The worldwide proliferation of portable electronics has resulted in a dramatic increase in the number of spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,traditional recycling methods still have limitations because of such.huge amounts of spent ***,we proposed an ecofriendly and sustainable double recycling strategy to concurrently reuse the cathode(LiCoO_(2))and anode(graphite)materials of spent LIBs and recycled LiCoPO_(4)/graphite(RLCPG)in Li^(+)/PF^(-)_(6) co-de/intercalation dual-ion *** recycle-derived dualion batteries of Li/RLCPG show impressive electroch.mical performance,with an appropriate disch.rge capacity of 86.2 mAh·g^(-1) at25 mA·g^(-1) and 69%capacity retention after 400 *** recycling of the cathode and anode from spent LIBs avoids wastage of resources and yields cathode materials with excellent performance,thereby offering an ecofriendly and sustainable way to design novel secondary batteries.

Background Microbial communities are crucial for ecosystems. A central goal of microbial ecological research.is to simplify the biodiversity in natural environments and quantify the functional roles to explore how the ecosystems respond under different environmental conditions. However, the research.on the stability and dynamics of lake microbes in response to repeated warming stress is *** To exclude confounding environmental factors, we conducted a 20-day repeated warming simulation experiment to examine the composition and function dynamics of lake microbial *** Experimental warming significantly altered the community structure of bacteria instead of fungi. Microbial community structure, together with microbial biomass, jointly regulated the function of microbial communities. The plummeting of aerobic denitrifiers Pseudomonadaceae decreased by 99%(P < 0.001) after high temperature, leading to reduced microbial nitrogen metabolism on nitrogen respiration and nitrate respiration. Under warming conditions, the microbial community with higher adaptability showed more positive correlations and less competitive relationships in co-occurrence networks to acclimate to *** Microbiome composition controlled carbon and nitrogen metabolism, thus determining lake microbial communities' adaptability to heat stress. This study extended our insights on the lake microbial community response and adaptability under warming drivers.

Linear canonical transform is of much.significance to optics and information science. Hardy uncertainty principle, like Heisenberg uncertainty principle, plays an important role in various fields. In this paper, four new sharper Hardy uncertainty relations on linear canonical transform are derived. These new derived uncertainty relations are connected with the linear canonical transform parameters and indicate new insights for signal energy ***, for certain transform parameters, e.g. b = 0, these new proposed uncertainty relations break the traditional counterparts in signal energy concentration, as will result in new physical interpretation in terms of uncertainty principle. Theoretical analysis and numerical examples are given to show the efficiency of these new relations.

Antibacterial Ti-5Cu alloy is a promising substitute material for Ti-made cardiovascular implants,so its surface engineering is crucial to expediting clinical *** the antibacterial and cardiovas-cular biological benefits of Cu^(2+)and titanium-nitride-oxide(TiN x O y)coatings,a Cu_(2)O/CuO-TiN x O y coating with upregulated Cu^(2+)release was successfully deposited on Ti-5Cu alloy for the first time using oxygen and nitrogen plasma-based surface *** superhydrophilic and nanostructured Cu_(2)O/CuO-TiN x O y coating had a dense structure and was well bonded to the substrate,resulting in enhanced cor-rosion resistance,while CuO/Cu_(2)O in the coating released Cu^(2+)faster than Ti_(2)Cu phase in the *** gratifying,the coating demonstrated perfect antibacterial properties(R>99.9%against ***),owing primarily to direct contact sterilization of Cu_(2)O/*** most encouraging phenomenon was that the coating dramatically accelerated HUVEC adhesion(1.4 times),proliferation(RGR:106%-116%),and particularly migration(RMR:158%-247%)compared with the control *** coating extract also signifi-cantly stimulated in vitro angiogenesis *** rapid endothelialization for Cu_(2)O/CuO-TiN x O y coating was attributed to the surface nanostructure and Cu^(2+)/NO_(2)−release,which.upregulated the angiogenesis-related gene expression of HIF-1α,VEGF,and eNOS to increase VEGF secretion and NO *** of the findings indicated that the Cu_(2)O/CuO-TiN x O y coating could enhance the corrosion resistance,an-tibacterial properties,and endothelialization potential of Ti-Cu alloy,displaying great clinical potential in cardiovascular applications.

