Inverse design and accurate optimization of layered structured seeding mechanism for sugarcane planters

Existing sugarcane planters are difficult to have ideal seeding trajectory and motion attitude at the same time, and the speed is difficult to meet the requirements at the critical stage, resulting in poor stability, which ultimately makes it impossible to ensure that the sugarcane seeding is carried out in accordance with the agronomic requirements to ensure that the cane buds are oriented toward the wall of the seeding trench. Aiming at the second-order non-circular planetary gear system pendulum seeding mechanism of the planter, the paper innovatively adopts the combination of inverse design and multi-objective layered accurate optimization to solve the problems of attitude, speed and trajectory that do not meet the requirements of fixed-attitude seeding that still exists in the process of sugarcane seeding. The second-order non-circular planetary gear system is simplified into a three-rod two-degree-of-freedom mechanism, and the radius of the pitch curve of each non-circular gear is solved inversely by actively preplanning the static trajectory of the cane seed motion and analyzing the law of motion of the rod assembly. Determining the range of cane seed attitude angles in different motion phases as the first layer optimization objective, and fine-tuning the position of static trajectory key type value points to achieve the first layer optimization. Based on the non-circular gear pitch curve obtained from optimization, the interpolation points are marked on each non-circular gear pitch curve of the second-order non-circular planetary gear system, and based on the parameter optimization method of human-computer interaction, the radius values corresponding to the interpolation points of the non-circular gear pitch curve are fine-tuned to optimize the pitch curves, so as to satisfy the speed requirements of the cane species in each stage, and at the same time to make the convexity of non-circular gears in line with the principle of gear mesh, so as to complete the

Inspired by the intricate eukaryotic cell structure,the spontaneously assembling multicompartments capable of spatiotemporally regulated biomacromolecules transportation is still a ***,a heterogeneous proteinosome-based multicompartment was designed and constructed by combining aqueous two-phase system and Pickering emulsion *** loading PEGylated insulin with boronic acid group into the multicompartment and glucose oxidase(GOx)into the innermost microgel domain,a short-or long-term transportation pathway of the loaded insulin was constructed by responding to the concentration of ***,the diminution of dynamic boronic ester bonding,the hindrance of polyethylene oxide micro-chamber,electrostatic interaction and the swelling behavior of hydrogel triggered by GOx/glucose reaction resulted in spatiotemporally controlled multi-pathway transportation mode with the releasing of insulin loaded inside the innermost microgel at high concentration of glucose(10 mg·mL^(-1)).Specially,by incorporating rhodamine B and fluorescein labelled BSA into the multicompartment,the release procedure of the loaded insulin can be monitored by the fluorescence ***,a multimode microcompartment is constructed which is then expected to provide a promising platform for further therapeutic protein,gene and drug delivery,as well as towards the design of complicated cell biomimetics.

Monitoring photo-thermal response and collagen remodeling of mouse skin with multiphoton microscopy

Two-photon excitation fluorescence （TPEF） and second-harmonic generation （SHG） are detected through multiphoton microscopy （MPM）. The major signals have the potential to monitor the process of tissue changes. TPEF and SHG are used to monitor the skin photo-thermal response to irradiation with intense pulsed light sources （A is in the range of 560-1200 nm） and trace the process of skin remodeling in vivo at different time intervals. TPEF intensity is nearly unchanged at different time intervals after irradiation, whereas SHG intensity changes considerably. The results reveal the photo-thermal effect of nonablative light sources and the process of collagen remodeling at the sub-micron level.

Analysis of Chemical Components of Cocculus laurifolius *** on Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

[Objectives]To analyze the main chemical components in Cocculus laurifolius *** ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quaternary rod/electrostatic field orbital hydrazine high resolution mass spectrometry.[Methods]Using Welch AQ-C 18 chromatographic column(150 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),gradient elution was performed with 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution(A)-methanol(B)as the mobile phase,and electrospray ESI ionization source and simultaneous mass spectrometry scanning mode of positive and negative ions were used.[Results]26 kinds of chemical component were identified or inferred,including 3 organic acids,5 flavonoids,4 alkaloids,1 coumarin and 13 others.[Conclusions]The UPLC-Q-Exactive HRMS technique is simple,which lays a foundation for the drug-efficacy material basis and medicinal quality evaluation of *** DC.

