Gallbladder cancer(GBC)is rare,but is the most malignant type of biliary tract ***,only a small population of cancer patients is acceptable for the surgical resection,the current effective regimen;thus,the high mortality rate has been static for *** substantially circumvent the stagnant scenario,a number of therapeutic approaches owing to the creation of advanced technologic measures(e.g.,next-generation sequencing,transcriptomics,proteomics)have been intensively innovated,which include targeted therapy,immunotherapy,and nanoparticle-based delivery *** the current review,we primarily focus on the targeted therapy capable of specifically inhibiting individual key molecules that govern aberrant signaling cascades in *** clinical trials of targeted therapy in GBC are updated and may offer great value for novel pathologic and therapeutic insights of this deadly disease,ultimately improving the efficacy of treatment.

Herbal teas composed of locally occurring plant species have long been used as the primary form of health care in Qingtian County,Zhejiang Province,***,large-scale emigration overseas and an aging population threaten the conservation of traditional knowledge of these herbal *** knowledge about the plants used for these herbal teas is not well documented in Qingtian,despite their widespread *** aim of this study was to assess the plant-cultural diversity of plants used as herbal teas,and to point out the prospective value of herbal teas used by Qingtian *** study was conducted using semi-structured interviews,as well as field and market ***-three local informants were *** recorded plant resources,plant parts used,local names,and medicinal *** ethnobotanical indices,including cognitive salience(CS),frequency of citation(FC),index of informant consensus(Fic)and use value(UV),were calculated to analyze the level of representativeness and relative importance of plants used in herbal *** hundred and twenty-nine species belonging to 75 families and 113 genera were reported to be used in herbal tea,with Compositae being the richest *** plants are most commonly used to make herbal teas(66.7%).In this study,informants reported that 92.2%of plant species used in herbal teas are *** most utilized herbal preparation form is dry/*** reported that herbal teas are used to treat 31 *** results show that the highest representativeness,based on CS and FC,was recorded for species Actinidia *** on UV,the top five most used species are Goodyera schlechtendaliana,Plantago asiatica,Prunella vulgaris,Lophatherum gracile and Leonurus *** highest Fic was cited for dental *** study helps document the status of current herbal teas in *** use value and traditional knowledge of herbal teas have provided basic data for further research focused on bi

Through rearing tests and observations under laboratory conditions, biological characters and mating behavior of Dahurian casebearer (Coleophora dahurica Flkv.) adults were studied in this paper. Results discovered that the time of emergense of male adults was 24h to 36h earlier than that of female adults. The peak of sex pheromone secretion of the female adults appeared of 24h to 42h after the emergence. The reaction of male adults on the sex pheromone was most sensitive during 30h to 48h after emerged, so the earlier emergence of the male adults was favorable to mating. The phenomenon of repeated mating did not exist in female adults, but the male adults could mate for several times, with maximum of 4 times. There was a definite behavioral reaction during the mating period of male and female adults, and the certain period of feeding and mating times could affect the adults longervity to a certain degree.

Dear Editor,Gallbladder cancer(GBC),the most common malignant tumor of the biliary tract,is a highly invasive form of *** resection is currently the first line approach to effectively treat GBC;however,very few patients have the opportunity to receive radical surgical treatment due to lack of obvious symptoms.1 The median survival of patients with GBC is only 12 months and 5-year survival rate is<5%,indicating GBC is extremely poor ***,it is urgent to identify novel key molecules that can potentially serve as early diagnostic biomarkers and/or therapeutic *** current study focused on the potential role of bone morphogenetic protein 2 inducible kinase(BMP2K),a serine/threonine kinase,which was recently identified as clathrin-coated vesicle-associated protein in the development of GBC;the outcome may hold diagnostic and therapeutic promising for clinical practice.

本文基于互联网金融服务的视角,运用泰尔指数对我国各省城乡居民收入差距进行测算,进而采用我国31个省份2011—2015年度数据构建平衡面板数据模型,实证分析数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的影响。研究表明:数字普惠金融的发展能够显著缩小城乡居民收入差距;在控制变量中,城市化水平、对外开放程度、财政支出等因素对城乡收入差距的影响也很显著。因此,我国应确立数字普惠金融发展战略和总体思路,重塑发展路径,打造多方合作与相互支持的数字普惠金融生态圈,积极发挥其他因素与数字普惠金融的共同作用,以促进数字普惠金融的发展和城乡收入差距的缩小。
