Swine are regarded as“intermediate hosts”or“mixing vessels”of influenza viruses,capable of generating strains with pandemic *** 2020 to 2021,we conducted surveillance on swine H1N2 influenza(swH1N2)viruses in swine farms located in Guangdong,Yunnan,and Guizhou provinces in southern China,as well as Henan and Shandong provinces in northern *** systematically analyzed the evolution and pathogenicity of swH1N2 isolates,and characterized their replication and transmission *** isolated viruses are quadruple reassortant H1N2 viruses containing genes from pdm/09 H1N1(PB2,PB1,PA and NP genes),triple-reassortant swine(NS gene),Eurasian Avian-like(HA and M genes),and recent human H3N2(NA gene)*** NA,PB2,and NP of SW/188/20 and SW/198/20 show high gene similarities to A/Guangdong/Yue Fang277/2017(H3N2).The HA gene of swH1N2 exhibits a high evolutionary *** five swH1N2 isolates replicate efficiently in human,canine,and swine cells,as well as in the turbinate,trachea,and lungs of mice.A/swine/Shandong/198/2020 strain efficiently replicates in the respiratory tract of pigs and effectively transmitted among ***,these current swH1N2 viruses possess zoonotic potential,highlighting the need for strengthened surveillance of swH1N2 viruses.

Background:This systematic review aimed to examine whether dual-task(DT)training was superior to single-task(ST)training in improving DT walking,balance and cognitive functions for individuals with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods:Literature search was performed in the following electronic databases:PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and Metstr covering inception to May 10,*** in order to facilitate comparison across trials,we calculated the effect size(Hedges’g)of gait,balance,cognitive,and other parameters under both ST and DT conditions,using the mean change score and standard deviation(SD)of change score of the experimental and control *** controlled trials that examined the effects of DT motor and cognitive training in individuals with Parkinson’s disease were included for this systematic ***:A total of 214 participants recruited from six articles(actually five trials)were involved in this *** terms of walking ability,only double support time and stride time variability showed significant between-group difference(Hedges’g=0.34,0.18,respectively).Compared to ST training group,DT training group had a more improvement effect in laboratory balance measurement(Hedges’g=0.18,1.25),but no significant improvement in clinical balance *** significant between-group differences were observed,thus its training effect on cognitive function was ***:The DT training failed to achieve promising results better than ST training in improving DT walking and balance functions for individuals with *** firm conclusion cannot be drawn at present,due to the limited number of eligible *** sample size and high-quality studies are needed to investigate the effectiveness of DT training in individuals with PD.

Pd-based metallic nanosheets with advanced physicochemical properties have been widely prepared and employed in various electrocatalytic ***,few concerns were focused on their multiple performances in different ***,highly curved and ultrathin PdNiRu nanosheets(NSs)are developed by facile wet-chemistry strategy and exhibit excellent electrocatalytic performance toward both oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and ethylene glycol oxidation reaction(EGOR).Owing to the synergistically structural(e.g.,ultrathin,curved,defects/steps-rich)and compositional(ternary alloy)advantages,PdNiRu NSs exhibited enhanced ORR and EGOR specific/mass activities and better stability/durability than control *** specific activity(5.52 mA·cm^(−2))and mass activity(1.13 A·mg_(Pd)^(−1))of the PdNiRu NSs in ORR are 4.8 and 3.4 times as the ones of commercial Pt/C,*** mass activity of PdNiRu NSs(3.86 A·mg_(Pd)^(−1))in EGOR is 2.6 times as commercial Pd/C(1.51 A·mg_(Pd)^(−1)).This study is helpful for the development of desired electrocatalysts with multi-functional application in practical fuel cells.

In order to better solve the problem of electromagnetic pollution in the civil building cement,to improve the absorption capacity of magnesium oxysulfide cement based materials,and to better use sulfur oxide magnesium cement foamed sheet for improvement of electromagnetic industry,this paper uses the excellent microwave absorbing properties of ferrite and the modified sulfur oxide magnesium cement foam board,and discusses the microwave absorbing performance,aiming at improving the electromagnetic pollution in daily *** effects of ferrite and silicon carbide doping on microwave absorption properties of modified magnesium oxysulfate cement were *** the same time,the wave absorbing properties of the corresponding samples were detected by bow method,and the causes of the corresponding phenomena were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the lowest reflectance of the material is-17.9 dB at 34.1 GHz and the average reflectance of the whole band is-15.9 dB under the target frequency band of 26.5-40 *** the action of external magnetic field,the absorbing particles are affected by magnetization force,magnetic dipole and resistance coupling,and play the absorbing effect in the cement base solidified completely in the electromagnetic field *** lowest reflectance is-17.3dB at 36.4GHz and the average reflectance is-14.3dB for the whole band.

