In response to the inherent requirements of low-carbon land spatial planning in Jiangxi Province and the lack of existing research,this paper explored the mechanism of spatial form elements of Poyang Lake urban agglomeration on urban carbon *** on generalized linear regression and geographically weighted regression models,this paper analyzed the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of carbon emissions,the spatiotemporal relationship between urban form index and carbon emissions,and the spatial differentiation of the intensity of dominant factors from 63 county-level administrative units in the Poyang Lake city group from 2005 to *** results showed that:①The carbon emissions of urban agglomerations around Poyang Lake are generally increasing,and the spatial distribution of carbon emissions is characterized by high-value concentration in the middle and low-value agglomeration in pieces;②The main driving factor for the spatial heterogeneity of carbon emissions was the expansion of built-up area;③Improving urban compactness and optimizing urban form could effectively reduce urban carbon *** results showcased the correlation between urban spatial landscape pattern and the spatiotemporal distribution of carbon emissions,which could make the low-carbon land spatial planning in the Poyang Lake city group more reasonable and practical.

Cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) is a monogenic small vessel disease caused by mutations in the NOTCH3 gene. However, the pathogenesis of CADASIL remains unclear, and patients have limited treatment options. Here, we use human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) generated from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of a patient with CADASIL carrying a heterozygous NOTCH3 mutation (c.1261C>T, p.R421C) to develop a disease model. The correction efficiency of different adenine base editors (ABEs) is tested using the HEK293T-NOTCH3 reporter cell line. ABEmax is selected based on its higher efficiency and minimization of predicted off-target effects. Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) differentiated from CADASIL hiPSCs show NOTCH3 deposition and abnormal actin cytoskeleton structure, and the abnormalities are recovered in corrected hiPSC-derived VSMCs. Furthermore, CADASIL blood vessel organoids generated for in vivo modeling show altered expression of genes related to disease phenotypes, including the downregulation of cell adhesion, extracellular matrix organization, and vessel development. The dual adeno-associated virus (AAV) split-ABEmax system is applied to the genome editing of vascular organoids with an average editing efficiency of 8.82%. Collectively, we present potential genetic therapeutic strategies for patients with CADASIL using blood vessel organoids and the dual AAV split-ABEmax system.

Large-scale structure(LSS)surveys will increasingly provide stringent constraints on our cosmological ***,the density-marked correlation function(MCF)has been introduced,offering an easily computable density-correlation *** have demonstrated that MCFs offer additional,independent constraints on cosmological models beyond the standard two-point correlation(2PCF).In this study,we apply MCFs for the first time to SDSS CMASS data,aiming to investigate the statistical information regarding clustering and anisotropy properties in the Universe and assess the performance of various weighting schemes in MCFs,and finally obtain constraints onΩ_(m).Upon analyzing the CMASS data,we observe that,by combining different weights(α=[-0.2,0,0.2,0.6]),the MCFs provide a tight and independent constraint on the cosmological parameterΩ_(m),yieldingΩ_(m)=0.293±0.006 at the 1σlevel,which represents a significant reduction in the statistical error by a factor of 3.4 compared to that from *** constraint is consistent with recent findings from the small-scale clustering of BOSS galaxies(Zhai et ***.J.948,99(2023))within the 1σ***,we also find that our estimate is lower than the Planck measurements by about 2.6σ,indicating the potential presence of new physics beyond the standard cosmological model if all the systematics are fully *** method outlined in this study can be extended to other surveys and datasets,allowing for the constraint of other cosmological ***,it serves as a valuable tool for forthcoming emulator analysis on the Chinese Space Station Telescope(CSST).

