The orphan nuclear receptor Nur77 is a critical regulator of the survival and death of tumor *** pro-death effect of Nur77 can be regulated by its interaction with Bcl-2,resulting in conversion of Bcl-2 from a survival to *** Bcl-2 is overexpressed in various cancers preventing them from apoptosis and promoting their resistance to chemotherapy,targeting the apoptotic pathway of Nur77/Bcl-2 may lead to new cancer ***,we report our identification of XS561 as a novel Nur77 ligand that induces apoptosis of tumor cells by activating the Nur77/Bcl-2 *** vitro and animal studies revealed an apoptotic effect of XS561 in a range of tumor cell lines including MDA-MB-231 triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)and MCF-7/LCC2 tamoxifen-resistant breast cancer(TAMR)in a Nur77-dependent *** studies showed XS561 potently induced the translocation of Nur77 from the nucleus to mitochondria,resulting in mitochondria-related ***,XS561-induced accumulation of Nur77 at mitochondria was associated with XS561 induction of Nur77 phase separation and the formation of Nur77/Bcl-2 ***,our studies identify XS561 as a new activator of the Nur77/Bcl-2 apoptotic pathway and reveal a role of phase separation in mediating the apoptotic effect of Nur77 at mitochondria.

针对无线传感器网络节点能源有限,容易出现能量负载不均衡的问题,提出了一种基于萤火虫算法优化模糊C均值(FCM)的无线传感器网络(WSN)路由算法(FFACM),优化了分簇路由算法中的分簇阶段和簇间路由建立阶段。在分簇阶段,使用萤火虫算法计算初始聚类中心,避免模糊C均值算法因初始聚类中心而陷入局部最优的问题。在选择簇首节点上,建立关于剩余能量和距离的适应度函数,选取适应度值最大的节点作为簇首节点并动态更新。通过计算节点间的链路代价并根据剩余能量和到sink节点的距离建立代价函数,选择代价函数值最小的节点建立簇间多跳路由,使得簇首节点的负载降到最低。从仿真实验结果可知,相比于其他无线传感器网络的路由算法,FFACM算法能有效均衡网络负载,降低节点能耗,从而延长网络的使用周期。

无线传感器网络具有大规模、自组织、可靠性、以数据为中心、集成化等特点,被广泛应用于军事、医疗、矿山监测、安全生产等领域。然而现有的无线传感器网络非测距定位算法存在定位误差较大的问题。针对该问题,本文提出一种基于全局人工鱼群算法优化的DV-Hop(distance vector-hop)定位算法,即DEWF-D定位算法。该算法对非测距定位算法中的DV-Hop算法出现误差的步骤进行优化处理,通过减小算法过程中出现的误差,最终得到较为精准的定位坐标。首先,使信标节点以两种不同的通信半径传递消息,将跳数进行精确化处理,以减少跳数带来的误差;然后,用最小均方误差准则和误差加权方式计算平均每跳距离;最后,利用全局人工鱼群算法替换三边测量法进行坐标计算。仿真验证表明,在不同信标节点密度下,本文提出的DEWF-D算法与DV-Hop算法及其他算法相比定位精度分别提升28.3%、6.9%、12.5%;而在不同通信半径下,定位精度分别提升了24.4%、7.6%、14.8%。证明DEWF-D算法能有效提升定位精度,解决了定位算法中出现的定位误差较大问题。

The recent stochastic signal observed jointly by NANOGrav,parkes pulsar timing array,European pulsar timing array,and Chinese pulsar timing array can be accounted for by scalarinduced gravitational waves(SIGWs).The source of the SIGWs is from the primordial curvature perturbations,and the main contribution to the SIGWs is from the peak of the primordial curvature power *** effectively model this peak,we apply the Taylor expansion to parameterize *** the Taylor expansion parameterization,we apply Bayesian methods to constrain the primordial curvature power spectrum based on the NANOGrav 15 year data *** constraint on the primordial curvature power spectrum possesses a degree of generality,as the Taylor expansion can effectively approximate a wide range of function profiles.

