Elucidating the promotion mechanism of the ternary cooperative heterostructure toward industrial-level urea oxidation catalysis

From the perspective of electronic structure modulation,it is highly desirable to rationally design the active urea oxidation reaction(UOR)catalysts through interface engineering.The binary cooperative heterostructure systems have been shown significant enhancement for catalyzing UOR,but their performance still remains unsatisfactory for industrialization because of the unfavorable intermediate adsorption/desorption and deficient electron transfer channels.In response,taking the ternary cooperative Ni_5P_(4)/NiSe_(2)/Ni_(3)Se_(4) heterostructure as the proof-of-concept paradigm,a catalytic model is rationally put forward to elucidate the UOR promotion mechanism at the molecular level.The rod-like Ni_5P_(4)/NiSe_(2)/Ni_(3)Se_(4) nanoarrays with three-phase heterojunction are experimentally fabricated on Ni foam(named as Ni_5P_(4)/NiSe_(2)/Ni_(3)Se_(4)/NF)via simple two-step processes.The density functional theory calculations disclose that construction of Ni_5P_(4)/NiSe_(2)/Ni_(3)Se_(4) heterostructure model not only induce charge redistribution at the interfacial region for creating innumerable electron transfer channels,but also endow it with a moderate d-band center that could help to build a balance between adsorption and desorption of diverse UOR intermediates.Benefiting from the unique rod-like nanoarrays with large specific surface area and the optimized electronic structure,the well-designed Ni_5P_(4)/NiSe_(2)/Ni_(3)Se_(4)/NF could act as a robust catalyst for driving UOR at industrial-level current densities under tough environments,offering great potential for commercial applications.

Optimization of Callus Induction Conditions from Immature Embryos of Maize under Stress

The embryos of maize(Zea mays L.)inbred lines GS02,GS07,GS08,GS11 and GS15 were used as receptor materials to optimize the receptor system from the aspects of genotype,medium components and stress(PEG6000,mannitol,salt and low phosphorus).The results showed that GS07 had the highest induction rate(95.2%).Orthogonal test analysis showed that the best combination of medium components in induction was A2B3C1D3(2),namely,the concentration of 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid(2,4-D)was 4 mg·mL^(-1),the concentration of L-Proline(L-Pro)was 0.8 mg·mL^(-1),and the concentration of silver nitrate(AgNO3)was 10 mg·mL^(-1)(or 5 mg·mL).Interestingly,we found that the optimal medium supplemented with 30 g·L^(-1)PEG6000 or 80 g·L^(-1)mannitol was suitable for antioxidant enzyme activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in GS07 callus.Exogenous 10 mmol·L^(-1)Ca^(2+)in the medium components with 100 mmol·L^(-1)sodium chloride(NaCl)could improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes in GS07 callus.Callus of GS07 could divide normally and grow well in medium components with 27 mg·L^(-1)KH_(2)PO_(4).This study enhanced the adaptability of maize callus to stress and optimized the culture conditions.

中医基于双心医学和“形神一体观”理论探讨高血压病因病机及其与情志障碍之间的关联,治形兼顾调神,具有一定特色,弥补了纯西医抗焦虑治疗带来的弊端。高血压合并情志障碍的病机可归纳为风火、痰瘀、正亏3个方面,与心、肝、脾、肾四脏关系密切,在其治疗上,风火阳亢者平息镇潜兼重养阴,痰瘀阻滞者宣通开郁以利气血,虚损明显者补益安中脾肾为本,若神志异常明显,需畅达情志多法兼顾。因此,将高血压辨治纳入“形神一体”理论思路治疗双心疾病的范畴,不仅拓宽了中医思维,而且对临床诊疗也具有重要意义。

作为一种通用化工流程模拟系统,Aspen Plus已广泛应用于化工流程的模拟、设计与优化。随着人们对复杂流程优化的需求越来越多,Aspen Plus自带的灵敏度分析已经不能满足需要,将Aspen Plus与优化算法进行集成,用于求解复杂优化问题有其必要。在Python环境下实现了对Aspen Plus流程模拟的控制和数据传递,在此基础上开发了一套流程优化系统,可将各种优化算法方便地集成在一起,用于解决不同特点的优化问题。采用坐标轮换法以年度总费用TAC(Total An-nual Cost)为目标函数,对甲醇-丙酮共沸体系的双塔变压精馏进行优化,灵活实现了对不同变量、不同顺序的优化,均取得预期效果,提高了工艺开发效率。

近年来,供应链金融已经成为助推中国经济增长的重要抓手,但是信息生态系统的不完备导致供应链金融面临多重风险。从供应链金融信息生态系统入手,探寻使系统演进至信息互联互通、互验互证的成熟阶段的方法,从根源上化解风险。通过建立系统动力学模型,研究加快系统演进的动力要素及其作用机制。研究表明:系统演进有3个驱动力,分别是信息效益驱动、价值效益驱动与关系效益驱动。政策因素可以通过内部动力机制加速系统演进,政策因素发挥作用有明显的时间延迟;单一领域的政策对系统演进的促进作用有限,需要多领域政策协同配合;政府监管的作用效果明显强于政策支持的作用效果。