The biointerface engineering of living cells by creating an abiotic shell has important implications for endowing cells with exogenous properties with improved cellular behavior,which then boosts the development of the emerging field of living cell hybrid ***,we develop a way to perform active nanoencapsulation of single cell,which then endows the encapsulated cells with motion ability that they do not inherently *** emerging motion characteristics of the encapsulated cells could be self-regulated in terms of both the motion velocity and orbits by different proliferation ***,by taking advantage of the emergence of differentiated moving abilities,we achieve the self-sorting between mother cells and daughter cells in a proliferated Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell ***,it is anticipated that our highlighted study could not only serve as a new technique in the field of single-cell biology analysis and sorting such as in studying the aging process in Saccharomyces cerevisiae,but also open up opportunities to manipulate cell functionality by creating biohybrid materials to fill the gap between biological systems and engineering abiotic materials.

Characterization of four hemocyanin isoforms in Litopenaeus vannamei

In this study, the gene encoding hemocyanin subunit L, Lv Hc L, was cloned from Litopenaeus vannamei and the genomic organization was characterized. This gene was diverse with many SNPs and also had at least four isoforms, while one of them（Lv Hc L4） only had two exons and the exon2 was missed. Transcription analysis showed that these isoforms of Lv Hc L were up-regulated after WSSV challenge in WSSV-resistant shrimp, while the transcriptions were decreased constantly in WSSV-susceptible shrimp. It is suggested that the hemocyanin had rich polymorphism and was involved in the antiviral response. These results could extend our previous findings and provide insights into the immune feature of hemocyanin, which would be helpful for further studies aimed at antiviral mechanism in invertebrate.

Supramolecular polymer networks(SPNs), which integrate principles from both supramolecular chemistry and traditional polymer science, offer a multitude of advantages, including dynamic,reversible, recoverable, and stimuli-responsive characteristics [1,2].These unique attributes render them exceedingly appealing as prospective adaptive materials. Nonetheless, owing to the utilization of relatively weak non-covalent bonds, supramolecular polymers often exhibit weaker mechanical properties when compared with their covalent counterparts.

Effect of Surface-modified Clay on the Thermal Stability and Insulation of Polyorganosiloxane Foam

Polyorganosiloxane foam（SIF） nanocomposites reinforced with vinyl-modified montmorillonite（Mt-V） and hydroxyl-modified montmorillonite（Mt-OH） were prepared through cross-linking and foaming. The effects of modified Mt on the density, pore morphology, and thermal and compressive properties of the prepared polyorganosiloxane foams were investigated. The structure of the polyorganosiloxane foam was studied by solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. Clay dispersion in polyorganosiloxane nanocomposites and pore morphology were in- vestigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analyses. The thermal and mechanical properties of the prepared materials were also evaluated by differential scanning calorimeter, thermogravimetric analysis, thermal diffusivity and compressive strength. The results show that Mt-V exhibits improved cell structure, thermal insulation, and crush compressive than Mr-OH. The addition of modified Mt reduces the density, cell size, and thermal conduc- tivity but increases the high-temperature resistance and compressive strength of the nanocomposite. The amount of the residues of SIF/Mt-OH nanocomposites increases by 9% compared with that of the pure SIF. Furthermore, SIF/Mt-V decreases the thermal conductivity to 0.014 W/mK and the cell size to 98μm. Those properties give the material potential application value in the aerospace and construction industry.

目的探索MMP-9及IL-6、TNF-α在急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者静脉溶栓治疗后出血转化(HT)中的意义。方法收集2021-01—2022-12在郑州市第一人民医院神经内科住院的AIS并给予静脉溶栓治疗的患者122例,依据患者静脉溶栓结局有无发生HT分为HT组与非HT组,检测入院第1、3、7天时患者血清MMP-9水平,入院第1天IL-6、TNF-α水平,分析相关临床资料在AIS静脉溶栓治疗后HT中的意义。结果单因素分析中,2组间溶栓后非颅内出血、治疗前及溶栓后NIHSS评分、FBG、NEUT%、Hcy、LDL-C、MMP-9、IL-6、TNF-α差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析发现,溶栓后非颅内出血及血清MMP-9、IL-6、TNF-α、Hcy、LDL-C等与AIS静脉溶栓治疗后HT的发生独立相关(P<0.05),其中溶栓后非颅内出血与血清MMP-9、IL-6、TNF-α是危险因素,Hcy、LDL-C水平为阻碍因素。ROC曲线分析显示MMP-9、TNF-α、IL-6及其联合对HT的发生均有预测价值,以MMP-9最为可靠,预测AIS静脉溶栓治疗后HT发生的AUC为0.907,界值109.25μg/L,灵敏度93.8%,特异性76.4%。结论血清MMP-9及IL-6、TNF-α单独与联合检测均可预测AIS患者静脉溶栓后HT的发生。
