Precipitation transformation of rare earth sulfate into chloride with p-dodecylphenoxy carboxylic acids

Methods for transforming rare earth(RE)sulfate into chloride mainly include extraction process with organophosphonic mono-acids or aliphatic acids and precipitation process with ammonium bicarbonate(NH4 HCO3).In this paper,alkylphenoxy carboxylic acids(HAs)ofp-dodecylphenoxy acetic acid(HA-Ⅰ),pdodecylphenoxypropanoic acid(HA-Ⅱ)and p-dodecylphenoxybutyric acid(HA-Ⅲ),which were liquid at room temperature were synthesized and *** precipitation mechanisms of RE elements with the HAs were investigated and the HA/RE molar ratios of the solid complexes were determined as3:1 by equi-molar series method which accord with the principle of charge *** of HAs for the transformation of RE sulfate from concentrated sulfuric acid roasted RE concentrate into chloride via precipitation method was discussed.100%HA-Ⅱwas selected as the liquid organic precipitant without dilution of volatile solvent soracceleration of phase separation by *** RE sulfate solution can be precipitated by HA-Ⅱafter neutralization with liquid NaOH and stripped with concentrated HCl at room *** concentration of RE chloride of 218.1 g/L with low residue of sulfate radical of 0.536 g/L was *** residual organic precipitant in the raffinate solution was tested to be lower than 8 mg/L at 25℃and the chemical oxygen demand(COD)in wastewater was less than 50 mg/L.

Near-infrared light-activated cancer cell targeting and drug delivery with aptamer-modified nanostructures

Stimuli-activated targeted delivery systems for highly accurate treatment of tumors have received considerable attention in recent years. Herein, we reveal a light-activable cancer-targeting strategy that uses a complementary DNA sequence to hybridize and mask sgc8 aptamers conjugated onto photothermal agents such as gold nanorods or single-walled carbon nanotubes （SWNTs）. Upon exposure to near-infrared （NIR） laser, localized photothermal heating of the surface of those nano-agents results in dehybridization of the double-stranded DNA and uncaging of the aptamer sequence to allow specific cancer-cell targeting. Utilizing doxorubicin-loaded SWNTs as a model system, targeted drug delivery to cancer cells activated by NIR light was achieved. This work demonstrates the concept of NIR-activable tumor-targeting delivery systems with controllable cancer-cell binding to potentially enable highly specific and efficient cancer therapy.

Investigating the use of an ionic liquid for rare earth mineral flotation

Common collectors for rare earth mineral(REM) flotation,which include carboxylates and hydroxamates,face problems such as being non-selective and sensitive to impurity ions.A type of ionic liquid(IL),tetraethylammonium mono-(2-ethylhexyl)2-ethylhexyl phosphonate([N_(2222)][EHEHP]),has been investigated previously for rare earth elements(REE) solvent extraction,and was proven to be selective and *** this work,[N_(2222)][EHEHP] was evaluated as a collector in bastnasite(a primary REM source for REE production) flotation for the first *** results were compared with quartz and hematite,two common gangue minerals in REM *** potential measurements and Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) were completed to investigate the surface chemical properties involved in the flotation of these minerals using this *** findings were compared with microflotation ***-IR and zeta potential measurements suggest adsorption of the collector’s phosphonate group onto bastnäsite and hematite,likely through chemisorption;whereas for quartz,the minimum micro flotation recovery is likely due to no adsorption of IL on its *** flotation re sults show higher collectability of [N_(2222)] [EHEHP] for hematite than bastnasite,the latter only shows appreciable recovery at pH 5 with elevated dosage of IL(500 g/t).To achieve better separation,a two-stage flotation scheme was designed and evaluated by bench scale flotation on a synthetic mineral *** concentrates and tails were analyzed by magnetic separation,and it is found that bastnasite recovery over 90% with maximum upgrade ratio 1.7 can be achieved with elevated collector dosage.

NIR-triggered thermo-responsive biodegradable hydrogel with combination of photothermal and thermodynamic therapy for hypoxic tumor

