Compositional and structural study of ash deposits spatially distributed in superheaters of a large biomass-fired CFB boiler

Recognizing the nature and formation progress of the ash deposits is essential to resolve the deposition problem hindering the wide application of large-scale biomass-fired ***,the ash deposits in the superheaters of a 220 t/h biomass-fired CFB boiler were studied,including the platen(PS),the high-temperature(HTS),the upper and the lower low-temperature superheaters(LTS).The results showed that the deposits in the PSs and HTSs were thin(several millimeters)and compact,consisting of a yellow outer layer and snow-white inner layer near the tube *** deposits in the upper LTS appeared to be toughly sintered ceramic,while those in the lower LTS were composed of dispersive coarse ash particles with an unsintered *** characterization of the cross-section and the initial layers in the deposits revealed that the dominating compositions in both the PSs and the HTSs were Cl and K(approximately 70%)in the form of ***,the cross-section of the deposition in the upper LTS exhibited a unique lamellar structure with a major composition of Ca and *** contents of Ca and Si increased from approximately 10%to approximately 60%in the deposits from the high temperature surfaces to the low temperature *** was concluded that the vaporized mineral matter such as KCl played the most important role in the deposition progress in the PS and the *** addition,although the condensation of KCl in the LTSs also happened,the deposition of ash particles played a more important role.

Background:Breast cancer(BRCA)is the most common malignant tumor among women *** advances in treatment,many patients still die from a lack of effective diagnostic and prognostic markers and powerful therapeutic *** homeobox genes(LHXs)play vital roles in regulating the development of various ***,there are limited reports regarding their roles in the diagnosis,prognosis,and treatment of ***:UALCAN,Kaplan–Meier plotter,cBioPortal,GeneMANIA,STRING,DAVID 6.8,TRRUST v2,LinkedOmics,and TIMER were utilized to analyze differential expression,prognostic value,genetic alteration,neighbor gene network,transcription factor targets,kinase targets,and immune cell infiltration of LHXs in BRCA ***:LHX gene expression patterns are clear in BRCA and its different *** analyses indicated that this altered expression is possibly affected by genetic and/or epigenetic *** prognostic and diagnostic values of certain LHXs are unique to different BRCA *** are mainly involved in the regulation of differentiation and development,and their neighbor genes are primarily involved in cancer‐related ***,most LHXs are closely correlated with immune cell ***,LHXs may exert their functions by regulating a series of transcription factor and kinase ***:LHXs are unique diagnostic and prognostic markers and participate in cancer through different signaling pathways and/or regulatory mechanisms in *** study provides potential applications of LHXs for the diagnosis,prognosis,and treatment of BRCA and its different subtypes.

Application of Case Combined with Seminar Teaching Method in Pediatric Nursing

Objective: To explore the application effect of case combined with seminar teaching method in Pediatric Nursing. Methods: Two classes in junior year were selected by convenience sampling in 2022, and the two classes were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group by tossing a coin. The intervention group utilized the case combined with seminar teaching method, while the control group used the traditional teaching-based method. The stage test average score, final exam results were compared after the end of the course. The autonomous learning ability evaluation scale and the Chinese critical thinking ability scale were used to attain students’ autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability before and after the course. The self-made evaluation scale was used to know students’ evaluation of the new teaching method after the course. Results: 1) The stage test average scores of the intervention group and the control group were 79.13 ± 6.39 and 74.67 ± 5.25 respectively (P , the final exam scores were 79.83 ± 6.09 and 75.21 ± 4.91 respectively (P < 0.05);2) The total scores of autonomous learning ability were 118.67 ± 7.70 and 106.49 ± 7.67 respectively (P , and the total scores of critical thinking ability were 283.45 ± 7.82 and 251.37 ± 8.93 respectively (P < 0.05);3) More than 80% of the students in the intervention group believed that the case combined with seminar teaching method could deepen the understanding of knowledge, promote the habit of thinking and literature consulting, and improve the ability to analyze and solve problems, integrate knowledge and communicate and coordinate. Conclusions: Application of case combined with seminar teaching method in Pediatric Nursing improved the students’ autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability, and strengthened the students’ understanding and application of knowledge. The students had a positive attitude towards the new teaching method.

Interface diffusion of sputtered CoZrNb films on silicon substrate

The amorphous CoZrNb films were deposited by DC magnetron *** depth distributions of the elements were analyzed by Rutherford backscattering spectrometry(RBS).The results indicate that when the deposition time is longer than 37 min,the film composition keeps constant along the *** the deposition time is longer than 45 min,the Co concentration at the interface of the silicon substrate is higher than the average value in the whole *** the deposition time is longer than 52 min,the Co atoms diffuse into the substrate during the *** to the Co composition profile in the substrate,which were determined from the RBS spectra,the Co diffusion coefficients in the substrate were calculated using the solution of Fick′s second law corresponding to an infinite source with a constant diffusion *** calculated diffusion coefficients indicate an interstitial assisted diffusion mechanism.

