微波辐照对小米印度谷螟卵灭除效果及品质影响的研究

[目的]印度谷螟(Plodia interpunctella)在小米中繁殖能力很强,对小米的破坏性很大,主要使用的化学药剂熏蒸防治方法易引起环境污染、药剂残留、印度谷螟的抗药性增强等一系列的问题。微波技术可用于防治粮食虫害且绿色环保。本研究旨在获得微波辐照对小米印度谷螟卵灭除效果及品质影响的研究。[方法]采用微波160、320、480、640和800 W的功率和5、10、15、20、25和30 s的时间辐照小米,通过测量小米0、3、5、8、10 cm深度的印度谷螟卵的存活率和小米温度,观测微波辐照在小米不同深度的灭卵效果和微波在小米中的传播规律。同时测量微波辐照后小米的黏滞特性、色度和含水率,观测微波辐照对小米品质的影响。[结果]相同功率和时间的微波辐照小米,深度越小处印度谷螟卵存活率越低,灭卵效果越好。160W30s和320W15s低强度微波直接辐照印度谷螟卵,卵的外部形态基本保持不变,无法灭卵;采用800W15s、640W20s、480W25s微波辐照能有效消灭小米0 cm(平铺)处卵;800W20s、640W25s、480W30s辐照能有效消灭小米3 cm深度处卵;800W30s高强度微波辐照后,小米5 cm深度卵的存活率为25%,8、10 cm深处卵的存活率仍相对较高,灭卵效果不佳。相同功率和时间的微波辐照小米,深度越大处小米内部温度越小,且小米内部温度随深度以指数规律衰减。640W30s微波辐照后小米峰值粘度和衰减值升高,480W25s、800W25s和800W30s微波辐照后小米的糊化温度升高;除800W30s高强度处理外,微波辐照对小米色度无明显影响;微波辐照后小米含水率降低,为小米储藏创造了更好的条件。640W30s微波辐照提升了小米的食用品质,而800W25s和800W30s高强度辐照降低小米品质。[结论]小米深度是影响微波辐照灭卵效果的重要因素,微波辐照灭卵小米深度不宜超过3 cm。采用640W30s微波辐照厚度3 cm内的小米,既能有效灭卵又能提升小米的品质。本研究为微波技术防治小米储藏虫害,减少经济损失提供科学依据。

同步调相机故障会严重影响特高压直流输电工程的稳定性。针对特高压电网中不对称电压条件下同步调相机励磁绕组匝间短路故障难以识别问题,提出基于霍特林T2-双向长短期记忆网络(Hotelling T2-BiLSTM)的同步调相机故障诊断方法。首先,从三相电压、三相电流、励磁电流、转子振动和无功功率中提取故障特征,计算Hotelling T2统计量以构建故障检测指标;然后,采用BiLSTM模型对特征进行分类,并利用逻辑回归层进行故障诊断;最后,在动模实验室中进行实验验证其有效性。实验结果表明,所提方法具有较高的故障诊断精度。

High-energy gas fracturing of shale is a novel,high efficacy and eco-friendly mining technique,which is a typical dynamic perturbing *** effectively extract shale gas,it is important to understand the dynamic mechanical properties of *** experiments on shale subjected to true triaxial compression at different strain rates are first conducted in this *** dynamic stress-strain curves,peak strain,peak stress and failure modes of shale are *** results of the study indicate that the intermediate principal stress and the minor principal stress have the significant influence on the dynamic mechanical behaviors,although this effect decreases as the strain rate *** characteristics of compression-shear failure primarily occur in shale subjected to triaxial compression at high strain rates,which distinguishes it from the fragmentation characteristics observed in shale under dynamic uniaxial ***,a numerical three-dimensional Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(3D-SHPB),which is established by coupling PFC3D and FLAC3D methods,is validated to replicate the laboratory characteristics of *** dynamic mechanical characteristics of shale subjected to different confining stresses are systematically investigated by the coupling PFC3D and FLAC3D *** numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental data.

