System Outage Probability and Diversity Analysis of a SWIPT Based Two-Way DF Relay Network Under Transceiver Hardware Impairments

This paper investigates the system outage performance of a simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT)based two-way decodeand-forward(DF)relay network,where potential hardware impairments(HIs)in all transceivers are considered.After harvesting energy and decoding messages simultaneously via a power splitting scheme,the energy-limited relay node forwards the decoded information to both terminals.Each terminal combines the signals from the direct and relaying links via selection combining.We derive the system outage probability under independent but non-identically distributed Nakagami-m fading channels.It reveals an overall system ceiling(OSC)effect,i.e.,the system falls in outage if the target rate exceeds an OSC threshold that is determined by the levels of HIs.Furthermore,we derive the diversity gain of the considered network.The result reveals that when the transmission rate is below the OSC threshold,the achieved diversity gain equals the sum of the shape parameter of the direct link and the smaller shape parameter of the terminalto-relay links;otherwise,the diversity gain is zero.This is different from the amplify-and-forward(AF)strategy,under which the relaying links have no contribution to the diversity gain.Simulation results validate the analytical results and reveal that compared with the AF strategy,the SWIPT based two-way relaying links under the DF strategy are more robust to HIs and achieve a lower system outage probability.

Energy harvesting has been recognized as a promising technique with which to effectively reduce carbon emis-sions and electricity expenses of base stations.However,renewable energy is inherently stochastic and inter-mittent,imposing formidable challenges on reliably satisfying users'time-varying wireless traffic demands.In addition,the probability distribution of the renewable energy or users’wireless traffic demand is not always fully known in practice.In this paper,we minimize the total energy cost of a hybrid-energy-powered cellular network by jointly optimizing the energy sharing among base stations,the battery charging and discharging rates,and the energy purchased from the grid under the constraint of a limited battery size at each base station.In solving the formulated non-convex chance-constrained stochastic optimization problem,a new ambiguity set is built to characterize the uncertainties in the renewable energy and wireless traffic demands according to interval sets of the mean and covariance.Using this ambiguity set,the original optimization problem is transformed into a more tractable second-order cone programming problem by exploiting the distributionally robust optimization approach.Furthermore,a low-complexity distributionally robust chance-constrained energy management algo-rithm,which requires only interval sets of the mean and covariance of stochastic parameters,is proposed.The results of extensive simulation are presented to demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms existing methods in terms of the computational complexity,energy cost,and reliability.

Performance Analysis of Cooperative NOMA with Energy Harvesting in Multi-Cell Networks

In this paper,an energy harvesting enabled cooperative non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)system for a multi-cell network is investigated.Particularly,during the direct transmission phase,base stations send their superposed messages to the near users and far users simultaneously according to a NOMA principle,while the near users act as energy harvesting enabled relays employing a power splitting protocol.During the cooperative phase,the near users transmit their decoded messages to the corresponding far users using harvested energy.Using tools from stochastic geometry,we firstly calculate the signal to interference ratios of the users in each NOMA group including one near user and one far user.Then,the closed-form expressions of the coverage probability,ergodic rate,and energy efficiency are derived respectively.Numerical results validate the derived expressions and show that the energy harvesting enabled cooperative NOMA system in a multi-cell network can improve the coverage probability,ergodic rate,and energy efficiency compared to its counterpart OMA system.

