Potassium ions （K+） doped graphitic carbon nitride （g-C3n4） was prepared by a thermal etching method using potassium hydroxide （KOH） as an ion *** transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）results showed that the generation of the cyano group was detected while introducing K+.Under simulated sunlight irradiation,the sample with a K+doping amount of 10%showed the highest hydrogen peroxide （H2O2） generation rate of2,140.2μmol *** apparent quantum yield （AQY） at 400 nm and the solar-to-chemical conversion （SCC） are 4.35%and1.23%,respectively.K+acted as a bridge between g-C3n4layers,which enhanced charge transfer ***,the cyano group enhanced the adsorption capacity of protons （H+） and promoted the yield of *** catalyst exhibited excellent photocatalytic stability based on four-cycle *** addition,a mechanism study showed that superoxide radicals （·O2-）were the most important active species in the reaction *** production of H2O2was achieved through consecutive single-electron *** study deepens the understanding of the oxygen reduction reaction process and opens up a new venue for improving H2O2generation.

响应面法优化酱牛肉超声-脉动滚揉腌制工艺

[目的]本文旨在明确超声和脉动滚揉腌制联用对酱牛肉品质的具体工艺参数。[方法]以牛腿肉为原料,分别以超声时间、超声功率、脉动滚揉时间为单因素,通过质构、剪切力、模糊感官评分、色差筛选出较优的单因素范围,并在单因素试验基础上以剪切力、模糊感官评分为响应值进行响应面优化试验。[结果]试验得到最佳工艺参数:超声时间108 min、超声功率255 W、脉动滚揉时间3 h。此时得到酱牛肉剪切力为37.94 n,模糊感官评分为89.70分,与模型理论值相近。与传统静态腌制相比,用最佳超声-脉动滚揉腌制工艺制作的酱牛肉剪切力显著降低、模糊感官评分提高,色泽得到改善。两因素交互作用结果表明,超声功率和超声时间对酱牛肉剪切力影响显著,超声时间和脉动滚揉时间对酱牛肉模糊感官评分影响显著,因此在实际生产中需根据需求选择合适的腌制参数。[结论]超声-脉动滚揉腌制工艺提高了酱牛肉的嫩度,同时改善了酱牛肉的质构和色泽,提高了酱牛肉品质;超声-脉动技术联用是促进超声技术应用与肉制品腌制的有效策略。

背景:静态数字化导板辅助种植可提高种植精度,但对于开口度小和种植位点牙合间距离小的患者后牙区使用较为受限,为此需要对数字化导板进行改良。目的:研究改良数字化导板对第二磨牙游离缺失辅助种植的精确度。方法:选择2020年7月至2023年7月就诊于广州医科大学附属第一医院的第二磨牙游离缺失患者40例,采用掷硬币法随机分为试验组(n=22)与对照组(n=18),分别接受改良数字化导板辅助种植手术与常规自由手种植手术。对患者术前及术后锥形束CT进行重叠分析,比较组间的颈部偏差、尖端偏差、深度偏差、角度偏差值。术后1周,通过目测类比评分评估患者对手术过程的满意度。结果与结论:①试验组植入25颗种植体(上颌12颗,下颌13颗),对照组植入23颗种植体(上颌8颗,下颌15颗),试验组患者颈部偏差、尖端偏差、深度偏差、角度偏差值均小于对照组(P0.05);②两组患者对手术过程的满意度比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);③结果表明,改良数字化导板对第二磨牙游离缺失辅助种植可提高手术精度,适用于开口度小和种植位点牙合间距离小的患者后牙区。

Response of bacteria in the deep-sea sediments and the Antarctic soils to carbohydrates: Effects on ectoenzyme activity and bacterial community