长期以来,关于地区秩序建构的研究得到了现实主义、自由制度主义、建构主义等国际关系学派的广泛关注,他们认为权力平衡、制度合作、观念认同是东南亚地区秩序建构的主要特征。然而在瞬息万变的全球化时代背景下,新兴科技力量的发展在东南亚地区秩序建构中的作用日益凸显。其中,人工智能技术的崛起无疑给东南亚地区秩序建构带来了深刻且多元的影响,它既催生了前所未有的发展机遇,也提出了严峻的挑战,如数字鸿沟的加剧、技术治理的难题以及安全风险的上升等,在一定程度上对地区内的权力和利益分配、地区制度架构、地区观念和规范的塑造造成了影响。中国应与东南亚国家一起,抓住人工智能发展机遇,深化区域内外互联互通,共同构建一个没有排他性、各国平等参与、共享发展成果的地区新秩序。

Conventional repairing methods for asphalt pavement have some inconveniences,such as insufficient strength,and are typically *** address these issues,this study proposes a new technological method to design and prepare a high-performance assembled asphalt concrete block for fast repair of the potholes.A series of composite modified asphalt binders with 10%crumb rubber(CR)and different dosages(0%,1%,3%,5%)of polyurethane(PU)are examined to determine the optimized ***,the corresponding asphalt mixtures are prepared for further comparison and assessment of engineering properties,such as moistureinduced damage,high-temperature deformation,and low-temperature cracking *** test results show that PU can significantly improve the high-temperature performance and hardness of(crumb rubber modified asphalt)CRMA binder;3%PU contributes allowing the resistance of CRMA mixture to moisture-induced damage at higher levels,particularly under water whole immersion;as 3%PU is added,the high-temperature rutting deformation resistance of the CRMA mixture increases significantly,and the low-temperature anti-cracking properties are also improved ***,the innovatively designed high-quality assembled fast-repairing asphalt concrete block is recommended as an appropriate option for highway maintenance.

BACKGROUND The models for assessing liver function,mainly the Child–Pugh(CP),albuminbilirubin(ALBI),and platelet–ALBI(PALBI)classifications,have been validated for use in estimating the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)***,thrombocytopenia is a common finding and may influence the prognostic value of the three models in *** To investigate and compare the prognostic performance of the above three models in thrombocytopenic HCC *** A total of 135 patients with thrombocytopenic HCC who underwent radical surgery were retrospectively *** scores on the CP,ALBI and PALBI classifications were estimated ***–Meier curves with logrank tests and Cox regression models were used to explore the significant factors associated with overall survival(OS)and recurrence-free survival(RFS).RESULTS The preoperative platelet counts were significantly different among the CP,ALBI and PALBI *** a median follow-up of 28 mo,39.3%(53/135)of the patients experienced postoperative recurrence,and 36.3%(49/135)*** analysis suggested thatα-fetoprotein levels,tumor size,vascular invasion,and ALBI grade were significant predictors of OS and *** to the multivariate Cox regression model,ALBI was identified as an independent prognostic ***,CP and PALBI grades were not statistically significant prognostic *** The ALBI grade,rather than CP or PALBI grade,is a significant prognostic indicator for thrombocytopenic HCC patients.

Dendrites growth,chemical corrosion,and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)on zinc anodes are the main barriers for the development of aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs).Constructing interfacial protec-tive layer is an effective way to alleviate the side reactions on the ***,Cu/Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2)MXene(CMX)with high zincophilic and hydrophobic property is prepared by the lewis molten salts etching method,and the CMX interface protection layer is constructed by a simple spin *** CMX coat-ing layer can provide abundant nucleation sites and uniformize the charge distribution through the zin-cophilic Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2)MXene matrix,leading to homogenous Zn *** addition,the hydrophobic coat-ing contained anti-corrosive Cu nanoparticles can prevent the Zn anode from the electrolyte,beneficial for suppressing the chemical corrosion and ***,the stable and reversible Zn plating/stripping is achieved for the Zn anode coated by the CMX,which exhibits the lifespan of over 1400 h at 0.5 mA cm^(−2),and even can steadily run for 700 h with 65 mV at 10 mA cm^(−2).Furthermore,CMX@Zn shows a high coulombic efficiency of over 100%for 3800 cycles,which indicates that the CMX@Zn electrode has excellent stability and reversibility of Zn stripping/*** full batteries assembled with ZnCoMnO/C(ZCM)cathodes also exhibits higher capacity(450.6 mAh g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1))and cycle stability(capacity retention of 70%after 1500 cycles).This work enhanced the lifespan of AZIBs and broaden the research of multifunctional coating layer to other secondary batteries based on metal anodes.

Sepsis is a lethal condition characterized by multiple organ dysfunction due to disrupted host responses to severe infections.[1]Aff ected patients often have a Sequential Organ Failure Assessment(SOFA)score≥2.[2]Patients with a SOFA score<2 and at least one of the following were considered as“suspected sepsis”:(1)quick SOFA(qSOFA)score≥2;(2)SOFA score=1;or(3)National Early Warning Score(NEWS)4-6.[3]Compared with studies on fluid resuscitation in sepsis patients,there are few studies on fluid management in patients with suspected ***,we conducted a retrospective cohort study to evaluate the relationship between fluid management and disease progression in suspected sepsis patients.