目的:探究脐带间充质干细胞(umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, UCMSCs)来源的外泌体(exosomes, EX)对胃癌细胞增殖和侵袭的影响。方法:将脐带剪碎后培养,收集第三代到第五代的UCMSCs培养上清,制备UCMSCs来源的EX(UCMSCs-EX)。通过透射电子显微镜观察其形态、流式粒径分析以及Western blot检测特异性蛋白表达的方法对UCMSCs-EX进行鉴定。通过CCK-8和Transwell实验分别检测UCMSCs-EX对胃癌细胞株HGC-27增殖和侵袭的影响。皮下注射HGC-27到裸鼠体内构建胃癌移植瘤小鼠模型,通过尾静脉注射UCMSCs-EX,然后观察UCMSCs-EX对移植瘤小鼠模型体积和生存率的影响。对UCMSCs-EX进行circRNA测序分析,对表达前5位的circRNA进行qRT-PCR验证,运用siRNA干扰筛选circRNA表达的方法,观察UCMSCs-EX携带的circRNA对HGC-27增殖和侵袭的影响。结果:UCMSCs呈梭形生长,成功制备UCMSCs-EX。相比于空白对照组,40μg/mL和60μg/mL的UCMSCs-EX可以明显抑制HGC-27的增殖和侵袭。尾静脉注射UCMSCs-EX可以明显降低胃癌移植瘤体积以及增加模型小鼠的生存率。相比于si-RNA阴性对照,经过si-RNA-circ_0027599处理后制备的UCMSCs-EX中circ_0027599表达量降低,其抑制HGC-27增殖和侵袭的作用明显减弱。结论:UCMSCs-EX可以抑制胃癌细胞HGC-27的增殖和侵袭,UCMSCs-EX携带的circ-0027599可以在体外抑制HGC-27的增殖和侵袭。

Research on Calibration Transfer across Infrared Spectrometric Instruments for Fast Evaluation of Crude Oils

The spectral analysis method is suitable for the process control and the process analysis such as the fast evaluation of crude oils. In this study, model transfer between the same type of spectrometer and different type of spectrometers was discussed respectively, and the results have shown that the transfer of calibration model can satisfy the demand of rapid analysis.

Corresponding Factors Influencing Crude Oils Assay Using Low-field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

In this study, the main factors influencing the measurements by means of the off-line low-field 1H NMR in the lab were discussed base on a robust calibration model established by the PLS algorithm using 255 crude oil samples. The preheating temperature had a great influence on the viscosity of oil samples and the resolution of spectral analysis. The repeatability of spectral measurements was impacted by the metal and wax content of the oil samples. For the case of high wax content oils, the wax species began to crystallize in the course of determination that could affect the repeatability of spectral measurements. These factors have evidenced why the preheating devices and filter unit are necessary when low field NMR system is used in the online analysis process. The investigation is very important for the on-line application of the low field NMR.

Bilayer transition metal dichalcogenides（TMDs） balance the high mobility of single layers with the high state density of multilayers and therefore have promising application prospects in high-performance electronics. However, the layer-controlled growth of 2D materials is still confronted with challenges such as poor repeatability between different labs and a limited understanding of the growth mechanism at the atomic scale. Herein, we report a new carbon-assisted chemical vapor deposition process that can realize the growth of WS2sheets with high yield, precise thickness controllability, and repeatability. We show that carbon can act as a reducing agent and catalyst that preferentially reacts with the WO3precursor to form intermediate WO3-xproducts with low-valence state W. The resulting oxycarbide gas has a low surface adsorption energy when deposited on the surface of as-grown WS2, which provides nucleation sites for the subsequent layer of WS2growth and leads to the vertical growth of WS2sheets. The growth mechanism is thoroughly investigated. Electrical transport measurements show that the produced bilayer WS2possesses a high carrier mobility(up to 58 cm2·V-1·s-1) and small subthreshold swing（estimated to be 148 mV/decade）,which are among the best reported results for TMDs produced using CVD.

Research on Determination of Nitrogen Content in Petroleum Using Mid-infrared Spectroscopy

Nitrogen content is an important parameter for petroleum refining processes. The combined use of mid-infrared attenuated total reflection spectroscopy and multivariate calibration allows accurate determination of nitrogen content in petroleum and its products. The calibration models of nitrogen content in crude oils have been established by partial least squares (PLS) method. The results predicted by this method were very close to those determined by standard methods. Compared with standard methods, this method is provided with advantages such as high-speed, simplicity and good-repeat- ability without any needs for pretreatment.
