The plant hormone jasmonate (JA) regulates plant growth and immunity by orchestrating a genome-wide transcriptional reprogramming. In the resting stage, JASMONATE-ZIM DOMAIN (JAZ) proteins act as main repressors to regulate the expression of JA-responsive genes in the JA signaling pathway. However, the mechanisms underlying de-repression of JA-responsive genes in response to JA treatment remain elusive. Here, we report two nuclear factor Y transcription factors NF-YB2 and NF-YB3 (thereafter YB2 and YB3) play key roles in such de-repression in Arabidopsis. YB2 and YB3 function redundantly and positively regulate plant resistance against the necrotrophic pathogen Botrytis cinerea, which are specially required for transcriptional activation of a set of JA-responsive genes following inoculation. Furthermore, YB2 and YB3 modulated their expression through direct occupancy and interaction with histone demethylase Ref6 to remove repressive histone modifications. Moreover, YB2 and YB3 physically interacted with JAZ repressors and negatively modulated their abundance, which in turn attenuated the inhibition of JAZ proteins on the transcription of JA-responsive genes, thereby activating JA response and promoting disease resistance. Overall, our study reveals the positive regulators of YB2 and YB3 in JA signaling by positively regulating transcription of JA-responsive genes and negatively modulating the abundance of JAZ proteins.

There are stillchallenges in applying drug nanocarriers for in situ sustained macrophage targeting and regulation,due to the rapid clearance of nanocarriers and burst drug release ***,a nanomicellehydrogel microsphere,characterized by its macrophage-targeted nanosized secondary structure that allows it to accurately bind to M1 macrophages through active endocytosis,is employed for in situ sustained macrophage targeting and regulation,and addresses the insufficient osteoarthritis therapeutic efficacy caused by rapid clearance of drug *** 3-dimensional structure of a microsphere can prevent the rapid escape and clearance of a nanomicelle,thus keeping it in joints,while the ligand-guided secondary structure can carry drugs to accurately target and enter M1 macrophages,and release drugs via the transition from hydrophobicity to hydrophilicity of nanomicelles under inflammatory stimulation inside the macrophages.

An ever-increasing market demand has stimulated the soaring enthusiasm of researchers to develop wide-temperature supercapacitors (SCs). The active electrode is one of the most important parts of SC, which is directly related to the energy density,power transmission and long-term cyclability of the device in the wide-temperature environment. Compared with the SC electrodes aimed for room-temperature application, the SC electrodes for operating at wide-temperature scene often face greater challenges. In this review, the main challenges of SC electrodes under various temperature conditions, including low, high and cross-fade temperatures, are summarized. The relevant performance decay and failure mechanisms of wide-temperature SC electrodes are analyzed. In addition, this review deals with the recent studies and developments in robust wide-temperature SC electrodes with respect to the rational design of electrode structures and the exploitation of advanced active materials. Finally, the future directions for exploring reliable wide-temperature SCs are also proposed.

The shuttle effect induced by soluble lithium polysulfides(liPSs)is known as one of the crucial issues that limit the practical applications of lithium-sulfur(li-S)***,a titanium dioxide nanoparticle embedded in nitrogen-doped porous carbon nanofiber(TiO_(2)@NCNF)composite is constructed via an interface-induced polymerization strategy to serve as an ideal sulfur *** the protection of the nanofiber walls,the uniformly dispersed TiO_(2) nanocrystalline can act as capturing centers to constantly immobilize liPSs towards durable sulfur ***,the mesoporous microstructure in the fibrous framework endows the TiO_(2)@NCNF host with strong physical reservation for sulfur and liPSs,sufficient pathways for electron/ion transfer,and excellent endurance for volume *** expected,the sulfur-loaded TiO_(2)@NCNF composite electrode presents a fabulous rate performance and long cycle lifespan(capacity fading rate of 0.062%per cycle over 500 cycles)at 2.0 ***,the assembled li-S batteries harvest superb areal capacity and cycling stability even under high sulfur loading and lean electrolyte conditions.