The response of bacteria to various carbohydrates in the deep-sea sediments and the Antarctic soils was investigated using cellulose, chitin, and olive oil. It was found that the carbohydrates significantly increased the corresponding specific ectoenzyme activity （β- glucosidase, β-n-acetylglucosaminidase, lipase） in the samples from deep-sea sediments. In the case of Antarctic soil samples, the cellulose or olive oil amendments had minor or no effect on β-glucosidase or lipase activity, except the chitin which stimulated β- n-acetylglucosaminidase production. The responses of the bacteria in the deep-sea sediment sample WP02-3 and the Antarctic soil sample CC-TY2 towards the chitin amendment were further analyzed. Chitin amendments were shown to stimulate the ectoenzyme activity in all the tested sediments and the soils. The bacterial response before and after the carbohydrates amendments were compared by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis and quantitative competitive polymerase chain reaction. Significant changes were found in the structure and density of the bacterial community in the deep sea sediments as compared to the Antarctic soil sample, where the effects were relatively lower. There was no change in the bacterial population in both studied samples in response to carbohydrates amendments. These data indicate that the bacterial communities in the oligotrophic deep-sea sediments are more dynamic than that in the Antarctic soils as they respond to the nutrient sources efficiently by regulation of ectoenzyme activity and/or changing community structure.

Circular RnAs(circRnAs) play pivotal roles in the development and progression of various diseases, including malignant tumors. However,the biological functions and the underlying mechanisms of many circRnAs remain elusive. In this study, we identified a novel circRnA,circTP63-n, generated through the splicing of exons 2–4 of the TP63 gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(nPC). circTP63-n was found to be downregulated in clinical samples of nPC. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments unequivocally demonstrated that circTP63-n inhibits the proliferation and metastasis of nPC cells. Further investigations revealed that circTP63-n interacted with the HSP90AB1 protein, leading to the recruitment of LATS/YAP1 proteins. This, in turn, induced phosphorylation and ubiquitination-dependent degradation of YAP1, resulting in reduced nuclear translocation of YAP1 and inhibition of the transcriptional activation of downstream oncogenic genes, including InHBA, MMP3, and CCnE2. Our findings highlight the identification of circTP63-n, a novel circRnA encoded by an important tumor-relevant gene TP63 and elucidate its molecular mechanism as a tumor suppressor in nPC. These insights offer novel potential molecular markers and therapeutic targets for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of nPC.

Functional organic-inorganic nanocomposites with high transparency show significant potential application in many fields. However, it is still a great challenge to prepare flexible transparent nanocomposites due to the intrinsic stiffness of the nanoparticles and the poor interaction between nanopartieles and organic matrices. In this work, a transparent ternary nanocomposite film with enhanced mechanical performance is fabricated by two-steps. First, the transparent ternary ZnO/MWCnTs/n-butyl methacrylate （BMA） nanodispersion is prepared by mixing the ZnO/BMA and MWCnTs/BMA dispersions directly. Then, the ternary nanocoposites film is fabricated via in-situ bulk polymerization of the above nanodispersions. As a result, the tensile strength of the ZnO/MWCnTs/poly-n-butyl methacrylate （PBMA） ternary film is enhanced by 42% and the elongation at break is three times that of ZnO/PBMA nanocomposite. The hardness of the film increases from 5B to 1H with 40 wt% ZnO. These results indicate that ZnO and MWCnTs can improve the mechanical properties of the composite significantly. Importantly, the ternary nanocomposite film still remains high transparency and exhibit excellent UV-shielding performance. The as-prepared transparent multifunctional nanocomposite films have promising applications in optical materials and devices, such as optical filters, contact lenses and protection packing.

Magnesium-lithium alloys with high lithium content have been attracting significant attention because of their low density,high formability and corrosion *** properties are dependent on the distribution of lithium,which is difficult to map in the presence of *** this work,a ratio spectrum-imaging method with electron energy-loss spectroscopy(EELS)is demonstrated,which enables the mapping of *** application to LAZ941(Mg-9Li-4Al-1Zn in wt.%),this technique revealed that a key precipitate in the microstructure,previously thought by some to be Mg_(17)Al_(12),is in fact rich in *** result was corroborated with a structural investigation by high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM),showing this phase to be Al_(1-x)Zn_(x)Li,with xndicates the potential offered by this technique for mapping lithium in materials.
