Chronological Study of Coal-seam Water and its Implication on Gas Production in the South Qinshui Basin

The knowledge of the residence time of formation water is fundamental to understanding the subsurface flow and hydrological *** better identify the origin and evolution of coal seam water and its impact on gas storage and production,this study collected coalbed methane co-produced water in the southeast Qinshui Basin and detected chemical and isotopic compositions,especially 36Cl and 129I *** calculated tracer ages of 129I(5.2–50.6 Ma)and 36Cl(0.13–0.76 Ma)are significantly younger than the age of coal-bearing formation(Pennsylvanian-Cisuralian),indicating freshwater recharge after coal *** model that utilises 129I/I and 36Cl/Cl ratios to constrain the timing of recharge and the proportion of recharge water reveals that over 60%of pre-anthropogenic meteoric water entered coal seams since 10 Ma and mixed with residue initial deposition water,corresponding to the basin inversion in *** spatial distribution of major ion concentrations reveals the primary recharge pathway for meteoric water from coal outcrops at the eastern margin to the basin *** study demonstrates the occurrence of higher gas production rates from wells that accept water recharge in recent times and suggests the possible potential of the non-stagnant zones for high gas production.

The objective of this paper is to identify time lag effect in the relationship between supply chain management and financial *** hypothesize that firms with higher supply chain management capability are associated with higher financial performance and the impact would last *** addition,we introduce two contextual variables,ownership and market orientation,to detect the moderating effect of ownership structure and organizational culture,*** use firm-level empirical data from 1,131 public Chinese manufacturing firms for the 2010–2019 period to investigate the effect and the result shows that there is a two-year time lag effect in the relationship,which means the positive impact of current supply chain management would last for three ***,we find evidence that supply chain management in non-state-owned firms is more efficient and its positive financial impact would last longer than that in state-owned ***,we indicate that market-orientation can’t moderate the relationship between supply chain management and financial performance.

老油田经过多年开发剩余油潜力有限,为进一步挖掘上产潜力,通常会加大产能建设和增产措施等工作投资力度,而持续投资带来的新增资产会加重油气资产包袱,增加老油田乃至整个油区的完全成本,降低老油田抵御低油价风险能力。为了从根本上提升老油田的资产创效能力,文章以典型老油田A为例,深入剖析内部单元生产差异以及储量资产单元整合评估管理造成油气资产包袱重的问题,开展老油田SEC储量精细评估和油气资产精益管理研究。A油田根据内部开发区生产差异细分储量评估单元后,对新建产能井、老井措施及转变开发方式等工作的定量增储效果进行精细评估,实现效益增储最大化。同时优化匹配储量、资产单元关系,可加速资产的折耗和减值,精准解决A油田资产包袱重的问题,降低完全成本、增大盈利空间,有效增强了老油田抵御低油价风险的能力。

近年来,微循环检测技术在结缔组织病中的应用不断发展,并已在系统性硬化症的诊疗中占有重要地位,但在系统性红斑狼疮中的应用仍有待继续推进。本文聚焦甲襞毛细血管镜及光学相干断层扫描血管成像两种常用的微循环检测技术,归纳甲襞、眼底微循环异常对系统性红斑狼疮不同器官及系统受累可能具有的提示作用,并总结现有研究的不足与潜力。

OBJECTIVE: To ascertain whether continuous treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) combined with standardized drug therapy from Western Medicine can further reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease and angina and reduce the incidence of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart ***: A multicenter, prospective cohort study of 1042 patients in 22 hospitals was conducted. A total of 423 patients with angina pectoris were treated with standardized Western Medicine alone(control group) and 619 with a combination of Chinese and Western Medicine(exposure group). The two groups underwent follow-up for 1 year to establish whether there was any improvement in the incidence of cardiovascular events or change in the curative ***: The incidence of primary endpoint events in the combined-exposure group decreased by 0.45%(P > 0.05) and the incidence of secondary terminal events decreased by 5.25% in comparison with the control group(P < 0.05). The total angina pectoris score clearly decreased in the Western Medicine group over the first 6 months, but the decline was more apparent in the combined-exposure ***: Compared with treatment using standardized Western Medicine alone, providing TCM combined with Western medical treatment reduced the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with stable angina pectoris(grade Ⅱ endpoint) and effectively improved the curative effect.

In this paper, we present a distributed multi-level cache system based on cloud storage, which is aimed at the low access efficiency of small spatio-temporal data files in information service system of Smart City. Taking classification attribute of small spatio-temporal data files in Smart City as the basis of cache content selection, the cache system adopts different cache pool management strategies in different levels of cache. The results of experiment in prototype system indicate that multi-level cache in this paper effectively increases the access bandwidth of small spatio-temporal files in Smart City and greatly improves service quality of multiple concurrent access in system.

To satisfy the rapid growth of cloud technologies, a large number of web applications have been developed and deployed, and these applications are being run in clouds. Due to the scalability provided by clouds, a single web application may be concurrently visited by several millions or billions of users. Thus, the testing and performance evaluations of these applications are increasingly important. User model based evaluations can significantly reduce the manual work required, and can enable us to determine the performance of applications under real runtime environments. Hence, it has become one of the most popular evaluation methods in both industry and academia. Significant efforts have focused on building different kinds of models using mining web access logs, such as Markov models and Customer Behavior Model Graph （CBMG）. This paper proposes a new kind of model, named the User Representation Model Graph （URMG）, which is built based on CBMG. It uses an algorithm to refine CBMG and optimizes the evaluations execution process. Based on this model, an automatic testing and evaluation system for web applications is designed, implemented, and deployed in our test cloud, which is able to execute all of the analysis and testing operations using only web access logs. In our system, the error rate caused by random access to applications in the execution phase is also reduced, and the results show that the error rate of the evaluation that depends on URMG is 50% less than that which depends on CBMG.

Background MicroRNAs （miRNAs） contribute to tumorigenesis by acting as either oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes. In this study, we investigated the role of miR-145 in the pathogenesis of uveal melanoma. Methods Expression profiles of miRNAs in uveal melanoma were performed using Agilent miRNA array. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to screen the expression levels of miR-145 in normal uveal tissue, uveal melanoma tissue, and uveal melanoma cell lines. Lenti-virus expression system was used to construct MUM-2B and OCM-1 cell lines with stable overexpression of miR-145. Cell proliferation, cell cycle, and cell apoptosis of these miR-145 overexpression cell lines were examined by MTT assay and flow cytometry respectively. The target genes of miR-145 were predicted by bioinformatics and confirmed using a luciferase reporter assay. The expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor （IGF-1R）, insulin receptor substrate-1 （IRS-1） proteins was determined by Western blotting analysis. IRS- 1 was knocked down in OCM-1 cells. TUNEL, BrdU, and flow cytometry assay were performed in IRS-1 knocked down OCM-1 cell lines to analyze its function. Results Forty-seven miRNAs were up regulated in uveal melanoma and 61 were down regulated, miR-145 expression was significantly lower in uveal melanoma sample and the cell lines were compared with normal uveal sample. Overexpression of miR-145 suppressed cell proliferation by blocking the G1 phase entering S phase in uveal melanoma cells, and promoted uveal melanoma cell apoptosis. IRS-1 was identified as a potential target of miR-145 by dual luciferase reporter assay. Knocking down of IRS-1 had similar effect as overexpression of miR-145. Conclusion miR-145 might act as a tumor suppressor in uveal melanoma, and downregulation of the target IRS-1 might be a potential mechanism.
