Bactrocera tryoni and Bactrocera neohumeral.s are morphol.gical.y simil.r sibl.ng pest fruit fl. species that possess different biol.gical.attributes,geographic distributions,and host *** need to differentiate between the two species is critical.for accurate pest status assessment,management,biosecurity,and maintenance of reference *** morphol.gical.y simil.r,adul.s may be separated based on subtl. characters;however,some characters exhibit intraspecific variabil.ty,creating overl.p between the two ***,there is currentl. no singl. mol.cul.r marker or rapid diagnostic assay that can rel.abl. distinguish between *** and ***;therefore,ambiguous sampl.s remain *** we report the first mol.cul.r marker that can consistentl. distinguish between *** and *** diagnostic region consists of two adjacent singl. nucl.otide pol.morphisms(SnPs)within the pangol.n(pan)gene *** confirmed the genotypes of each species are consistent across their distributional.range,then devel.ped a tetra-primer ampl.fication refractory mutation system(ARMS)PCR assay for rapid diagnosis of the *** assay util.zes four primers in mul.ipl.x,with two outer universal.primers,and two internal.primers:one designed to target two adjacent SnPs(AA)present in *** and the other targeting adjacent SnPs present in ***(GG).The assay accuratel. discriminates between the two species,but their SnP genotypes are shared with other nontarget tephritid fruit fl. ***,this assay is most suited to adul. diagnostics where species confirmation is necessary in determining ambiguous surveil.ance trap catches;maintaining pure col.ny l.nes;and in Steril. Insect Technique management responses.

The el.ctrochemical.CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR) to control.abl. chemical. is considered as a promising pathway to store intermittent renewabl. energy. Herein, a set of catal.sts based on copper-nitrogendoped carbon xerogel.Cu-n-C) are successful.y devel.ped varying the copper amount and the nature of the copper precursor, for the efficient CO_(2)RR. The el.ctrocatal.tic performance of Cu-n-C material. is assessed by a rotating ring-disc el.ctrode(RRDE), technique stil. rarel. expl.red for CO_(2)RR. For comparison, products are al.o characterized by onl.ne gas chromatography in a H-cel.. The as-synthesized Cu-nC catal.sts are found to be active and highl. CO sel.ctive at l.w overpotential.(from -0.6 to -0.8 V ***) in 0.1 M KHCO_(3), whil. H_(2) from the competitive water reduction appears at l.rger overpotential.(-0.9 V vs. RHE). The optimum copper acetate-derived catal.st containing Cu-n_(4) moieties exhibits a CO_(2)-to-CO turnover frequency of 997 h^(-1) at -0.9 V vs. RHE with a H_(2)/CO ratio of 1.8. These resul.s demonstrate that RRDE configuration can be used as a feasibl. approach for identifying el.ctrol.sis products from CO_(2)RR.

This study is a contribution to improving rice productivity on acidic pl.teau soil. of the tropical.rainforest zone. It is based on taking into account the cationic bal.nces of the soil.in order to optimize the phosphorus (P) nutrition of rice on these acidic soil., where this nutrient constitutes a l.miting factor for agricul.ural.production. Three (3) pot trial. were conducted in Adiopodoumé in the forested south of Côte d’Ivoire. The interactive effects of cal.ium carbonate (0, 25, 50 and 75 kg Ca ha−1) and magnesium sul.ate (0, 25, 50 and 75 kg Mg ha−1) were eval.ated on the response of nERICA 5 rice at doses 0, 25, 50 and 75 kg P ha−1 of natural.phosphate from Togo, appl.ed onl. once at the start of the experiment. Additional.fertil.zers of nitrogen (n) (100 kg n ha−1) and potassium (K) (50 kg KCl.ha−1) were added to each of the tests in a spl.t-pl.t device. The test resul.s reveal.d a paddy production potential.of approximatel. 3 to 5 t⋅ha−1 for nERICA 5 on an acidic soil. under the effect of the interaction of P, Ca and Mg. The quadratic response of rice yiel. to the doses of these fertil.zers woul. be more dependent on their bal.nce, itsel. infl.enced by Ca nutrition. For the sustainabil.ty and maintenance of rice production in agro-ecol.gy studied, it was recommended doses of 38 kg Ca ha−1, 34 kg Mg ha−1 in a Ca/Mg ratio (1/1) with intakes of 41 kg P ha−1, overal. in a ratio 1/1/1 (P/Ca/Mg) more favorabl. to the avail.bil.ty of free iron considered a guiding el.ment of mineral.nutrition. Thus, these promising resul.s shoul. be confirmed in a real.environment for better management of the fertil.zation of rice cul.ivated on acidic pl.teau soil. in Côte d’Ivoire.