Artificial intelligence technology is widely used in the field of wireless sensor networks(WSN).Due to its inexplicability, the interference factors in the process of WSN object localization cannot be effectively eliminated. In this paper, an explainable-AI-based two-stage solution is proposed for WSN object localization. In this solution, mobile transceivers are used to enlarge the positioning range and eliminate the blind area for object localization. The motion parameters of transceivers are considered to be unavailable,and the localization problem is highly nonlinear with respect to the unknown parameters. To address this,an explainable AI model is proposed to solve the localization problem. Since the relationship among the variables is difficult to fully include in the first-stage traditional model, we develop a two-stage explainable AI solution for this localization problem. The two-stage solution is actually a comprehensive consideration of the relationship between variables. The solution can continue to use the constraints unused in the firststage during the second-stage, thereby improving the performance of the solution. Therefore, the two-stage solution has stronger robustness compared to the closed-form solution. Experimental results show that the performance of both the two-stage solution and the traditional solution will be affected by numerical changes in unknown parameters. However, the two-stage solution performs better than the traditional solution, especially with a small number of mobile transceivers and sensors or in the presence of high noise. Furthermore,we have also verified the feasibility of the proposed explainable-AI-based two-stage solution.

The effect of compressive residual stress on the reactivity of carbon steel in a neutral chloride solution was investigated by means of potentiodynamic polarization and local electrochemical measurement with scanning electrochemical microscope（SECM）. Meanwhile, X-ray diffraction, as a nondestructive technique, was employed to determine the levels of residual stress in near-surface layers of carbon steel specimen. The results show that the resi- dual stress existed in the specimen fell into the category of compressive residual stress which was inversely propor- tional to the corrosion sensitivity of carbon steel specimen. By using I/I3 couple as a redox mediator in the current feedback mode of SECM measurements, the Faradaic current on Pt tip, which was relevant to the rate of the I3- ion reduction, fell with the increase of compressive residual stress. The correlation between compressive residual stress and heterogeneous electron transfer rate has been proposed based on the inference of the localized electrochemical reactions occurred on the specimen surface,

Recently transmural healing (TH) has become a subject of increasing interest as a potential therapeutic purpose for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Crohn’s disease (CD) is characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, which can involve any part of the digestive tract, and the lesions are usually discontinuous, with progressive and destructive transmural lesions that can lead to irreversible damage such as fibrotic strictures, complications such as fistulas and abscesses. Disease remission remains the primary goal of therapeutic management;however transmural healing is a very promising endpoint for monitoring treatment response. Along with small bowel imaging tests such as computed tomography scans Intestinal imaging (CTE), magnetic resonance intestinal imaging (MRE), intestinal ultrasound (IUS) and other related imaging technologies are popularized in CD diagnosis and treatment benefit. Transmural healing has been initially used in clinical practice and the correlation between its rules and long-term clinical remission has been explored.

Detection navigation baseline in row-following operation of maize weeder based on axis extraction

Detection navigation baseline is primary for the automation of maize weeder in *** the navigation technology based on machine vision,maize seeding or weed near the camera is photographed as a discrete area,while a plant far away from the camera is photographed as a strip area along with other plants in the same *** two problems cannot be solved by one ***,in this paper,an algorithm of detection navigation baseline in the row-following operation of maize weeder based on axis extraction was proposed to solve the both ***,plants are distinguished from the background based on color feature,and the binary image is ***,plants are described as a set of connected components with numbers after connected components labeling and noise ***,the axes of all connected components are extracted according to the calculation method of rotary inertia in ***,the abnormal connected components with axes are deleted because the angles between the axes and X-axis are above angle ***,the judgment model is built based on angle tolerance and distance tolerance,the connected components in a same row based on this model through two-step traversal are merged,and a new axis is re-extracted as the axis of the plant ***,the navigation baselines are detected based on the axes of the plant *** experimental results show that the accuracy of this algorithm is more than 93%,and the computing time is less than 1.6 s,which can meet the accuracy and real-time performance requirements of maize weeder.