Utilizing ionic liquid(IL)-water mixtures as selective extraction solvents for raw materials from natural sources represents an efficacious approach. however, elucidating the underlying mech.nisms inherent in various types of IL-aqueous solutions continues to pose a significant ch.llenge. In this study, molecular dynamics simulations and density functional theory calculations are employed to illuminate the influence of the functional anion within ILs and the water content on the solvation mech.nism and phase separation phenomena observed during the extraction of camptothecin(CPT) using aqueous IL solutions. The simulation results show that the anions in ILs preferentially dissolve CPT through hydrogen bonding at low water concentrations. As the water concentration increases, the hydrophobic IL binds more tightly to CPT, enabling the water to self-aggregate. The anions in hydrophilic IL form hydrogen bonds with water instead, further enhancing the dissolution of CPT. This work reveals the mech.nism of phase separation and solvation of different types of IL aqueous solutions, which.is helpful in developing new drug extraction and purification tech.ologies.

In order to fully utilize the regenerative braking energy of metro trains and stabilize the metro DC traction busbar voltage,a hybrid regenerative braking energy recovery system with a dual-mode power management strategy is ***,the construction of the hybrid regenerative braking energy recovery system is ***,based on the power demand of low-voltage load in metro stations,a dual-mode power management strategy is proposed to allocate the reference power of each.system according to the different working conditions,and the control methods of each.system are ***,the correctness and effectiveness of the dual-mode strategy are verified through simulation,and the proposed braking energy utilization sch.me is compared with other singleform utilization *** results illustrate that the hybrid system with the dual-mode strategy can effectively recycle the regenerative braking energy of metro train and inhibit the busbar voltage fluctuation;the proposed braking energy utilization sch.me has certain advantages on energy recovery and DC bus voltage stabilization compared with other single-form sch.mes;the proposed power management strategy can correctly allocate the reference power of each.system with a lower construction cost.

BACKGROUND:Xuebijing(XBJ)can alleviate the inflammatory response,improve organ function,and shorten the intensive care unit(ICU)stay in patients with pyogenic liver abscess(PLA)complicated with sepsis,but the molecular mech.nisms have not been *** study aimed to explore the molecular mech.nism of XBJ in treating PLA complicated with sepsis using a network pharmacology ***:The active ingredients and targets of XBJ were retrieved from the ETCM *** targets related to PLA and sepsis were retrieved from the GeneCards,PharmGKB,DisGeNet,Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM),Therapeutic Targets Database(TTD),and DrugBank *** targets of PLA complicated with sepsis were mapped to the targets of XBJ to identify potential treatment ***-protein interaction networks were analyzed using the STRING *** treatment targets were imported into the Metascape platform for Gene Ontology(GO)functional enrich.ent and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrich.ent *** docking was performed to validate the interactions between active ingredients and core ***:XBJ was found to have 54 potential treatment targets for PLA complicated with ***-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)were identifi ed as core *** enrich.ent analysis revealed important pathways,including the interleukin-17(IL-17)signaling pathway,the TNF signaling pathway,the nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathway,and the Toll-like receptor(TLR)signaling *** docking experiments indicated stable binding between XBJ active ingredients and core ***:XBJ may exert therapeutic eff ects on PLA complicated with sepsis by modulating signaling pathways,such.as the IL-17,TNF,NF-κB,and TLR pathways,and targeting IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF.

Soil salinity is a worldwide problem threatening crop *** plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)could survive in high salt environment and assist plant adaptation to ***,the genomic and metabolic features,as well as the regulatory mech.nisms promoting salt tolerance in plants by these bacteria remain largely *** the current work,a novel halotolerant PGPR strain,namely,Bacillus *** RA can enhance tomato tolerance to salt *** genomic analysis of strain RA with its closely related species indicated a high level of evolutionary plasticity exhibited by strain-specific genes and evolutionary constraints driven by purifying selection,which.facilitated its genomic adaptation to salt-affected *** transcriptome further showed that strain RA could tolerate salt stress by balancing energy metabolism via the reprogramming of biosynthetic *** exude a plethora of metabolites that can strongly influence plant *** accumulation of myo-inositol in leaves under salt stress was observed,leading to the promotion of plant growth triggered by Bacillus *** ***,myo-inositol serves as a selective force in the assembly of the phyllosphere microbiome and the recruitment of plant-beneficial *** promotes destabilizing properties in phyllosphere bacterial co-occurrence networks,but not in fungal ***,interdomain interactions between bacteria and fungi were strengthened by myo-inositol in response to salt *** work highlights the genetic adaptation of RA to salt-affected soils and its ability to impact phyllosphere microorganisms through the adjustment of myo-inositol metabolites,thereby imparting enduring resistance against salt stress in tomato.