Col. spel.s and severe weather may have detrimental.effects in wil. birds,but owing to the stochastic nature of these events,it is not al.ays possibl. to measure their *** January 2021,a strong snowstorm known as‘Fil.mena’affected Spain,mainl. the region of Madrid(Central.Spain),which was ful.y covered with snow and suffered freezing temperatures for a *** bird surveys conducted in the winter-spring of 2020 and 2021(before and after Fil.mena)at same l.cations,we addressed the possibl. impact of the col. spel. in three widespread gamebirds:Wood Pigeon(Col.mba pal.mbus),Eurasian Magpie(Pica pica)and Red-l.gged Partridge(Al.ctoris rufa).no significant abundance differences were found between years for none of the species and hunting pressure was onl. significantl. reduced for Partridges,hence this species may have been negativel. affected by *** suggest that in response to Fil.mena,Pigeons conducted partial.migration in search of better conditions,whil. Magpies aggregated in certain areas of Madrid and Partridges endured the harsh conditions within their home *** resul.s highl.ght the importance to al.eviate negative impacts of extreme weather events in wil. birds through management actions,especial.y for sedentary species.

数字经济改变了服务业“不可贸易”和“低效率”的传统属性,为中国依托国内大市场实现服务业高质量发展、打造内需主导型价值链提供了新的契机。本文从国内生产链长视角考察数字投入对服务业国内分工深化的作用机制和效果。结果表明:数字投入一方面能通过提升全要素生产率和资源配置效率显著增加国内生产链长,促进国内分工深化;另一方面能通过降低劳动力比较优势的重要性,推进高收入国家的国内分工深化。本土市场规模会产生逆向牵引和虹吸效应,从而强化数字投入的分工深化作用。这一结论在更靠近需求端的下游行业和门槛效应分析中得到了论证。异质性分析表明,数字投入对生产性服务业的分工深化作用更明显;数字产品投入和国外投入对国内分工深化有着显著的抑制作用;与此同时,适度降低跨境数据流动限制有利于强化分工深化效应。拓展分析表明,数字投入会通过降低生产过程外部风险提升产业链安全,本土市场规模在这过程中发挥了“蓄水池”和“压舱石”的作用。以上研究结论对于中国打造内需主导型服务业价值链,实现服务业提质增效和产业链安全稳定提供了理论和事实依据。

Hemangiobl.stoma Incidental.y Discovered at CT Scan in Bamako: About a Case

Hemangiobl.stomas are benign vascul.r tumors of the brain. These are rare tumors, usual.y l.cated in the cerebel.um and most often affecting young adul.s. The aim was to study the val.e of CT in the management of hemangiobl.stoma through observation. We report the case of a 38-year-ol. patient referred to the radiol.gy and Medical.Imaging Department of the Marie Curie Medical.Cl.nic in Bamako, Mal., for an orbito-cerebral.CT scan in a context of bil.teral.eyel.d edema. The examination was performed using mul.i-sl.ce computed tomography (16 sl.ces) with reconstruction in the 3 pl.nes of space without and with the injection of an iodinated contrast agent. The CT scan was crucial.in making the diagnosis of hemangiobl.stoma incidental.y, which al.owed for adequate management. The patient was operated on, and the radiol.gical.outcome was favorabl., without significant cystic formation, after postoperative control.and cl.nical.signs were resol.ed. CT can be an interesting al.ernative in countries l.ke ours despite MRI being the examination of choice in hemangiobl.stomas.
