2,7-Di（9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-l-yl）-9H-thioxanthen-9-one （DMBFTX） with thermally activated delayed fluorescence （TADF） was well designed and synthesized. The phosphorescent organic lightemitting device （PHOLED） based on this novel TADF host material displays a stable red phosphorescence region, a peak external quantum efficiency （EQE） value of 12.9% and a low EQE roll-off of 38.8%at a luminance of 10000 cd/m2, which is benefited from the reverse intersystem crossing （RISC） of TADF host and less populated triplet exitons. Notably, the red device based on the TADF host DMBFrX exhibits superior electroluminescence performance and reduced efficiency roll-offcompared with the one hosted by commercially available host 1,3-bis（9-carbazolyl）benzene （mCP）, illustrating the high potential of employing the TADF host material with small energy gap to reduce efficiency roll-off in PHOLED.

To address cross-ISP traffic problem caused by BitTorrent,we present our design and evaluation of a proximity-aware BitTorrent system. In our approach,clients generate global proximity-aware information by using landmark clustering;the tracker uses this proximity to maintain all peers in an orderly way and hands back a biased subset consisting of the peers who are physically closest to the requestor. Our approach requires no co-operation between P2P users and their Internet infra structures,such as ISPs or CDNs,no constantly path monitoring or probing their neighbors. The simulation results show that our approach can not only reduce unnecessary cross-ISP traffic,but also allow downloadsing fast.

深入分析了P2P（Peer-to-Peer）文件共享应用中BitTorrent片段选择算法——在Seed的片断分配过程中采用随机的第一个片段选择（Random First Piece，RFP）和最少优先（Rarest First，RF）选择算法来完成对整个文件所有片断的下载的特点，提出了基于Seed控制的片段选择算法（PSASC）。与BitTorrent片段选择算法不同，PSASC通过在Seed上对片段的选择加以控制，从而避免了片段选择的重复性。利用集合覆盖问题和贪婪近似算法对BitTorrent片段选择算法和PSASC算法时间复杂度进行理论分析，并进行了仿真实验。结果表明：PSASC算法的时间复杂度优于BitTorrent片段选择算法，大大缩短了Seed上的所有片段分发到P2P网络中的时间。

A 12-metal Zn（Ⅱ）-Nd（Ⅲ） cluster 1（sizes:1.8 nm×2.0 nm×2.0 nm） was synthesized from a long-chain type Schiff base *** displays ratiometric fluorescence response to neopterin（Neo） with high selectivity and sensitivity,which can be expressed by the equation I545nm/I1060nm=A·[Neo]2+B·[Neo]+C.1 is used to quantitatively test Neo concentrations in fetal calf serum（FCS） and urine,and the recovery ranges are 98.57%-103.82% and 99.25%-103.50%,respectively,while the relative standard deviations（RSDs） are 7.89%-9.46% and 1.85%-4.16%,*** limits of detection of 1 to Neo in FCS and urine are 0.034 and 0.021 μmol/L,respectively.

Integral reinforcement learning (IRL) is an effective tool for solving optimal control problems of nonlinear systems, and it has been widely utilized in optimal controller design for solving discrete-time nonlinearity. However, solving the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) equations for nonlinear systems requires precise and complicated dynamics. Moreover, the research and application of IRL in continuous-time (CT) systems must be further improved. To develop the IRL of a CT nonlinear system, a data-based adaptive neural dynamic programming (ANDP) method is proposed to investigate the optimal control problem of uncertain CT multi-input systems such that the knowledge of the dynamics in the HJB equation is unnecessary. First, the multi-input model is approximated using a neural network (NN), which can be utilized to design an integral reinforcement signal. Subsequently, two criterion networks and one action network are constructed based on the integral reinforcement signal. A nonzero-sum Nash equilibrium can be reached by learning the optimal strategies of the multi-input model. In this scheme, the NN weights are constantly updated using an adaptive algorithm. The weight convergence and the system stability are analyzed in detail. The optimal control problem of a multi-input nonlinear CT system is effectively solved using the ANDP scheme, and the results are verified by a simulation study.
