Along with the rapid development of port building, the negative impacts of port＇s construction and operation on the coastline ecosystem are also increasingly strong. Therefore, it＇s urgent to establish a scientific and complete system of port ecological suitability evaluation. This paper pointed out the characteristics of port ecological effects and the principles of selecting evaluation index, and used the ＂pressure-state-response （PSR）＂ model to analysis the various pressures on the environment caused by port construction and operation, and the system＇s response. On this basis, we constructed the port ecological suitability evaluation index. This model used the combination of qualitative and quantitative analytic hierarchy process, to meet the multi-level, multi-objective characteristics of evaluation index system. The evaluation index system and evaluation model can be used to analysis the ecological suitability of port projects comprehensively and have some guiding significance to the port ecological suitability evaluation.

Suppression of the inner energy dissipation,related to the lattice phonons and inner defects,in lanthanide doped upco nversion luminescent materials remains a formidable ***,we reveal an energy cycling strategy capable of suppressing the inner energy dissipation in lanthanide doped upconversion ***^(3+)ions were introduced in Er^(3+)heavily doped nanocrystals as an energy reservoir to compete with the inner energy *** detailed energy cycling processes between Er^(3+)activator and Yb^(3+)reservoir,responsible for the enhancement of Er^(3+)upconversion intensity,are proposed and further verified on the basis of spectral *** energy cycling strategy,with unique merits like facile and cost-effective preparation as well as broad scope of application,is highly valuable in lanthanide luminescent nano materials.

Leucite particles were synthesized from feldspar mixed with 0% to 52% potassium nitrate fired from 800 ℃ to 1 200 ℃ by solid state method. The X-ray Diffraction （XRD） patterns show that in the temperature range from 800 ℃ to 1 200 ℃, the leucite can be removed as the single crystalline phase. Kalsilite may be crystallized with leucite at 800 ℃, but can be eliminated after prolonged heating. The scanning electron Microscopy （SEM） images clearly display the that crystals of micrometer scale leucite, and the leucite crystals distribute evenly in the matrix. The Thermal expansion coefficient （TEC） of the samples fabricated is as high as 20.52×10^-6 ℃^-1 measured from 20 ℃ to 500 ℃. The mechanism of transformation from feldspar to leucite was proposed.

Continuous renal replacement therapy（CRRT） is the mainstream approach currently for blood *** process needs anticoagulation to prevent blood ***,as a widely used anticoagulant,requires the doctor to give an appropriate *** this paper,a new method for Heparin dosage prediction is proposed based on deep *** proposed deep architecture consists of two parts,i.e.,a deep belief network（DBN） at the bottom and a regression layer at the *** DBN is employed for unsupervised feature *** can learn effective features for the prediction task without using the recorded dosage,only using the clinical examination *** incorporate task learning in the deep architecture,a regression layer is used above the DBN which uses the recorded dosage for a supervised *** on test datasets show good performance of the deep architecture and it achieves at least 10%higher accuracy at 5%coincidence rate than other traditional prediction approaches.

OBJECTIVE： To determine the clinical efficacy and safety of electro-scalp acupuncture in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke. METHODS： Totally 74 patients with acute ischemic stroke were enrolled and divided into either body acupuncture （Control） or electro-scalp acupuncture （ESA） groups according to randomized controlled principle. The patients in the control group were given body acupuncture treatment once daily for 28 d, whereas except for the body acupuncture, electro-scalp acupuncture was additional treatment given to the ESA group. Neurological deficits, everyday motor function and muscle strength were evaluated at baseline and the 28th d by NIH Stroke Scale （NIHSS）, FugI-Meyer Assessment （FMA） and Modified Barthel Index Score （MBI）, respectively. RESULTS： There were not obvious between-group differences in the baseline efficacy parameters （NI- HSS, FMA and MBI）（all P 〉 0.05）, whereas signifi- cant between-group differences were found in post-treatment NIHSS, FMA-UE and MBI scores （all P 〈 0.05）. After acupuncture treatment, systematic within-group improvements were found in the two groups for any of the efficacy parameters assessed （all P 〈 0.01）, and the ESA group showed higher significant improvements in NIHSS, FMA-UE and MBI scores （all P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Electro-scalp acupuncture was efficacious in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, which resulted in meaningful improvements in neurologic function, motor function and activities of daily living of patients.
