Three-dimensional（3-D） free-form shape measurement,a challenging task pursued by computer vision,is mainly characterized with single view acquisition and multiple view *** of the conventional scanning systems are less flexibility and difficult to realize engineering applications for employing sequential registration *** develop portable scanning system and engineering registration method overcoming problems of error accumulation and propagation is the research *** this paper,one 3-D free-form shape measuring system using unconstrained range sensor is designed.A quasi-active stereo binocular visual sensor embedded within a scanning mechanism is used as the range *** compensation is performed by residual amendment according to camera calibration *** control points are designed and adhered on object and one camera is introduced to shot these control points from different positions and *** ray bundle adjustment（BA） method is used to calculate the space coordinates of all the control points,so as to set up a global control net *** can be completed by mapping at least 3 control points observed by range sensor in single view acquisition into the global control *** this system,no calibration for laser plane is required and the motion of range sensor is completely *** overlapping of neighboring region is unessential for ***,the working range of the system can be easily *** measuring precision mainly depends on the quality of global control *** sequential distances of coding control points are observed by electronic theodolites and then compared with those obtained according to BA *** results show that relative distance error of control points is no more than 0.2%.The proposed measuring system is portable,provides good capacity for global error control,and contributes to the engineering application of 3-D free-form shape measurement.

Aerosol acidity(pH)plays an important role in the multiphase chemical processes of atmospheric *** this study,we demonstrated the seasonal trends of aerosol pH calculated with the ISORROPIA-II model in a coastal city of southeast *** performed quantitative analysis on the various influencing factors on aerosol pH,and explored the responses of aerosol pH to different PM_(2.5)and O_(3)pollution *** results showed that the average aerosol pH was 2.92±0.61,following the order of winter>spring>summer>*** tests revealed that SO_(4)^(2−),NH_(x),T and RH triggered the variations of aerosol *** analysis results showed that T(37.9%-51.2%)was the main factors affecting pH variations in four seasons,followed by SO_(4)^(2−)(6.1%-23.7%),NH_(x)(7.2%-22.2%)and RH(0–14.2%).Totally,annual mean meteorological factors(52.9%)and chemical compositions(41.3%)commonly contributed the aerosolpH in the coastal *** concentrations of PM_(2.5)was positively correlated with aerosol liquid water content(R^(2)=0.53)and aerosol pH(R^(2)=0.26),indicating that the increase in pH was related with the elevated NH_(4)NO_(3)and decreased SO_(4)^(2−),and also the changes of T and *** O_(x)(O_(3)+NO_(2))was moderately correlated with aerosol pH(R^(2)=-0.48),attributable to the fact that the proportion of SO_(4)^(2−)increased under high T and low RH *** study strengthened our understanding of the contributions of influencing factors to aerosol pH,and also provided scientific evidences for chemical processes of atmospheric particles in coastal areas.

Peroxynitrite（ONOO-） is a highly reactive nitrogen species that plays pivotal roles in cell signal transduction and physiological or pathological progresses. However, commonly used ONOO-optical imaging probes are still hampered by high background/autofluorescence（fluorescence probe）, short emission wavelength, or poor selectivity in the case of chemiluminescence. Herein,we report a facile method to prepare an activatable chemiluminescence probe（PPA-PEG） with good biocompatibility and functionality for in vivo autofluorescence-free imaging of ONOO-. The PPA-PEG consists of pyropheophorbide-a（PPA）, a typical deep red photosensitizer that acts as both the recognition and signaling element, and 4-arm poly（ethylene glycol）(4-arm PEG), which improves the biosafety and water solubility of probe. These components can self-assemble into nanoparticles（namely PPA-PEG nanoprobe） in aqueous solution. The PPA-PEG nanoprobe showed an ultra-low chemiluminescence signal before interacting with ONOO-, but exhibited good selectivity, high sensitivity and a fast response toward ONOO-. The PPAPEG was successfully applied to image cellular ONOO-changes, as well as the endogenous ONOO-changes in inflammation models and subcutaneous or orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） tumors models in living mice. In vitro and in vivo studies verified the good detection and imaging capabilities of PPA-PEG for peroxynitrite, demonstrating suitable tissue penetration and a high signal-to-background ratio（SBR）. Thus, our nanoprobe can serve as a valuable activatable chemiluminescence imaging tool for studying important peroxynitrite-related chemical and biological applications.