To explore the response law of non-lethal large-size kinetic energy projectiles to blunt attack on skin tissue,and to evaluate the skin injury characteristics of the attacked personnel and the use safety of kinetic energy *** on the LS-DYNA simulation software,a three-layer skin simulation model and a Flash-Ball rubber bullet model are established,and the force-time and deformation-time biomechanical corridors of the Flash-Ball rubber bullet impacting human skin tissue are *** corridor curve and the energy transfer and diffusion are analyzed and *** safety evaluation of the damage caused by the rubber bullet shooting a human body at different distances is carried out using the empirical formula of the penetration ***,the safe shooting distance is *** results show that the model used in the simulation has a good correlation with the experimental data,its biomechanical corridor characteristics are different from those of conventional vehicle impact and smallsize projectile response *** energy transfer and action time of medium and low-speed impact may cause greater *** fat layer is the largest energy absorption *** minimum safe shooting distance to ensure skin tissue from penetrating damage is 15.8 m,and the limit specific kinetic energy of skin damage is 7.88 J/cm^(2).This study can be extended to the study of biomechanical response law and safety evaluation under the impact of the same type of large kinetic energy projectile,which provides an important theoretical reference for the police to use large kinetic energy projectiles to conduct safe shooting in peacekeeping operations.

Soils are not necessarily uniform and may present linearly varied or layered characteristics,for example the backfilled soils behind rigid retaining *** the presence of large lateral thrust imposed by arch bridge,passive soil failure is possible.A reliable prediction of passive earth pressure for the design of such wall is challenging in complicated soil strata,when adopting the conventional limit analysis *** order to overcome the challenge for generating a kinematically admissible velocity field and a statically allowable stress field,finite element method is incorporated into limit analysis,forming finiteelement upper-bound(FEUB)and finite-element lower-bound(FELB)***-static,original and modified pseudo-dynamic approaches are adopted to represent seismic acceleration *** generating feasible velocity and stress fields within discretized elements based on specific criteria,FEUB and FELB formulations of seismic passive earth pressure(coefficient K_(P))can be derived from work rate balance equation and stress *** to an interior point algorithm,optimal upper and lower bound solutions are *** proposed FEUB and FELB procedures are well validated by limit equilibrium as well as lower-bound and kinematic *** studies are carried out to investigate the effects of influential factors on seismic K_(P).Notably,true solution of K_(P) is well estimated based on less than 5%difference between FEUB and FELB solutions under such complex scenarios.

This study investigated the effects of upper-level descending inflow(ULDI)associated with inner-eyewall convection on the formation of the moat in tropical cyclones(TCs)with secondary eyewall formation(SEF).In our numerical experiments,a clear moat with SEF occurred in TCs with a significant ULDI,while no SEF occurred in TCs without a significant *** eyewall convection developed more vigorously in the control run.A ULDI occurred outside the inner-eyewall convection,where it was symmetrically *** ULDI was initially triggered by the diabatic warming released by the inner eyewall and later enhanced by the cooling below the anvil *** ULDI penetrated the outer edge of the inner eyewall with relatively dry air and prevented excessive solid-phase hydrometeors from being advected further *** produced extensive sublimation cooling of falling hydrometeors between the eyewall and the outer *** sublimation cooling resulted in negative buoyancy and further induced strong subsidence between the eyewall and the outer *** a result,a clear moat was *** of the moat in the ongoing SEF prevented the outer rainband from moving farther inward,helping the outer rainband to symmetrize into an outer *** the sensitivity experiment,no significant ULDI formed since the eyewall convection was weaker,and the eyewall anvil developed relatively lower,meaning the formation of a moat and thus an outer eyewall was less *** study suggests that a better-represented simulation of inner-eyewall convective structures and distribution of the solid-phase hydrometeors is important to the prediction of SEF.
