Epstein–Barr virus(EBV)-associated lymphoproliferative diseases(EBV-LPDs)are common complications that occur after solid organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation(HSCT).However,their occurrence and treatment post-chimeric antigen receptor-modified T(CAR-T)cell therapy has not been *** patients had been diagnosed with EBV-positive aggressive B-cell lymphoma and experienced relapses after multiple lines of *** receiving CAR-T cell therapy in tandem with autologous HSCT,the patients achieved complete ***,with a median time of 38.5 months after CAR-T cell therapy,B-cell-derived EBV-LPDs were diagnosed,and they were relieved through the administration of immune checkpoint inhibitor or B-cell-depleting ***,our report suggests that EBV-LPDs may represent a long-term adverse event after CAR-T cell therapy,especially in patients who previously had EBV-positive disorders,and they can be resolved by immune normalization strategy or B-cell depleting therapy.

Metallaaromatics Containing Main-group Heteroatoms

Metallaaromatics are metallacycles that are derived from the formal replacement of a carbon atom in the framework of organic aromatics with a metal fragment. As an important subclass of metallaaromatics, metallaaromatics that contain main-group heteroatoms have attracted considera- ble attention. In the past ten years, we have developed several new methods to construct metallaaromatics as well as those containing main-group het- eroatoms, such as metallapyridine, metallapyridinium, metallapyridyne, metallafuran, metallabenzothiazole, metallabenzoxazole, metallabenzthiophene, aza-metallapentalene and some novel tricyclic/tetracyclic metallaaromatics. In addition, interesting reactions such as the first hetero-Diels Aider reaction between 1-metalla-1,3-dienes and nitriles, the first intramolecular nucleophilic aromatic substitution （SNAr） reaction of metallabenzene, and the first iodine-mediated electrophilic cyclizations of a metallabenzene complex were demonstrated. In this account, recent and novel approaches for their synthesis and property analyses are summarized. The structural diversity and unique properties of metallaaromatics containing main-group heteroatoms will strongly inspire further investigation of these species and provide a wide range of potential applications.

基于负荷介数的配电网电气连通性检测试验研究

在10 kV以上的高压配电网电气连通性检测中,负荷介数有较好的指标意义,并且介入性较小。通过运算高压配电网内各节点的加权介数与节点结构关键度,获得各节点的负荷介数,依据各节点负荷介数辨识出配电网内的关键节点;通过对配电网网络拓扑图的描述数据结构实施更改,设计针对拓扑图的连通性算法,采用此算法检测负荷介数,辨识出高压配电网内关键节点的电气连通性。试验研究结果表明,该方法可辨识出高压配电网内关键节点,且辨识结果准确可靠,能够针对辨识出的关键节点实施连通性检测,且具有较高的检测速度与精度,检测性能优越。

目的对注射用氨苄西林钠的质量进行评价。方法采用法定标准结合探索性研究对95批次注射用氨苄西林钠进行检验,并与往年的两次国抽结果进行纵向比较,评价本品的质量状况。结果按法定标准检验,95批次样品全部符合规定。原料为冷冻干燥和溶媒结晶工艺的产品在碱度、有关物质、水分、含量等方面存在明显差异。表现为冷冻干燥工艺的产品碱度相对较低,含量(按无水物计算)相对较低,杂质量、水分相对较高。探索性研究表明,在加速试验条件下放置,随着时间的增长,原料为冷冻干燥工艺的产品颜色加深,杂质增大;而溶媒结晶工艺的产品颜色和杂质变化较小。结论注射用氨苄西林钠总体质量较好,采用溶媒结晶工艺为原料的产品质量相对更优,原料是影响本品质量的主要因素。

Synthesis, Characterization and Electrochemical Properties of 4,5-Diazafluoren-9-yl or Fluoren-9-yl Terminated Homobimetallic Ruthenium and Osmium Allenylidene, AlkynyI-Allenylidene Complexes

A variety of rigid ruthenium and osmium allenylidene, ruthenium alkynyl-allenylidene complexes have been prepared. These allenylidene complexes were derived from 9-ethynyl-9-fluorenol and 9-hydroxy-9-ethynyl-4,5-diazafluorene in the presence of cis-OsCl2（dppm）2 and cis-RuCl2（dppe）2. The respective products have been fully characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectrometry, IR spectrometry, elemental analysis, and UV/Vis spectrophotometry. Moreover, electrochemical studies reveal that the dinuclear complexes display a quasi-reversible redox behavior and a moderate electronic communication between the two metal centers in 8a. UV–vis studies show a remarkable absorption in the region （λmax = 300-700 nm） for these complexes.

目的评价目前国产氨苄西林胶囊的质量现状及存在问题。方法按国家药品抽检计划总体要求,采用法定检验方法结合探索性研究对氨苄西林胶囊样品进行检验,通过对杂质谱、溶出度、溶出曲线、原料药对制剂质量的影响和包装材料对制剂质量的影响等项目的考察,分析本品的质量状况。结果按法定标准检验103批次样品,合格率100%,与2016年氨苄西林胶囊国抽结果比较,产品质量总体持续稳定。探索性研究对各杂质的来源与结构进行了确证;溶出度测定方法采用HPLC法检测结果与标准检验排除胶囊壳干扰后结果无明显差异;不同企业样品的溶出曲线存在较大差异;原料药的质量影响制剂质量;不同包装氨苄西林胶囊在相同的放置条件下杂质变化差异较大。结论氨苄西林胶囊质量总体较好,现行质量标准需进一步完善,建议修订溶出度测定方法为HPLC法以消除胶囊壳的干扰;建议企业开展仿制药质量和疗效一致性评价,选用质量更好的原料药,选用防潮效果更好的铝塑铝包装,或者在铝塑泡罩外加防潮袋。

