NO的作用机理。结果表明:在N2/O2/SO2/NO体系中,0.56%MEA的加入可以显著消除O2对NO脱除的抑制作用;在N2/CO2/SO2/NO体系中,MEA会吸收进入体系中的部分CO2,以减弱CO2对NO脱除的抑制;在N2/O2/CO2/H2O/NO/SO2体系中,0.56%MEA的加入既可以有效减弱H2O的影响,也可以使NO的脱除率达到71.28%,继续将MEA的体积分数增大至1.20%时,可将该体系下NO脱除率提高到81.25%;同时,MEA可以在短时间内高效吸收体系内的SO2,且几乎不受其他气体成分的影响,SO2脱除率保持在95%左右。

近年,CO_(2)加氢制甲醇技术初步克服了催化剂选择性低和稳定性差的难题,实现了工业化生产。然而作为氢源,氢气的廉价替代品却极少被报道。本文利用二元金属氧化物ZnO-ZrO_(2)固溶体作为催化剂,在负电晕等离子体的辅助下将CO_(2)和水蒸气转化为甲醇。结果表明,甲醇产量达到33.56μmol/h,是单独等离子体和单独催化剂条件下甲醇产量之和的1.4倍,催化剂与等离子体联用产生协同性。甲醇产量随反应电流和水蒸气流量的增大而增大,随CO_(2)流量的增加而降低。X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)和CO_(2)-程序升温脱附(CO_(2)-TPD)表征发现,催化剂在负电晕等离子体反应条件下晶面间距增大,氧空位增多,这增强了催化剂的CO_(2)吸附性能。CO_(2)-漫反射傅里叶红外光谱(CO_(2)-DRIFTs)分析结果表明,负电晕等离子体处理后的催化剂反应过程中会产生羧酸盐(COO-),是形成甲醇的主要中间物种。

Folate-chitosan nanoparticles(FA-CS)were loaded with mouse interferon-inducible protein-10(IP-10)plasmid DNA to generate FA-CS-IP-10,which was used for immunotherapy in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).H22 tumor-bearing mice were treated with FA-CS-IP-10 and tumor targeting was observed by in vivo *** cytometry was used to detect the number of myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)in tumor and CD4+CD25+FoxP3+T-regulatory cells(CD4+CD25+FoxP3+Tregs)in *** enzyme-linked immunospot assay was used to quantify the FA-CS-IP-10-induced tumor-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTLs)and secretory IFN-γ.IP-10expression,tumor vessel density,cell proliferation and apoptosis were evaluated by ***-CS-IP-10 significantly inhibited tumor growth,suppressed angiogenesis,increased apoptosis of cancer cells,and prolonged the survival time of H22 tumor-bearing *** tissue from FA-CS-IP-10-treated mice had significantly higher IP-10 expression,a lower proportion of Tregs in spleen and higher proportion of MDSCs in tumor and up-regulation of IFN-γsecretion in CTLs compared to the other experimental ***-CS-IP-10 is a promising immunotherapeutic agent for HCC.

Adoptive therapy is a promising approach for the treatment of *** adoptive therapy,antigen-presenting cells(APCs)loaded with tumor specific antigens stimulate the proliferation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)to produce tumor antigen-specific CTLs that are transferred back to patients to kill cancer ***,tumor antigen-specific CTLs are difficult to get to tumor tissues,due to immune suppression in ***-inducible protein-10(IP-10),a powerful chemokine,attracts CTLs to tumor tissues and improves their anti-tumor *** this study,we developed folate-modified chitosan nanoparticles coating the human IP-10 gene(FA-CS-hIP-10),which bound to the folate receptors on hepatoma cells and promoted the expression of IP-10 to improve the activity of pMAGE-A1278-286 specific *** combination of FA-CS-hIP-10 and pMAGEA1278-286 specific CD8+CTLs increased the secretion of IFN-γ,inhibited tumor growth and extended the survival of nude mice with subcutaneously transplanted human hepatocellular *** results demonstrated that the mechanism of this novel therapy approach was involved in the inhibition of angiogenesis,inhibition of proliferation,and promotion of apoptosis of tumor *** study provided a potentially novel approach for the treatment of human hepatocellular carcinoma by improving the activity of tumor antigen-specific CTLs.