Hypoxia is a typical feature of solid tumors,which highly limits the application of the oxygen-dependent ***,the dense and hyperbaric tumor tissues impede the penetration of nanoparticles into the deep ***,we designed a novel localized injectable hydrogel combining the photothermal therapy(PTT)and the thermodynamic therapy(TDT),which is based on the generation of free radicals even in the absence of oxygen for hypoxic tumor *** our study,gold nanorods(Au NRs)and 2,2-Azobis[2-(2-imidazalin-2-yl)propane]dihydrochlaride(AIPH)were incorporated into the hydrogel networks,which were formed by the copolymerization of hydrophobic N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAM)and hydrophilic glycidyl methacrylate modified hyaluronic acid(HAGMA)to fabricate an injectable and near-infrared(NIR)responsive *** crosslinked in situ forming hydrogel could not only realize PTT upon the NIR laser irradiation,but also generate free radicals even in hypoxic *** the shrink of hydrogels upon thermal could accelerate the generation of free radicals to further damage the tumors,achieving the controlled drug release on *** designed hydrogel with a sufficient loading capacity,excellent biocompatibility and negligible systemic toxicity could serve as a long-acting implant for NIR-triggered thermo-responsive free radical *** in vitro cytotoxicity result and the in vivo antitumor activity illustrated the excellent therapeutic effect of hydrogels even in the absence of ***,this innovative oxygen-independent platform combining the antitumor effects of PTT and TDT would bring a new insight into hypoxic tumor therapy by the application of alkyl free radical.

n型半导体材料在逻辑互补电路中必不可少,但由于多数n型有机半导体材料空气稳定性差、迁移率较低,其发展相对滞后.本文基于几种典型的不同π核扩展的萘四甲酰基二酰亚胺(NDI)有机半导体材料,利用第一性原理计算分析了其电荷传输性质,分别从单分子结构特征、分子间堆积方式以及分子间相互作用等方面阐明不同核心结构对载流子传输性质的影响.结果表明,所研究分子均具有良好的空气稳定性,并表现为电子传输性.其中,长轴π扩展的分子A2具有较高的电子亲和势,其空气稳定性最好.其次,沿长轴/短轴π扩展的NDI有机半导体的重组能均降低,但二者重组能降低的起因明显不同:相比于A1分子,沿短轴π扩展的A2分子在高频区的振动受到有效的抑制,从而重组能大幅下降;而沿长轴π扩展的A3与A4分子则在高低频区的振动均受到抑制,使重组能降低.另外,不同的分子堆积对传输影响较大,发现沿长轴π扩展的A3和A4具有较小的短轴滑移,表现为二维传输材料,二维平均电子迁移率分别约为0.06与0.15cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1);沿短轴π扩展的A2分子具有较大的短轴滑移,因此表现为一维传输材料,其一维电子迁移率高达0.96cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1).

骨原发YAP1-TFE3融合上皮样血管内皮瘤2例临床病理学分析

目的探讨骨原发YAP1-TFE3融合上皮样血管内皮瘤(epithelioid hemangioendothelioma, EHE)的临床病理学特征、诊断、鉴别诊断及分子特征。方法收集北京积水潭医院病理科2009年1月至2021年9月骨内原发YAP1-TFE3融合EHE 2例, 进行HE染色、免疫组织化学染色、荧光原位杂交(FISH)及二代测序, 分析其组织形态、免疫组织化学表达及分子遗传学特征, 并复习相关文献。结果 2例YAP1-TFE3融合EHE, 男性1例, 女性1例, 年龄分别为26、16岁, 均为多发骨病变。例1位于右侧髂骨、髋臼及股骨大转子, 例2位于左股骨远端、髌骨、胫腓骨、距骨及跟骨。2例除均可见到典型的EHE形态外, 还可观察到丰富、具有嗜酸性胞质的细胞, 实性片状生长, 伴血管腔结构形成, 细胞核具有轻-中度异型性。免疫组织化学染色2例标本均表达CD31、CD34、ERG、Fli1、F8等血管标志物, 例2个别细胞EMA阳性, 均不表达其余上皮标志物, CAMTA1均不表达, TFE3均为核表达, FISH检测2例均检测到TFE3分离信号, 无CAMTA1分离信号。二代测序例1检测到YAP1(第1号外显子)-TFE3(第4号外显子)融合。结论骨内原发YAP1-TFE3融合上皮样血管内皮瘤是一种低-中度恶性肿瘤, 极为罕见, 特殊的组织学形态结合TFE3核表达及分子检测有助于该肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断。

现行《著作权法》在保护游戏作品中的游戏规则上存在较大局限性,与游戏本身的特征不匹配。著作权法采用的“思想/表达二分原则”对游戏规则的保护不完整,著作权法保护时间长与游戏本身“寿命”短的特征不相适应,司法实践中通行的“抽象-过滤-对比法”和“整体观感法”等著作权侵权的判定方法与游戏规则的复合属性不相匹配。在数字时代需要与时俱进地拓展数字产品权利保护的范畴,为健全游戏作品等数字化产品的法律保护体系奠定坚实基础。

Preparation of nanoscaled yttrium oxide by citrate precipitation method

The nano-Y2O3 was prepared from YCl3 by the citrate precipitation method. The precursor powders were prepared by 0.1 mol/L YCl3 solution and 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid in the presence of 1% surfactant PEG2000, which was dried via an ethanol azeotropic distillation method. The effects of reaction temperature, precursor concentration, hydrochloric acid concentration, surfactant, and calcination temperature on the mean sizes of nano-Y2O3 were studied. It was found that the highest yield of precursor was about 70% at the p H value of 5.0, and the yield decreased rapidly at the p H value below 4 or over 6. The reaction temperature revealed no effect on the size of precursor. The optimized precursor concentration and hydrochloric acid concentration were both 0.1 mol/L. Several typical analytic techniques such as particle size analyzer, X-ray diffraction（XRD）, thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses（TG-DTA） and scanning electron microscopy（SEM） were used to determine the characteristics of the prepared nano powders. Homogeneous torispherical nano-Y2O3 with the smallest size（20 nm） could be obtained by calcining the precursor powders at 800 oC for an hour.