目的探讨微小RNA(miR)-28-5p通过靶向酪氨酸激酶下游蛋白4(DOK4)对口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞增殖的调控作用。方法下载癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)口腔癌数据库,分析miR-28-5p、DOK4与口腔鳞状细胞癌临床表型的关系;转染miR-28-5p模拟物(mimics)、miR-28-5p抑制剂(inhibitor)及对照物(NC)、pcDNA3.1-DOK4及空载体(Vector)、DOK4干扰序列(siDOK4)。CCK-8法和克隆集落形成实验检测口腔鳞状细胞癌的细胞增殖能力;检测各组细胞的抗氧化能力和细胞活性氧(ROS)含量;双荧光素酶报告基因实验验证miR-28-5p与DOK4的靶向关系;观察DOK4过表达对细胞增殖和口腔鳞状细胞癌裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响。结果生物信息学分析显示,相较于癌旁口腔组织,miR-28-5p在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中表达上调,DOK4 mRNA下调(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅳ期、M 1期、G 3~G 4分级患者miR-28-5p水平高于临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅲ期、M 0期、G 1~G 2分级者(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅳ期、N 1期、G_(3)~G_(4)分级患者DOK4 mRNA水平低于临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅲ期、N 0期、G_(1)~G_(2)分级者(P<0.05);DOK4高表达组无进展生存期和总生存期均高于DOK4低表达组(P<0.05)。与miR-NC组比较,miR-28-5p inhibitor组miR-28-5p水平、细胞活性和集落形成数降低(P<0.05)。与miR-NC组比较,miR-28-5p mimics组DOK4 mRNA和蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.05);与Vector组比较,DOK4过表达组细胞和移植瘤组织中DOK4 mRNA和蛋白表达升高,细胞活性、集落形成数、肿瘤体积及重量降低(P<0.05);与miR-28-5p inhibitor组比较,miR-28-5p inhibitor+siDOK4组的DOK4 mRNA和蛋白表达水平降低,细胞增殖活性、集落形成数、还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸/烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADPH/NADP+)、谷胱甘肽/氧化性谷胱甘肽(GSH/GSSG)升高,ROS含量降低(P<0.05)。结论miR-28-5p在口腔鳞状细胞癌中表达上调,通过靶向抑制DOK4表达,降低ROS水平,促进细胞增殖。

Electroacupuncture preconditioning alleviates myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury through the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus-interposed nucleus nerve pathway

OBJECTIVE:To explore whether the paraventricular nucleus(PVN)participates in regulation of the antimyocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)effect of electroacupuncture(EA)and whether this is achieved through the PVN-interposed nucleus(IN)neural pathway.METHODS:The modeling method of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury was achieved by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery in SpragueDawley rats.We used the Powerlab multi-channel physiological recorder system to record electrocardiograms and analyze the changes in ST segment displacement;2,3,5-Triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining was used to observe the percentage of myocardial infarction areas.Detecting cardiac troponin I(cTnI),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in serum was done with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit.Morphological changes in the myocardium were detected in each group with hematoxylin-eosin staining of paraffin sections.Detection of c-fos protein expression in the PVN of the hypothalamus was done with the immuneofluorescence method.The Plexon multi-channel acquisition system recorded PVN neuron discharges and local field potentials in each group of rats.Offline Sorter software was used for cluster analysis.Neuro Explorer software was used to perform autocorrelation,raster and frequency characteristics and spectral energy analysis of neuron signals in each group.RESULTS:Compared with the MIRI model group,the areas of myocardial infarction in the EA group were significantly reduced;the expression of cTnI,LDH in serum was decreased significantly.The firing frequency of pyramidal cells in the PVN was significantly increased and the spectrum energy map showed energy was reduced,c-fos expression in PVN was reduced,this indicated that neuronal activity in the PVN participates in the effect of EA improving myocardial injury.In addition,we used the kainic acid method to lesion the IN and observed that the effect of EA was weakened.For example,the area of myocardial infarction of lesion IN+EA group in rats was significantly increased c

BACKGROUND:Xuebijing(XBJ)can alleviate the inflammatory response,improve organ function,and shorten the intensive care unit(ICU)stay in patients with pyogenic liver abscess(PLA)complicated with sepsis,but the molecular mechanisms have not been elucidated.This study aimed to explore the molecular mechanism of XBJ in treating PLA complicated with sepsis using a network pharmacology approach.METHODS:The active ingredients and targets of XBJ were retrieved from the ETCM database.Potential targets related to PLA and sepsis were retrieved from the GeneCards,PharmGKB,DisGeNet,Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM),Therapeutic Targets Database(TTD),and DrugBank databases.The targets of PLA complicated with sepsis were mapped to the targets of XBJ to identify potential treatment targets.Protein-protein interaction networks were analyzed using the STRING database.Potential treatment targets were imported into the Metascape platform for Gene Ontology(GO)functional enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analyses.Molecular docking was performed to validate the interactions between active ingredients and core targets.RESULTS:XBJ was found to have 54 potential treatment targets for PLA complicated with sepsis.Interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)were identifi ed as core targets.KEGG enrichment analysis revealed important pathways,including the interleukin-17(IL-17)signaling pathway,the TNF signaling pathway,the nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathway,and the Toll-like receptor(TLR)signaling pathway.Molecular docking experiments indicated stable binding between XBJ active ingredients and core targets.CONCLUSION:XBJ may exert therapeutic eff ects on PLA complicated with sepsis by modulating signaling pathways,such as the IL-17,TNF,NF-κB,and TLR pathways,and targeting IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF.
