Utilizing multi-band and multi-carrier techniques enhances throughput and capacity in Long-Term Evolution(LTE)-Advanced and 5G New Radio(NR)mobile ***,these techniques introduce Passive Inter-Modulation(PIM)interference in Frequency-Division Duplexing(FDD)*** this paper,a novel multi-band Wiener-Hammerstein model is presented to digitally reconstruct PIM interference signals,thereby achieving effective PIM Cancellation(PIMC)in multi-band *** the model,transmitted signals are independently processed to simulate Inter-Modulation Distortions(IMDs)and Cross-Modulation Distortions(CMDs).Furthermore,the Finite Impulse Response(FIR)filter,basis function generation,and B-spline function are applied for precise PIM product estimation and generation in multi-band *** involving 4 carrier components from diverse NR frequency bands at varying transmitting powers validate the feasibility of the model for multi-band PIMC,achieving up to 19 dB in PIMC *** to other models,this approach offers superior PIMC performance,exceeding them by more than 5 dB in high transmitting power ***,its lower sampling rate requirement reduces the hardware complexity associated with implementing multi-band PIMC.

In this work,a genuinely two-dimensional HLL-type approximate Riemann solver is proposed for hypo-elastic plastic *** consider the effects of wave interaction from both the x-and y-directions,a corresponding 2D elastic-plastic approximate solver is constructed with elastic-plastic transition *** resultant numerical flux combines one-dimensional numerical flux in the central region of the cell edge and two-dimensional flux in the cell vertex *** stress is updated separately by using the velocity obtained with the above approximate Riemann *** numerical tests,including genuinely two-dimensional examples,are presented to test the performances of the proposed *** numerical results demonstrate the credibility of the present 2D approximate Riemann solver.

As bifunctional materials, phenanthrene derivatives 2,7-diphenylphenanthrene and 2,7-di(styryl)phenanthrene(DPPa and DSPa) were designed and studied. Both materials show charge transport properties and strong solid-state emission. The hole mobility was measured to be 1.6 and 0.4 cm^2 V-1 s^-1 for DPPa and DSPa, respectively. While the photoluminescence quantum yield of DPPa and DSPa was as high as 37.13% and 62.36%, respectively.

Organic light-mitting transistors(OLETs)integrate the functions of light-emitting diodes and field-effect transistors into a unique device,opening a new door for ***,there is still a challenge due to the absence of high quality organic semiconductors for ***,we reported a novel molecule 2,6-di(anthracen-2-yl)naphthalene(2,6-DAN),which exhibited mobility of up to 19 cm2:V'-s'and an absolute fluorescence quantum yield of 37.09%,which are good values for organic ***,OLETs based on 2,6-DAN single crystals showed bright yellowish-green emission and well-balanced ambipolar charge *** excellent ratio of hole to electron mobilty can reach up to 0.86,which is superior to most single component OL ETs in typical device configurations reported so far.

In view of the incremental learning problem of manifold learning algorithm, an adaptive neighborhood incremental principal component analysis(PCA) and locality preserving projection(LPP) manifold learning algorithm is presented, and the incremental learning principle of algorithm is introduced. For incremental sample data, the adjacency and covariance matrices are incrementally updated by the existing samples; then the dimensionality reduction results of the incremental samples are estimated by the dimensionality reduction results of the existing samples; finally, the dimensionality reduction results of the incremental and existing samples are updated by subspace iteration method. The adaptive neighborhood incremental PCA-LPP manifold learning algorithm is applied to processing of gearbox fault signals. The dimensionality reduction results by incremental learning have very small error, compared with those by batch learning. Spatial aggregation of the incremental samples is basically stable, and fault identification rate is increased.

Doping is a critically important strategy to modulate the properties of organic semiconductors(OSCs) to improve their optoelectrical performances. Conventional bulk doping involves the incorporation of foreign molecular species(i.e., dopants) into the lattice of the host OSCs, and thus disrupts the packing of the host OSCs and induces structural defects, which tends to reduce the mobility and(or) the on/off ratio in organic field-effect transistors(OFETs). In this article, we report a highly efficient and highly controllable surface doping strategy utilizing 2D molecular crystals(2DMCs) as dopants to boost the mobility and to modulate the threshold voltage of OFETs. The amount of dopants, i.e., the thickness of the 2DMCs, is controlled at monolayer precision, enabling fine tuning of the electrical properties of the OSCs at unprecedented accuracy. As a result, a prominent increase of the average mobility from 1.31 to 4.71 cm2 V-1 s-1 and a substantial reduction of the threshold voltage from -18.5 to -1.8 V are observed. Meanwhile, high on/off ratios of up to 108 are retained.

A new charge transfer cocrystal of 1,2,4,5-tetracyanobenzene(TCNB)-phenazine(PTC)was prepared by solvent evaporation *** donor and acceptor molecules of cocrystal are stacked face to face with a mixed-stacking,implying a strong charge transfer(CT)interactions in the cocrystal *** spectroscopic studies,single-crystal X-ray diffraction structure,density functional theory(DFT)and Hirschfield surfaces calculations are carried out to explore the relationship between structure and properties of cocrystal system,which show that the intermolecular interactions in PTC are stronger than those of single components,leading to the stability and photophysical behaviors of cocrystal different from their constitute *** study will be helpful for the design and preparation of multifunctional cocrystal materials.