Self-assembled supramolecular immunomagnetic nanoparticles throughπ-πstacking strategy for the enrichment of circulating tumor cells

Owing to their high-specific binding toward targets as well as fast and convenient separation operations,immunomagnetic beads(IMBs)are widely used in the capture and detection of circulating tumor cells(CTCs).To construct the IMBs,surface modifications are generally performed to functionalize the magnetic cores(***_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles),and the employed surface modification strategies normally influence the structure and functions of the prepared IMBs in *** from the existing work,we proposed the use of supramolecular layer-by-layer(LBL)self-assembly strategy to construct the *** general,owing to theπ-πstacking interactions,the polydopamine,graphene oxide and‘molecular glue’γ-oxo-1-pyrenebutyric acid were self-assembled on Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles sequentially,thereby accomplishing the integration of different functional components onto magnetic cores to prepare the self-assembled supramolecular immunomagnetic beads(ASIMBs).The ASIMBs showed high sensitivity,specificity and good biocompatibility to the model CTCs and low nonspecific adsorption to the negative cells(∼93%for MCF-7 cells and 17%for Jurkat cells).Meanwhile,ASIMBs possessed a remarkable potential to screen the rare MCF-7 cells out of large amounts of interfering Jurkat cells with the capture efficiency of 75-100%or out of mouse whole blood with the capture efficiency of 20-90%.The captured cells can be further recultured directly without any more treatment,which showed huge applicability of the ASIMBs for in vitro detection in clinical practices.

pH-responsive superstructures prepared via the assembly of Fe_(3)O_(4) amphipathic Janus nanoparticles

The strategy of using Fe_(3)O_(4) amphiphilic Janus nanoparticles(Fe_(3)O_(4)@AJNPs)bearing b-cyclodextrin(b-CD)and aminopyridine(APD)functionalized polymethyl methacrylate(PGMA)to construct pH-stimuli responsive co-assemblies through host-guest interactions between b-CD and APD was *** spherical co-assemblies with an average diameter about 210nm were excellent magnetic responsive and quite stable even up to 2 months in deionized *** pH-liable capability of these co-assemblies was revealed by disassembly of the formed superstructures with destruction of the built inclusion *** disassembly process was monitored by SEM,TEM,DLS and fluorescent molecules *** disassembly of the co-assemblies caused by protonation of nitrogens in APD,hydrophobic PGMA-APD lacking of interactions with the Fe_(3)O_(4)@AJNPs chains was precipitated,and the remained Fe_(3)O_(4)@AJNPs turned to re-assemble to ***,the recyclable Fe_(3)O_(4)@APJNs could reassembly with additional PGMA-APD to build co-assemblies with a uniform morphology for several *** pH-sensitive co-assemblies with high stability,good magnetic responsiveness and cytocompatibility could be used as pH-responsive vehicles within which to encapsulate drugs for subsequent controlled release.

Urchin-like Na-doped zinc oxide nanoneedles for low-concentration and exclusive VOC detections

In the early-stage diagnosis of lung cancer,the low-concentration(<5 ppm)volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are extensively identified to be the biomarkers for breath ***,the urchin-like sodium(Na)-doped zinc oxide(ZnO)nanoneedles were synthesized through a hydrothermal strategy with the addition of different contents of citric *** Na-doped ZnO gas sensor with a 3:1 molar ratio of Na^(+)and citric acid showed outstanding sensing properties with an optimal selectivity to various VOCs(formaldehyde(HCOH),isopropanol,acetone,and ammonia)based on working temperature ***,significantly enhanced sensitivity(21.3@5 ppm)compared with pristine ZnO(~7-fold),low limit of detection(LOD)(298 ppb),robust humidity resistance,and long-term stability of formaldehyde sensing performances were obtained,which can be attributed to the formation of a higher concentration of oxygen vacancies(20.98%)and the active electron ***,the improved sensing mechanism was demonstrated by the exquisite band structure and introduction of the additional acceptor level,which resulted in the narrowed bandgap of ZnO.

Perfluorinated iodine alkanes promote the differentiation of mouse embryonic stem cells by regulating estrogen receptor signaling

Investigating the development toxicity of perfuorinated iodine alkanes(PFIs)is critical,given their estrogenic effects through binding with estrogen receptors(ERs).In the present study,two PFIs,including dodecafuoro-1,6-diiodohexane(PFHx DI)and tridecafuorohexyl iodide(PFHx I),with binding preference to ERαand ERβ,respectively,were selected to evaluate their effects on proliferation and differentiation of the mouse embryonic stem cells(m ESCs).The results revealed that,similar to E_(2),50μmol/L PFHx DI accelerated the cell proliferation of the m *** PFI stimulation at the exposure concentrations of 2–50μmol/L promoted the differentiation of the m ESCs as characterized by the upregulation of differentiation-related biomarkers(i.e.,Otx2 and Dnmt3β)and downregulation of pluripotency genes(i.e.,Oct4,Nanog,Sox2,Prdm14 and Rex1).Comparatively,PFHx DI exhibited higher induction effect on the differentiation of the m ESCs than did PFHx *** tests on ER signaling indicated that both PFI compounds induced exposure concentration-dependent expressions of ER signaling-related biomarkers(i.e.,ERα,ERβand Caveolin-1)in the m ESCs,and the downstream ER responsive genes(i.e.,c-fos,c-myc and c-jun)well responded to PFHx I *** role of ER in PFI-induced effects on the m ESCs was further validated by the antagonistic experiments using an ER inhibitor(ICI).The findings demonstrated that PFIs triggered ER signaling,and perturbed the differentiation program of the m ESCs,causing the potential health risk during early stage of development.