目的分析迷走神经电刺激术(VNS)中显微镜下充分剥离迷走神经鞘膜治疗癫痫患者的临床效果。方法选取空军军医大学西京医院神经外科自2017年10月至2021年5月收治的160例行迷走神经电极植入术的患者为研究对象,其中80例仅肉眼下常规剥离迷走神经鞘膜或不剥离鞘膜(A手术组),余80例在显微镜下充分剥离迷走神经鞘膜(B手术组)。观察开机后1、3、6、12个月,在最适刺激参数条件下,2组患者癫痫发作改善情况、语言认知功能及情绪改善情况。结果VNS术后开机1、3、6、12个月,B手术组的Ⅰ级改善率明显高于A手术组,总体有效率也均高于A手术组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VNS术后开机12个月,B手术组的语言认知改善率、情绪改善率高于A手术组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下充分剥离迷走神经鞘膜的精准手术方式可明显改善癫痫患者术后的发作和语言认知及情绪变化。

Effect of competition on spatial patterns of oak forests on the Chinese Loess Plateau

Reforestation or natural forest regeneration is an alternative measure for controlling soil erosion in degraded land on the Chinese Loess Plateau（CLP）. However, our understanding of the temporal dynamics and the spatial patterns of forest regeneration remains inadequate. Two oak forests at different development stages were investigated to determine the spatial patterns of competitions（intraspecies and interspecies） during different successional stages. The intraspecies and interspecies spatial relationships among different tree diameters at breast height were analyzed at multiple scales by Kriging interpolation method and univariate and bivariate O-ring statistics. Our analytical results indicated that self-correlation and competition intensity were relatively high between oak and pine trees in the early development stage of oak forests due to their clumped distributions of heavy seeds. Birch trees had a lower competition in comparison to oak trees although birch was the dominant species. Therefore, asymmetric competition of oak trees was most likely to have led to their edge dispersal and their success in replacing the pioneer species. Asymmetric competition means that larger individuals obtained a disproportionately large share of the resources and suppressed the growth of smaller individuals. Kriging interpolation analysis showed a tendency towards homogenization caused by interspecies competition during the succession of oak forests. Our results demonstrated that the competition was the driving factor in the spatial distribution of oak forests on the CLP.

Robust Dataset Classification Approach Based on Neighbor Searching and Kernel Fuzzy C-Means

Dataset classification is an essential fundament of computational intelligence in cyber-physical systems(CPS).Due to the complexity of CPS dataset classification and the uncertainty of clustering number,this paper focuses on clarifying the dynamic behavior of acceleration dataset which is achieved from micro electro mechanical systems(MEMS)and complex image *** reduce the impact of parameters uncertainties with dataset classification,a novel robust dataset classification approach is proposed based on neighbor searching and kernel fuzzy c-means(NSKFCM)*** optimized strategies,including neighbor searching,controlling clustering shape and adaptive distance kernel function,are employed to solve the issues of number of clusters,the stability and consistency of classification,*** experiments finally demonstrate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed method.

针对干扰加噪声协方差矩阵(INCM)重构过程中Capon功率谱(CPS)估计分辨率低的问题,该文提出两种稳健自适应波束形成(RAB)算法。该算法首先通过搜索CPS的峰值确定积分区间,然后对各区间积分所得的协方差矩阵进行特征值分解。通过合理设置判定门限确定区间内所含的入射信源数量,并将较大特征值所对应的特征向量作为信源导向矢量(SV)的初步估计。而后通过最大化估计功率的方法,在初步估计SV的正交空间内搜索其与真实SV之间的误差。该算法1利用最小特征值所对应的特征向量,向初步估计的SV中添加正交比例梯度,得到双层估计的SV。与算法1不同,算法2通过求解2次优化(QP)问题得到修正的SV。最后通过重构INCM获得阵列最优权值矢量。通过计算机仿真实验,验证了所提算法有效解决了CPS估计分辨率低的问题,较其他算法综合性能更优,具备更高的稳健性。

建立了高温裂解/元素分析-稳定同位素比值质谱联用技术(TC/EA-IRMS)测定油脂稳定氢氧同位素比值(δ^(2) H和δ^(18) O)的方法,并根据氢氧同位素特征开展花生油掺假检测技术研究。对28个花生样品、5个大豆样品和6个油菜籽样品榨油后测定δ^(2) H值和δ^(18) O值,结果发现三种油的δ^(2) H值分布范围分别为-231.50‰~-213.69‰、-183.11‰~-169.53‰和-192.17‰~-175.82‰;δ^(18) O值分布范围为14.06‰~16.77‰、19.77‰~20.98‰和24.31‰~27.45‰;其中花生油的δ^(2) H值与大豆油和菜籽油存在显著性差异(P<0.01),模拟实验表明根据氢氧同位素特征可检测花生油中掺入大豆油或菜籽油。通过对氢氧同位素比值的二维分布对比,可以更为全面的评价和鉴别花生油的掺杂掺假情况,为花生油的掺假鉴别提供了研究基础和技术支持。

A novel denoising framework for cerenkov luminescence imaging based on spatial information improved clustering and curvature-driven diffusion

With widely availed clinically used radionuclides,Cer enkov luminescence imaging(CLI)has become a potential tool in the field of optical molecular ***,the impulse noises introduced by high-energy gamma rays that are generated during the decay of radionuclide reduce the image quality significantly,which affects the acauracy of quantitative analysis,as well as the three dimensional *** this work,a novel denoising framework based on fuzzy dlustering and curvat ure driven difusion(CDD)is proposed to remove this kind of impulse *** improve the accuracy,the F u1zzy Local Information C-Means algorithm,where spatial information is evolved,is *** evaluate the per formance of the proposed framework sys-tematically with a series of experiments,and the corresponding results demonstrate a better denoising effect than those from the commonly used median filter *** hope this work may provide a useful data pre processing tool for CLI and its following studies.