Divergent responses of runoff to climate change in the upper basins of the Third Pole dominated by westerlies and monsoon

The diverse climates,distribution of snow and glaciers,and geographic locations directly affect the runoff response to climate change in the upper basins of the Third *** present,a comprehensive analysis of runoff variations and their distinct responses to climate change in the westerlies-and monsoon-dominated upper basins is still *** study comprehensively analyzed annual runoff variations in westerlies-dominated basins(the upper basins of the Aksu(UAKS),Syr Darya(USRD),Yarkant(UYK),Hotan(UHT),Amu Darya(UAMD),and Indus(UI))and monsoon-dominated basins(the upper basins of the Yangtze(UYA),Yellow(UYE),Lancang(ULC),Nujiang(UNJ),and Yarlung Zangbo(UYZ))of the Third Pole from 1961 *** multi-source meteorological data and large-scale circulation factors,this study investigated the divergent responses of runoff in the upper basins to climate change,and explored the large-scale circulation mechanisms underlying runoff variations in these upper *** results showed that:(1)The annual runoff in the majority of upper basins(except for the UYE and UYZ)exhibited an increasing trend,and the annual runoff in the UAKS,UYK,and UI showed a significant increasing trend from1961 to *** annual runoff in the upper basins of the Third Pole changed abruptly from decreasing to increasing between the 1980s and 2000s,with the exception of the UYE.(2)The runoff in the monsoon-dominated upper basins has been controlled primarily by changes in precipitation over the past 55 *** contrast,the runoff in the westerlies-dominated upper basins exhibited three distinct long-term responses to climate change:temperature-dominated(UYK and UHT),precipitation-dominated(USRD and UAMD),and the combined influence of precipitation and temperature(UAKS and UI).Since the 1960s,the sensitivity of runoff to warm season temperature changes in the most westerlies-dominated upper basins has decreased,while the response of runoff to precipitation changes has intensified.(3)The stud

背景:如何应用中药干预肠黏膜屏障损伤后的自噬失衡状态,从而最终干预胃肠道急性移植物抗宿主病的发生是造血干细胞移植后亟需解决的问题。目的:探讨黄芩汤干预急性肠道移植物抗宿主病的具体机制。方法:CB6F1小鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、黄芩汤低剂量组、黄芩汤中剂量组、黄芩汤高剂量组,每组16只。模型对照组及黄芩汤低、中、高剂量组小鼠在^(60)Co全身照射后4 h内(照射总剂量8 Gy),经尾静脉输注Balb/c H-2d小鼠单个核细胞悬液(骨髓细胞8×10^(7)/只+脾细胞8×10^(7)/只)。造模后当天开始分别给予不同浓度黄芩汤灌胃,模型组及正常对照组灌胃等容量的生理盐水,连续应用15 d。最后一次灌胃后8 h取材,每组取6只小鼠小肠组织,采用PCR和Western blot检测LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ、Beclin 1、P62表达水平,苏木精-伊红染色进行小肠黏膜病理分级评分,透射电镜观察小肠黏膜上皮细胞自噬泡结构;每组剩余10只(除正常对照组)小鼠进行临床急性移植物抗宿主病分级并记录生存时间。结果与结论:①应用黄芩汤后,小鼠存活时间显著延长,临床急性移植物抗宿主病评分显著降低,小肠黏膜病理分级评分显著下降,黄芩汤中、高剂量组评分较模型对照组下降最显著,且黄芩汤中、高剂量组之间无显著差异;②模型对照组小鼠小肠组织自噬相关指标LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ、Beclin 1水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),P62水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),黄芩汤可以促进LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ、Beclin1水平的恢复并下调P62水平(P<0.01);③透射电镜观察黄芩汤治疗组的自噬泡明显比模型对照组增多,且伴有如线粒体等重要细胞器形态的恢复;④结果表明,黄芩汤通过干预自噬相关蛋白,促进肠道急性移植物抗宿主病自噬稳态的恢复,保护肠黏膜屏障从而减轻了移植后肠道的排异,有望成为治疗急性移植物抗宿主病的新方法。
