为解决大学物理实验课中部分项目存在的“学生难学、教师难教”问题,结合本校实际情况,设计与实施了混合式教学.对学生完成实验和教师教学的情况进行了研究.结果表明,混合式教学不仅提高了学生的实验技能、减少了完成实验所用时间,而且将教师从简单重复的解答中解放出来,有更多时间用于引导启发学生,一定程度上解决了“学生难学、教师难教”的问题.

The hierarchical binary CdS/NiO hollow heterogeneous architectures(HHAs)with p–n heterojunction are constructed by a facile microwave-assisted wet chemical process for high-efficient photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)from *** as-designed CdS/NiO HHAs are composed of hexagonal n-type CdS nanoparticles with a size in the range of 20–40 nm attaching to cubic p-type NiO hollow microspheres(HMSs)which are aggregates of porous nanoplates with a thickness of about 20 *** photocatalytic water splitting over CdS/NiO HHAs is significantly increased under simulated solar irradiation,among which the most active sample of CdS/NiO-3(the mass ratio of CdS to NiO is 1:3)exhibits the fastest photocatalytic HER rate of 1.77 mmol∙g^(−1)∙h^(−1),being 16.2 times than that of pure *** boosted photocatalytic HER could be attributed to the synergistic effect on the proportional p–n heterojunction with special hierarchical hollow and porous morphology,an enhancement of visible light absorption,and an improvement of photoinduced charge separation as well as the photo-stability given by the composite *** work shows a viable strategy to design the heterojunction with special morphology for the efficient hydrogen generation by water splitting utilizing solar energy.

Comprehensive Air Quality Model with extensions(CAMx)-Decoupled Direct Method(DDM)simulations of first-order ozone(O_(3))sensitivity to nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emissions were performed and combined with modelled P_(H_(2)O_(2))/P_(HNO_(3))ratios to obtain a range of thresholds for determining O_(3)-sensitivity regimes for different areas of *** the new threshold ranges for photochemical indicators,the method for determining O_(3)formation in the Ozone Source Apportionment Technology(OSAT)module within CAMx was improved by a dynamically varied threshold of P_(H_(2)O_(2))/P_(HNO_(3))*** O_(3)concentration contributions in the newly added transition regime were apportioned to NO_(x)and VOCs emissions in proportion to the relationship between the P_(H_(2)O_(2))/P_(HNO_(3))ratio and first-order O_(3)*** source contributions of O_(3)concentrations from different emission sectors from June to September 2019 were compared using the original and improved *** results showed that the O_(3)concentration contributions changed significantly in the NO_(x)-limited regime,with a maximum decrease of 21.89%,while the contributions increased by up to 7.57%in the VOC-limited regime,and were within 15μg/m^(3)in the transition *** modified OSAT module enabled a more sophisticated attribution of O_(3)to precursor emissions and may have far-reaching implications for informing O_(3)pollution control policy.

目的:观察辅酶Q10和维生素E与黄精赞育胶囊联合治疗弱精症的临床疗效。方法:选择2022年1月-2022年9月初次就诊并接受治疗的弱精症患者(确诊为肾虚精亏夹湿热型)90例,采用随机对照法分为对照1组(A组)、对照组2组(B组)和观察组(C组)。A组给予辅酶Q10和维生素E治疗,B组给予黄精赞育胶囊治疗,C组给予黄精赞育胶囊+辅酶Q10和维生素E治疗。治疗结束6个月后随访配偶妊娠情况。比较三组患者的精液质量[精子浓度、精子活力(PR%)、正常形态率、DNA碎片率(DFI)和精液活性氧(ROS)含量]及患者配偶的临床妊娠率、显效率、有效率。结果:三组间治疗前、治疗后的精液质量各项比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组治疗后的精子活力和正常形态率高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。B组治疗后的精子浓度、精子活力、正常形态率与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组治疗后精子活力高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后三组患者的精子DNA碎片率、精浆ROS生成量均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:联合用药与辅酶Q10和维生素E治疗效果相似,均略优于黄精赞育胶囊治疗效果,联合用药是否优于辅酶Q10和维生素E需要扩大样本量进一步研究。

Matrix-valued data have found extensive applications in various fields, such as modern biomedical imaging, chemometrics, and economics. In this paper, we address the problem of generalized trace regression involving matrix-valued covariates. To estimate the unknown parameters, we propose a penalty that combines the MCP nuclear norm and two-dimensional spline lasso. This penalty accounts for the potential low-rank and row/column order structures in the matrix-valued covariates. We establish the general theory and explicit statistical convergence rate of the resulting estimator. Through simulations, we demonstrate the advantages of our proposed method compared to other competing methods. Finally, we apply our approach to analyze brainimage datasets related to Alzheimer’s disease, identifying several efficient regions that illustrate the mechanism of Alzheimer’s.

The polarization evolution of vector beams(VBs) generated by q-plates is investigated theoretically and *** analytical model is developed for the VB created by a general quarter-wave q-plate based on vector diffraction *** is found that the polarization distribution of VBs varies with position and the value *** particular,for the incidence of circular polarization,the exit vector vortex beam has polarization states that cover the whole surface of the Poincarésphere,thereby constituting a full Poincaré*** the incidence of linear polarization,the VB is not cylindrical but specularly symmetric,and exhibits an azimuthal spin *** results are in sharp contrast with those derived by the commonly used model,i.e.,regarding the incident light as a plane *** implementing q-plates with dielectric metasurfaces,further experiments validate the theoretical results.

We examine the spin-orbit interaction of light and photonic spin Hall effect on the surface of anisotropic two-dimensional atomic crystals. As an example, the photonic spin Hall effect on the surface of black phosphorus is investigated. The photonic spin Hall effect manifests itself as the spin-dependent beam shifts in both transverse and in-plane directions. We demonstrate that the spin-dependent shifts are sensitive to the orientation of the optical axis, doping concentration, and interband transitions. These results can be extensively extended to other anisotropic two-dimensional atomic crystals. By incorporating the quantum weak measurement techniques, the photonic spin Hall effect holds great promise for detecting the parameters of anisotropic two-dimensional atomic crystals.

A highly immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME)and the presence of the blood‒brain barrier are the two major obstacles to eliciting an effective immune response in patients with high-grade glioma(HGG).Here,we tried to enhance the local innate immune response in relapsed HGG by intracranially injecting poly(I:C)to establish a robust antitumor immune response in this registered clinical trial(NCT03392545).During the follow-up,12/27(44.4%)patients who achieved tumor control concomitant with survival benefit were regarded as responders in our *** found that the T-cell receptor(TCR)repertoire in the TME was reshaped after poly(I:C)*** on the RNA-seq analysis of tumor samples,the expression of annexin A1(ANXA1)was significantly upregulated in the tumor cells of nonresponders,which was further validated at the protein *** vitro and in vivo experiments showed that ANXA1 could induce the production of M2-like macrophages and microglia via its surface receptor formyl peptide receptor 1(FPR1)to establish a Treg cell-driven immunosuppressive TME and suppress the antitumor immune response facilitated by poly(I:C).The ANXA1/FPR1 signaling axis can inhibit the innate immune response of glioma patients by promoting an anti-inflammatory and Treg-driven ***,ANXA1 could serve as a reliable predictor of response to poly(I:C),with a notable predictive accuracy rate of 92.3%.In light of these notable findings,this study unveils a new perspective of immunotherapy for gliomas.