为满足解析木信息日常管理需要和提高树干解析内业工作效率,本文基于MVVM(模型(Model)-视图(View)-视图模型(ViewModel))架构,结合MongoDB数据库、Express后端框架和Vue前端框架,设计与开发前后端分离的解析木信息管理系统,提供用户管理、信息管理、信息查询、信息编辑、信息一键解析、通知管理和日志管理等功能,实现解析木信息的数字化管理和树干解析内业工作的自动化,以同时满足解析木信息的管理和处理需要。结果表明,该系统具有界面美观、简单易用、快速高效和支持在线使用的特点,通过MVVM架构可以极大提高系统开发效率和系统性能。

Significant optical engineering advances at the University of Arizona are being made for design, fabrication, and construction of next generation astronomical telescopes. This summary review paper focuses on the technological advances in three key areas. First is the optical fabrication technique used for constructing next-generation telescope mirrors. Advances in ground-based telescope control and instrumentation comprise the second area of development. This includes active alignment of the laser truss-based Large Binocular Telescope(LBT) prime focus camera, the new MOBIUS modular cross-dispersion spectroscopy unit used at the prime focal plane of the LBT, and topological pupil segment optimization. Lastly, future space telescope concepts and enabling technologies are discussed. Among these, the Nautilus space observatory requires challenging alignment of segmented multi-order diffractive elements. The OASIS terahertz space telescope presents unique challenges for characterizing the inflatable primary mirror, and the Hyperion space telescope pushes the limits of high spectral resolution, far-UV spectroscopy. The Coronagraphic Debris and Exoplanet Exploring Pioneer(CDEEP) is a Small Satellite(Small Sat) mission concept for high-contrast imaging of circumstellar disks and exoplanets using vector vortex coronagraph. These advances in optical engineering technologies will help mankind to probe, explore, and understand the scientific beauty of our universe.

Chaperonins are a class of molecular chaperones that assist in the folding and assembly of a wide range of *** plants,chloroplast chaperonins are composed of two different types of subunits,Cpn60α and Cpn60β,and duplication of Cpn60α and Cpn60β genes occurs in a high proportion of ***,the importance of multiple Cpn60α and Cpn60β genes in plants is poorly *** this study,we found that loss-of-function of CPNA2（AtCpn60α2）,a gene encoding the minor Cpn60α subunit in Arabidopsis thaliana,resulted in arrested embryo development at the globular stage,whereas the other AtCpn60α gene encoding the dominant Cpn60α subunit,CPNA1（AtCpn60α1）,mainly affected embryonic cotyledon development at the torpedo stage and *** studies demonstrated that CPNA2 can form a functional chaperonin with CPNB2（AtCpn60β2） and CPNB3（AtCpn60β3）,while the functional partners of CPNA1 are CPNB1（AtCpn60β1） and *** also revealed that the functional chaperonin containing CPNA2 could assist the folding of a specific substrate,KASI（β-ketoacyl-[acyl carrier protein] synthase I）,and that the KASI protein level was remarkably reduced due to loss-of-function of ***,the reduction in the KASI protein level was shown to be the possible cause for the arrest of cpna2 *** findings indicate that the two Cpn60α subunits in Arabidopsis play different roles during embryo development through forming distinct chaperonins with specific AtCpn60β to assist the folding of particular substrates,thus providing novel insights into functional divergence of Cpn60α subunits in plants.

利用杯形砂轮修整器对圆弧砂轮进行修整,并采用非接触式位移传感器实现对圆弧砂轮的测量,提出将修整后圆弧砂轮的圆跳动误差值与圆弧半径误差值网格化后用于评价修整效果。根据磨削加工原理,计算匹配的修整测量参数并利用修整误差进行补偿加工。修整实验表明,杯形砂轮修整方式是一种理想的修整方式,对比传统的磨削加工,修整误差的补偿加工效果明显,两次补偿加工后的面形误差分别减小了36.5%和28.1%。

线激光扫描技术多用于零件的表面检测,也可用于物体的三维重建。许多浮雕工艺品由于没有数字模型而无法复现,可利用线激光扫描将浮雕逆向生成三维模型,便于浮雕工艺品的加工。通过结合机器人与线激光,获取浮雕的点云数据,逆向建立浮雕的三维数字模型。搭建三维重建系统,根据实际模型的尺寸计算出机器人的扫描路径,机器人结合线激光扫描得到浮雕点云数据;进行点云数据的预处理,再根据基准平面,补偿带有机器人误差的点云数据;利用基于衍生的迭代最近点(GICP)算法进行点云的自动拼接,并对点云进行后处理;随后利用Delaunay三角剖分算法与曲面重建算法进行三维模型的重建。以老鹰浮雕为重建对象进行实验,实验结果表明用路径扫描拼接的点云处理更为方便,补偿数据后,精度可提高40.48%,有显著补偿效果,浮雕模型重建后与基准模型的标准差平均为0.0576 mm,可满足浮雕模型的重建需求。