目的:探讨入院早期使用髂筋膜间隙阻滞(FICB)持续镇痛对老年髋部骨折患者术后早期认知与运动功能的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2020年6月清华大学第一附属医院收治的老年髋部骨折患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。观察组入院后即刻采用FICB镇痛至手术前,两组术后均采用静脉镇痛48 h。比较两组患者视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分、Harris评分以及手术指标、应激指标和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组术后血糖、皮质醇、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平低于对照组[(5.21±1.03)mmol/L比(7.03±1.06)mmol/L、(643.08±77.28)nmol/L比(747.96±82.80)nmol/L、(41.03±5.22)ng/L比(57.15±8.16)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后盐酸曲马多用量低于对照组[(27.48±3.25)mg比(58.54±4.86)mg],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术前12 h、术后12 h、术后48 h时VAS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后Harris评分高于对照组[(76.09±6.11)分比(65.62±6.13)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后认知功能障碍发生率低于对照组[2.5%(1/40)比15.0%(6/40)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.91,P<0.05)。结论:老年髋部骨折患者入院后早期使用FICB镇痛可有效缓解患者术后疼痛,减轻应激反应,有利于术后认知功能与髋关节功能恢复。

Limosilactobacillus reuteri QS01 is potential probiotic isolated from the intestinal microbiota of healthy women in early pregnancy. In the current study， we examined whether QS01 can prevent gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in an enhanced mouse model of the condition. Female C57BL/6J mouse offspring (F1 generation) born to dams fed a control (CON) or low-protein diet (GDM group) during gestation and lactation were used. Pregnant F1 mice fed a standard diet were randomly assigned to 5 groups: CON， GDM， and GDM mice treated with metformin， QS01 or Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus HN001. An oral glucose tolerance test was performed before sacrifice at gestational day 17. Glucose tolerance was significantly ameliorated by all three treatments. QS01 supplementation fortified the intestinal mucosal barrier and inhibited the escalation of plasma inflammatory cytokines. QS01 treatment altered the cecal microbiota composition and function. Plasma and cecal metabolite profiles were modulated by QS01， prominently demonstrating significant upregulation of indole lactate and L-tryptophan in plasma and 5-hydroxy-tryptophan in the cecum， positively correlated with gut Lactobacillus abundance. In summary， QS01 plays a role in preventing GDM by remodeling the intestinal microbiota， reinforcing the intestinal mucosal barrier and alleviating chronic inflammation.

民办本科高校校长队伍建设的效果直接关系到民办高校能否适应高等教育领域的变革需求，实现内涵发展和特色发展目标。然而，我国民办本科高校校长队伍不稳定，部分校长无法胜任民办高校校长角色，年龄偏大利弊突出。民办本科高校校长队伍建设面临两个突出困境：角色定位模糊，校长权责不匹配。这些困境阻碍了校长办学作用的发挥，造成了民办本科高校决策困难、执行效率低下以及组织内冲突频繁，也延缓了民办本科高校实现治理现代化的进程。建设民办本科高校校长队伍建设可以从四个方面破局：加快推进营非分类政策落地，支持校长塑造教育家角色；根据不同治理方式，落实校长权责匹配；加强对民办本科高校治理的制度建设，提高校长治理能力；搭建民办本科高校校长合作网络，促进校长间协作。

The Hardawu granites in the eastern segment of the ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic belt,the northern Qaidam Basin,were studied by whole-rock major and trace elements and in-situ zircon U-Pb geochronology and Hf isotopes to discuss the petrogenesis and tectonic *** results show that the granites have a crystallization age of 401±3 Ma,suggesting that they were formed in the Early *** granites have SiO2 contents of 75.32 wt.%-76.05 wt.%,total alkali contents of 8.23 wt.%-8.36 wt.%,and K2O/Na2O ratios of *** were rich in K2O,poor in TiO2,MnO,MgO,and P2O5,and have A/CNK values of 1.05-1.07,Rittmann indexδvalues of 2.05-2.14,and differentiation index(DI)values of *** are high potassium calc-alkaline,weakperaluminum,and highly differentiated I-type *** granites also show enrichment of large ion lithophile elements(LILE)such as Rb,Ba,and Th,and depletion of high field strength elements(HFSE)such as Nb,Ta,and *** total REE concentrations range from 169 ppm to 232 ppm,with enrichments of light rare earth elements and negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.39-0.55).The zirconεHf(t)values range from-0.65 to-2.29,and the two-stage model ages(tDM2)changed within a small range of 1.44 to 1.54 Ga,indicating that the magma of the Hardawu granites was originated from the partial melting of Mesoproterozoic lower crustal *** with previous studies,we suggest that the Hardawu granites were formed in the extensional tectonic setting after the collision between the Qaidam Block and the central and southern Qilian Block in the Early Devonian.
