因不同人体生理特征的差异性,影响了基于光电容积脉搏波(PPG)和心电信号(ECG)的连续无创血压测量精度,提出一种基于优化的支持向量机模型预测血压的方法。该方法将PPG、ECG及人体特征进行处理并组成特征矩阵,通过水银血压计测得实时血压值,运用主成分分析法和遗传算法改进的支持向量机学习模型对特征矩阵和实时血压值进行回归训练,从而建立最优血压预测模型。实验证明,优化改进支持向量回归血压预测方法比传统支持向量机学习法准确度提升了10%~15%。

5-methylcytosine（m5C） is one of the important RNA modifications and plays essential roles in nuclear export, transcript stability and translation initiation in eukaryotic cells, thus regulating cell division and protein synthesis. m5 C can be dynamically and reversibly regulated by specific enzymes termed as‘writers’（methyltransferases）, ‘readers’ and ‘erasers’（demethylases）. m5 C RNA modification is catalyzed by ‘writers’ such as NOL1/NOP2/SUN domain（NSUN） family of proteins（NSUN1,NSUN2, NSUN3, NSUN4, NSUN5, NSUN6 and NSUN7） as well as the DNA methyltransferase（DNMT） homologue DNMT2, which use S-adenosylmethionine（SAM） as the methyl donor. However,among such diversified writers, only NSUN2 can install m5 C on mRNA. Erasers（TET1 and TET3）are the protein factors responsible for removing modifications on mRNA. Aly/REF export factor （ALYREF） and YBX1, two specific mR NA m5 C-binding proteins that can read modifications and maintain the stability of target mRNA, were identified as readers of m5 C.It has been found that a variety of m5 C regulators are associated with tumorigenesis and development. In order to explore whether the levels of m5 C mRNA methylation regulators are related to gastric cancer,and the correlation between the expression levels of m5 C mRNA methylation-related enzymes and the prognosis of gastric cancer patients, online TCGA analysis database UALCAN（http://ualcan.***.uab.edu/analysis.html） was used to compare the expression levels of m5 C mR NA methylation-related enzymes across gastric cancer samples and normal tissues and study their association with the prognosis of patients. Besides, Gene Expression Profiling interactive Analysis GEPIA（http://***/） was employed to further analyze the connection between m5 C mRNA methylation-related enzymes and hypoxia inducible factor HIF1 A.The results showed that the expression levels of Writers NSUN2, NSUN3, NSUN6, NSUN7, and DNMT2 were significantly up-regulated in gastric cancer compared with normal tissue, and the expression levels of Readers ALYREF a

Silicon （Si） has been considered as one of the most promising anode material for tHe next generation lithium-ion batteries （LIBs） with high energy densities, due to its high theoretical capacity, abundant availability and environmental friendliness. However. silicon materials with low intrinsic electric and ionic conductivity suffer from huge volume variation during lithiation/delithiation processes leading to the pulverization of Si and subsequently resulting in severe capacity fading of the electrodes. Coupling of Si with carbon （C） realizes a favorable combination of the two materials properties, such as high lithiation capacity of Si and excellent mechanical and conductive properties of C. making silicon/carbon composite （Si/C） ideal candidates for LIBs anodes. In this review, recent progresses of Si/C materials utilized in LIBs are summarized in terms of structural design principles, material synthesis methods, morphological characteristics and electrochemical performances by highlighting the material structures. The mechanisms behind the performance enhancement are also discussed. Moreover, other factors that affect the performance of Si/C anodes, such as prelithiation, electrolyte additives, and binders, are also discussed. We aim to present a full scope of the Si/C-based anodes, and help understand and design future structures of Si/C anodes in LIBs,

Anaphylactoid reaction is one of the main adverse reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） in clinic.To ensure safe of TCM,it is important to identify allergens.In this study,for the fist time,we construct a network model of TCM allergen by using network toxicology approach,in which the significant risk factors and potentially anaphylactoid ingredients of TCM were identified.The results of network analysis suggested that honeysuckle,Scutellaria,forsythia and gardenia may cause anaphylactoid reaction in clinic.The allergen responsible for anaphylactoid reactions was further screened and verified through in vivo and in vitro assays.Taking TCMIs as examples,the degranulation model of RBL-2H3 cell with the endpoint of p-hexosaminidase release rate was established to screen allergen from TCMIs.The screening results showed that Ginsenoside Rd could significantly increase P-hexosaminidase release and IL-4 level in a dose-dependent manner in RBL-2H3 cells.A mice cutaneous vascular permeability assay was employed to validate the findings.The results confirmed that Rd significantly increased the vascular permeability in a dose-dependent manner,which was consistent with those of in vitro.