Quantum light sources are the core resources for photonics-based quantum information *** investigate the spectral engineering of photon triplets generated by third-order spontaneous parametric down-conversion in micro/*** phase mismatching at one-third pump frequency gives rise to non-degenerate photon triplets,the joint spectral intensity of which has an elliptical locus with a fixed eccentricity of√6/***,we propose a frequency-division scheme to separate non-degenerate photon triplets into three channels with high heralding efficiency for the first *** an appropriate pump wavelength can compensate for the fabrication errors of micro/nanofiber and also generate narrowband,non-degenerate photon triplet sources with a high signal-to-noise ***,the long-period micro/nanofiber grating introduces a new controllable degree of freedom to tailor phase matching,resulting from the periodic oscillation of *** this scheme,the wavelength of photon triplets can be flexibly tuned using quasi-phase *** study the generation of photon triplets from this novel perspective of spectrum engineering,and we believe that this work will accelerate the practical implementation of photon triplets in quantum information processing.

大环糊精(large ring cyclodextrin,LR-CD)是由9个至数百个吡喃葡萄糖单元组成的环状α-1,4-葡聚糖,主要通过环糊精葡萄糖基转移酶或4-α-糖基转移酶的环化作用使直链淀粉发生分子内转糖基作用得到。与常见α-、β-、γ-环糊精(cyclodextrin,CD)相比,LR-CD的空腔尺寸更大,表现出独有的结构和理化特性,这些性质使LR-CD在食品、医药、生物等领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。然而,LR-CD的制备成本高,产率较低,并且缺乏有效的分离纯化方法,因此目前还未实现工业化生产与应用。本文分别从优化底物、设计基于模板诱导的新反应路径、酶分子改造及产物的分离纯化等方面综述酶法制备LR-CD的研究近况与挑战,为LR-CD的工业化生产和应用提供参考。

特征迁移的细粒度产品形态智能决策方法

针对产品形态智能决策框架系统性不强、模型决策机制单一且历史样本数据量少等问题,提出一种基于混合迁移学习的细粒度产品形态智能决策方法.该方法将Swin Transformer和ResNets作为骨干网络设计了3个并行混合迁移学习子网络,包括产品形态识别网络(Form-CN)、产品形态深度回归评价网络(Form-REN)和产品形态分布拟合评估网络(Form-DFEN).首先应用Form-CN对产品进行细粒度形态分类判别,实现产品形态设计定位识别任务;其次应用Form-REN对产品整体形态语义进行预测评价;然后通过Form-DFEN对产品形态进行分布拟合评估;最后由Form-REN和Form-DFEN完成综合决策.以创建的手电钻数据集进行实验,并与其他经典模型进行比较,结果表明,所设计的3个网络分别取得了99.0%的准确率、0.2583的均方误差和84.3%的准确率;所提方法能够精细、高效地辅助设计师进行综合智能决策,为产品形态智能决策提供了一个更为系统的参考框架.

利用具有可视窗口的煤岩真三轴试验系统,开展了含不同孔径预制钻孔的煤体真三轴承载破坏试验,借助数字图像相关(DIC)和声发射(AE)分析方法,研究了煤体承载破坏过程的应变场与声发射响应规律.结果表明:含预制钻孔煤体呈现出拱形破坏裂纹,拱形裂纹区面积、声发射峰值能量及宏观裂纹数量均与孔径呈正相关.煤体承载破坏过程中,孔周煤体逐渐出现应变集中,孔壁发生掉渣、破裂现象,声发射信号开始活跃;随着应变集中程度的加剧,孔壁煤体剥落现象逐渐严重,使孔壁两侧对称出现“V”形破坏区,而“V”形破坏区底部则出现了沿最大主应力方向扩展和延伸的竖向裂纹;当孔周煤体应变集中区域逐步发展为蝴蝶形态时,钻孔上方煤体开始向钻孔空间移动,竖向裂纹则沿最大主应力方向快速扩展并向水平方向偏转,声发射信号急剧增加并达到能量峰值;竖向与水平方向裂纹交汇形成拱形裂纹,而拱形裂纹所包裹的煤体则被分割为独立块体,随后声发射信号明显减弱.
