Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies of the digestive system,and the number of deaths continues to *** standardized management of the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer is challenging due to the great differences in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer in different *** Gastric Cancer Expert Committee of the National Cancer Quality Control Center(NCQCC)identified a lack of authoritative quality control standards as an opportunity to utilize its multidisciplinary membership to improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment of gastric *** Gastric Cancer Expert Committee of the NCQCC aims to promote quality control and national standardization,uniformity,and normalization of gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment,which ultimately improved the survival rate and quality of life of gastric cancer patients.A panel of experts with gastrointestinal cancer surgery,gastrointestinal cancer medicine,medical imaging,pathology and radiotherapy were drawn together and determined the quality control standards for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of gastric *** authors then utilized a modified Delphi approach to generate consensus recommendations.

飘尘是主要的大气污染物,它不仅危害人体健康,而且是其他有害物的运载体。测定杭州市区大气飘尘的元素成分,有利于这个风景城市的三废治理及工业、交通等的合理布局,为城市规划提供环境保护方面资料。 1.采样我们在杭州市区选择了有代表性的三个采样点:以128医院为清洁区;浙江旅馆为居民生活区;望江门车辆段为工业、交通区。采用滤膜抽滤空气的方法得到飘尘样品。选用杂质含量低的微孔滤膜,其采样有效面积为1.13cm~3。使用2XZ-4型真空泵作为采样动力,转子流量计的流速为50 1/min。每次采样持续4小时,总采大

Comparative population genomics dissects the genetic basis of seven domestication traits in jujube

Jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)is an important perennial fruit tree with a range of interesting horticultural *** was domesticated from wild jujube(Ziziphus acidojujuba),but the genomic variation dynamics and genetic changes underlying its horticultural traits during domestication are poorly ***,we report a comprehensive genome variation map based on the resequencing of 350 accessions,including wild,semi-wild and cultivated jujube plants,at a>15×*** the combination of a genome-wide association study(GWAS)and selective sweep analysis,we identified several candidate genes potentially involved in regulating seven domestication traits in *** fruit shape and kernel shape,we integrated the GWAS approach with transcriptome profiling data,expression analysis and the transgenic validation of a candidate gene to identify a causal gene,ZjFS3,which encodes an ethyleneresponsive transcription ***,we identified a candidate gene for bearing-shoot length and the number of leaves per bearing shoot and two candidate genes for the seed-setting rate using *** the selective sweep analysis,we also discovered several putative genes for the presence of prickles on bearing shoots and the postharvest shelf life of fleshy *** study outlines the genetic basis of jujube domestication and evolution and provides a rich genomic resource for mining other horticulturally important genes in jujube.

A shape memory scaffold for body temperature self-repairing wearable perovskite solar cells with efficiency exceeding 21%

Grain boundary cracks in flexible perovskite films can be repaired by filling with self-repairing polymers during the preparation and wearable ***,the self-repairing polymers are commonly active through external heating or humidification treatments,which cannot match with the human body's temperature tolerance of wearable ***,a body temperature-responsive shape memory polyurethane(SMPU)is demonstrated to achieve the real-time mechanical self-repairing of grain boundary cracks(~37°C).Furthermore,the strong intermolecular interaction between SMPU and the uncoordinated Pb2+and I−,can reduce the trap density in perovskite *** blade-coated device achieves a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 21.33%,which is among the best reported flexible perovskite solar cells(PSCs;0.10 cm2).Importantly,the device with SMPU can recover more than 80%of the PCE after 6000 cycles(bending radius:8 mm).Finally,the flexible PSCs are used for wearable solar power supply of a smartphone,which show great potential for self-repairing wearable electronics.

Helicobacter pylori and immunotherapy for gastrointestinal cancer

Helicobacter pylori infection is associated with the risk of gastrointestinal(GI)cancers;however,its impact on immunotherapy for GI cancers remains *** this study,we included 10,122 patients who underwent ^(13)C-urea breath *** 636 patients with Epstein-Barr virus–negative microsatellite-stable gastric cancer(GC)who were treated with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy,***–positive patients exhibited significantly longer immune-related progression-free survival(irPFS)compared with ***–negative patients(6.97 months versus 5.03 months,p<0.001,hazard ratio[HR]0.76,95%confidence interval[CI]0.62–0.95,p=0.015).Moreover,the ***–positive group demonstrated a trend of 4 months longer median immune-related overall survival(irOS)than the ***–negative ***–positive GC displayed higher densities of PD-L1+cells and nonexhausted CD8+T cells,indicative of a“hot”tumor *** analysis revealed that ***–positive GC shared molecular characteristics similar to those of immunotherapy-sensitive ***,***–positive patients with DNA mismatch repair–deficient(dMMR)/microsatellite instability–high(MSI-H)colorectal adenocarcinoma and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)had shorter irPFS compared with ***–negative patients(16.13 months versus not reached,p=0.042,HR 2.26,95%CI 1.13–4.50,p=0.021 and 5.57 months versus 6.97 months,p=0.029,HR 1.59,95%CI 1.14–2.23,p=0.006,respectively).The difference in irOS between ***–positive and–negative patients had the same trend as that between dMMR/MSI-H colorectal adenocarcinoma and ESCC *** also identified a trend of shorter irPFS and irOS in ***–positive liver cancer and pancreatic cancer *** summary,our findings supported that *** infection is a beneficial factor for GC immunotherapy by shaping hot tumor ***,in dMMR/MSI-H colorectal adenocarcinoma and ESCC patients,*** adversely affects the efficacy of immunothera

Aim: The purpose of this study was to analyze and investigate the prenatal, postnatal conditions and long-term prognosis of congenital cystic adenomatoid ***: From February 2004 to September 2016, 182 fetuses that were diagnosed with CCAM found prenatally in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University were analyzed retrospectively. Prenatal and postnatal conditions were recorded. Besides, neonatal prognosis was analyzed with these prenatal factors by univariate analysis. Results: The gestational age of firstly diagnosis of CCAM was 23.74 ±2.284 weeks(range: 19-33). CCAM encompass varied types, the most common one was type Ⅲ(52.6%, 72/137), type II was the middle(27.0%, 37/137), and type I(12.4%, 17/137) was little(p<0.05). 1 case was accompanied with heart malformation. Newborns suffering from CCAM I seemed much more likely to have respiratory symptoms than CCAM Ⅲ(p=0.009). The long-term prognosis of 42 infants and young children followed up was ***: CCAM without other structural deformities does not require invasive prenatal diagnosis, but echocardiography is recommended. Observation and follow-up are feasible for asymptomatic children. Neonates with CCAM I are more likely to develop respiratory symptoms and strengthening the monitoring of respiratory symptoms after birth for those patients is recommended.