The characteristics of the energy structure of rich coal,less oil and less gas,coupling with a high external dependence on oil and natural gas and the emphasis on the efficient and clean utilisation of coal,have brought opportunities for coal chemical industry.However,with the large-scale popularisation of coal gasification technology,the production and resulting storage of coal gasification slag continue to increase,which not only result in serious environmental pollution and a waste of terrestrial resources,but also seriously affect the sustainable development of coal chemical enterprises.Hence,the treatment of coal gasification slag is extremely important.In this paper,the production,composition,morphology,particle size structure and water holding characteristics of coal gasification slag are introduced,and the methods of carbon ash separation of gasification slag,both domestically and abroad,are summarised.In addition,the paper also summarises the research progress on gasification slag in building materials,ecological restoration,residual carbon utilisation and other high-value utilisation,and ultimately puts forward the idea of the comprehensive utilisation of gasification slag.For large-scale consumption to solve the environmental problems of enterprises and achieve high-value utilisation to increase the economic benefits of enterprises,it is urgent to zealously design a reasonable and comprehensive utilisation technologies with simple operational processes,strong adaptability and economic benefits.

目的应用锥形束CT分析骨性Ⅰ类伴安氏Ⅰ类及安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者颞下颌关节窝形态差异。方法收集2019年1月至2020年12月于首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院口腔科就诊的78例骨性Ⅰ类成年患者的双侧颞下颌关节锥形束CT影像资料进行回顾性分析,并根据磨牙关系及上前牙倾斜度分为安氏Ⅰ类组、安氏Ⅱ1类组及安氏Ⅱ类组。对3组颞下颌关节窝与髁突的角度和线性指标进行测量评估。结果(1)各组颞下颌关节窝和髁突测量指标总的比较,除关节结节高度(AEH)外,差异均具有统计学意义(均P0.05)。(3)除了安氏Ⅱ1类组女性患者的GFW/GFD大于男性患者(P0.05)。(4)各组相同性别患者的AEI-BFL、AEI-TRL及GFW/GFD比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。此外,各组女性患者的GFW、CA及IA比较,差异也具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论骨性Ⅰ类伴安氏Ⅰ类及安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者的颞下颌关节窝形态存在差异,但其两侧关节窝形态的对称性良好;且性别因素对骨性Ⅰ类伴同种牙性错[牙合]畸形患者颞下颌关节窝的形态发育影响较小,而不同错[牙合]畸形女性患者的颞下颌关节形态差异要较男性患者明显。

Evolution trends and structural decomposition of China's green value-added over 40 years of reform and opening-up

China's 40-year history of reform and opening-up includes rapid economic development as well as pollution and environmental governance.Using a four-stage division,this study explores the evolution trend and structural decomposition of China's green value-added by constructing a non-competitive input-output table for environmental pollution from 1978 to 2017.The results indicate that pollution production coefficients increased continuously,and the green value-added index decreased.Additionally,the structural decomposition showed that investment and export were critical for economic growth during the period,though they were accompanied by serious pollution problems.The pollution generated by the raw material(represented by coal mining)and processing industries(represented by the textiles)were not controlled effectively.Pollution treatment for these industries should be strengthened in the future.The study has implications for government officials,policy makers,and academics.First,China should make green development a core concept for economic development,increase environmental pollution governance,develop a“green GDP,”incorporate the external costs of environmental pollution into the national economic accounting system.Second,it must change the investment and export structure as well as the traditional economic development pattern that exacerbates pollution.Specifically,the country should develop industries with low pollution and promote the export of industries producing high value-added products and increase green GDP per capita.Third,it should closely monitor the development of highly polluting industries.Upgrading technology to reduce pollution and strengthening pollution treatment will reduce the number of polluting industries and improve environmental governance efficiency.
