Photothermal therapy is a direct and non-invasive therapeutic strategy.Herein,we report a general strategy for the construction of polyaniline-coated DNA nanoparticles for efficient photothermal therapy.In our design,two G4/hemin-based DNAzymes are precisely organized in a DNA template to mimic the function of horseradish peroxidase(HRP)for the catalytic oxidation of aniline.After polymerization,the polyaniline-coated DNA nanoparticles(PANI/DNA NPs)can be efficiently obtained as the photothermal agent to elicit a pronounced photothermal effect.After cellular uptake,the noticeable photothermal effect from 808 nm laser irradiation can achieve an efficient proliferation inhibition of tumor cells.This rationally developed photothermal agent based on DNA template-assisted polymerization presents a new avenue for the development of photothermal therapy.

Gaining a better understanding of autoprotection against drug-induced liver injury(DILI)may provide new strategies for its prevention and therapy.However,little is known about the underlying mechanisms of this phenomenon.We used single-cell RNA sequencing to characterize the dynamics and functions of hepatic non-parenchymal cells(NPCs)in autoprotection against DILI,using acetaminophen(APAP)as a model drug.Autoprotection was modeled through pretreatment with a mildly hepatotoxic dose of APAP in mice,followed by a higher dose in a secondary challenge.NPC subsets and dynamic changes were identified in the APAP(hepatotoxicity-sensitive)and APAP-resistant(hepatotoxicity-resistant)groups.A chemokine(C-C motif)ligand 2^(+)endothelial cell subset almost disappeared in the APAP-resistant group,and an R-spondin 3^(+)endothelial cell subset promoted hepatocyte proliferation and played an important role in APAP autoprotection.Moreover,the dendritic cell subset DC-3 may protect the liver from APAP hepatotoxicity by inducing low reactivity and suppressing the autoimmune response and occurrence of inflammation.DC-3 cells also promoted angiogenesis through crosstalk with endothelial cells via vascular endothelial growth factor-associated ligand-receptor pairs and facilitated liver tissue repair in the APAP-resistant group.In addition,the natural killer cell subsets NK-3 and NK-4 and the Sca-1^(-)CD62L^(+)natural killer T cell subset may promote autoprotection through interferon-γ-dependent pathways.Furthermore,macrophage and neutrophil subpopulations with anti-inflammatory phenotypes promoted tolerance to APAP hepatotoxicity.Overall,this study reveals the dynamics of NPCs in the resistance to APAP hepatotoxicity and provides novel insights into the mechanism of autoprotection against DILI at a high resolution.

Resistance multi-spot welding （MSW） in column, triangle and tetragonal symmetry arrangements was prepared using cold-rolled 301L high-strength sheets, and their static and fatigue properties were in- vestigated. The effects of spot welds on the fracture strengths and fatigue limits were discussed. The results show that the static strengths can be estimated using an inherent linear relationship formula of the load versus the welding area. It was based on the 28%-33% volume fraction of α′ martensite induced at the interfacial spot weld fracture because of the failure deformation. The fatigue limits of the MSW nonlin- early increase with the number of spot welds. The arrangement of spot welds in the MSW significantly affects the average fatigue limit of each spot weld; its 26% maximum reduction occurred in the triangle, and the interaction stress between spot welds led to its 18% reduction in the tetragonal symmetry. The calculated fatigue stress of all MSW loadings with their mean fatigue limits was 230-270 MPa.

The global surface temperature change since the mid-19th century has caused general concern and intensive study. However, long-term changes in the marginal seas, including the seas east of China, are not well understood because long-term observations are sparse and, even when they exist, they are over limited areas. Preliminary results on the long-term variability of sea surface temperature （SST） in summer and winter in the seas east of China during the period of 1957-2001 are reported using the Ocean Science Database of Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the coastal hydrological station in situ and satellite data. The results show well-defined warming trends in the study area. However warming and cooling trends vary from decade to decade, with steady and rapid warming trends after the 1980s and complicated spatial patterns. The distribution of SST variation is intricate and more blurred in the areas far away from the Kuroshio system. Both historical and satellite data sets show significant warming trends after 1985. The warming trends are larger and spread to wider areas in winter than in summer, which means decrease in the seasonal cycle of SST probably linked with recently observed increase of the tropical zooplankton species in the region. Spatial structures of the SST trends are roughly consistent with the circulation pattern especially in winter when the meridional SST gradients are larger, suggesting that a horizontal advection may play an important role in the long-term SST variability in winter.

At present,most experimental teaching systems lack guidance of an operator,and thus users often do not know what to do during an experiment.The user load is therefore increased,and the learning efficiency of the students is decreased.To solve the problem of insufficient system interactivity and guidance,an experimental navigation system based on multi-mode fusion is proposed in this paper.The system first obtains user information by sensing the hardware devices,intelligently perceives the user intention and progress of the experiment according to the information acquired,and finally carries out a multi-modal intelligent navigation process for users.As an innovative aspect of this study,an intelligent multi-mode navigation system is used to guide users in conducting experiments,thereby reducing the user load and enabling the users to effectively complete their experiments.The results prove that this system can guide users in completing their experiments,and can effectively reduce the user load during the interaction process and improve the efficiency.

In this study, biologically inspired silk fibroin grafted polyacrylonitrile(SF-g-PAN) filtration membrane was prepared using ZnCl_2 aqueous solution as solvent, avoiding the use of organic solvents. Phase inversion occurred when Zn^(2+)and Cl-ions gradually diffused into water, creating a well-connected ion channel network and the SF-g-PAN filtration membrane was obtained. The membranes were observed by SEM and 3D ultra-depth microscope. The hydrophilic property, pore size distribution and dye rejection of the membrane were investigated. Results showed that the membrane has no finger hole formation because ZnCl_2 aqueous solution has a lower curing rate parameter compared with organic solvents. SF-gPAN membrane possessed good anti-fouling properties and pH sensitivity. The pore size distribution of the SF-g-PAN membrane was 0.25–1.04 nm. The rejection of direct yellow 27(Mw = 662.6) and amaranth(Mw = 604.5) was 96.51% and 30.63%, with the flux of 72.32 L m^(-2) h^(-1) and 73.83 L m^(-2) h^(-1) respectively at0.1 MPa. The SF-g-PAN membrane has a wide range of applications prospect in fine separation, dye desalination, waste water treatment and biomedical fields.

Assembly and Post-modification of Fe3O4@MIL-100（Fe） for Knoevenagel Condensation

Many efforts have been devoted to the integration of magnetic nanoparticles and metal organic frame- works, which makes it easy and simple to separate the nano-sized metal organic frameworks from liquid phase. Amino-functionalized magnetic metal organic frameworks[Fe3O4@MIL-100（Fe）-NH2] were prepared by a stepwise assembly method followed by post-modification with electron-rich reagent. This magnetic catalyst was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction（XRD）, transmission electron microscopy（TEM）, scanning electron micrnscopy（SEM） and nitrogen adsorption, and tested in Knoevenagel condensation as a base catalyst. The magnetic catalyst exhibits a core-shell structure and can afford a high activity for the Knoevenagel condensation due to its bifunctional property and reduced diffusion limitation. Furthermore, it could be recovered magnetically and recycled three times. Although activity loss was observed in the recycle experiments, it could be reactivated by dispersing in a fresh modifier solution.
