Multi-Fidelity Simulation of Gas Turbine Overall Performance by Directly Coupling High-Fidelity Models of Multiple Rotating Components

Multi-fidelity simulations incorporate computational fluid dynamics(CFD) models into a thermodynamic model,enabling the simulation of the overall performance of an entire gas turbine with high-fidelity *** iterative coupled methods rely on characteristic maps,while fully coupled methods directly incorporate high-fidelity ***,fully coupled methods face challenges in simulating rotating components,including weak convergence and complex *** address these challenges,a fully coupled method with logarithmic transformations was developed to directly integrate high-fidelity CFD models of multiple rotating *** developed fully coupled method was then applied to evaluate the overall performance of a KJ66 micro gas turbine across various off-design *** developed fully coupled method was also compared with the traditional iterative coupled ***,experimental data from ground tests were conducted to verify its *** convergence history indicated that the proposed fully coupled method exhibited stable convergence,even under far-off-design *** experimental verification demonstrated that the multi-fidelity simulation with the fully coupled method achieved high accuracy in off-design *** analysis revealed inherent differences in the coupling methods of CFD models between the developed fully coupled and traditional iterative coupled *** inherent differences provide valuable insights for reducing errors between the component-level model and CFD models in different coupling *** developed fully coupled method,introducing logarithmic transformations,offers more realistic support for the detailed and optimal design of high-fidelity rotating components within the overall performance platform of gas turbines.

帮助民企纾困是国民经济补短板、稳增长的战略举措。为纾解民企融资困境,控制股票质押爆仓风险,兼具政策性与市场性的中国特色纾困基金应运而生。文章利用2017-2019年民营上市公司数据,通过逐季倾向得分匹配(PSM),为获得纾困基金驰援的企业设置合理的对照组,并在此基础上构建多时点双重差分(DID)模型探究纾困基金的价值效应及其具体作用机制。研究发现:(1)纾困基金能够有效提升民营企业价值,这种价值效应在东部地区、小规模、高股权质押比例的企业中更大。(2)进一步的机制分析表明,纾困基金通过降低股权集中度推动股权分散制衡、缓解代理冲突、完善公司治理,由此实现正向价值效应;同时也存在削弱企业社会责任履行、打击投资者情绪的作用路径,从而负面影响企业价值。文章对纾困基金的实际运作具有重要的理论价值和现实意义,也为新时代下纾困民企、支持民企发展提供了经验证据。

盐酸石蒜碱通过调控circSEPT9/miR-654-5p影响结直肠癌SW620细胞增殖及凋亡的机制

目的探讨盐酸石蒜碱(lycoline hydrochloride, LH)对人结直肠癌细胞SW620细胞增殖、凋亡的影响及其可能的作用机制。方法不同剂量的LH处理SW620细胞(LH-L组、LH-M组、LH-H组),同时将正常培养的SW620细胞记为Con组;实验分组:si-NC组、si-circSEPT9组、LH+pcDNA-circSEPT9组、LH+anti-miR-654-5p组;利用MTT法、平板克隆形成实验、流式细胞术分别检测细胞增殖、克隆形成及凋亡;实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)法检测circSEPT9、miR-654-5p的表达量;双荧光素酶报告基因实验检测circSEPT9与miR-654-5p的靶向关系;Western blot法检测活化的含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶3(cleaved Caspase-3)、活化的含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶9(cleaved Caspase-9)蛋白表达量。结果与Con组比较,LH-L组、LH-M组、LH-H组细胞增殖抑制率、miR-654-5p的表达量、细胞凋亡率和cleaved Caspase-3、cleaved Caspase-9蛋白水平升高(均P<0.05),细胞克隆形成数减少(均P<0.05),circSEPT9的表达量降低(均P<0.05),且呈剂量依赖性;circSEPT9可靶向调控miR-654-5p的表达;与si-NC组比较,si-circSEPT9组miR-654-5p的表达量、细胞增殖抑制率、细胞凋亡率和cleaved Caspase-3、cleaved Caspase-9蛋白水平升高(均P<0.05),细胞克隆形成数减少(均P<0.05);与LH组比较,LH+pcDNA-circSEPT9组、LH+anti-miR-654-5p组miR-654-5p的表达量、细胞增殖抑制率、细胞凋亡率和cleaved Caspase-3、cleaved Caspase-9蛋白水平降低(均P<0.05),细胞克隆形成数增多(均P<0.05)。结论盐酸石蒜碱可通过调控circSEPT9/miR-654-5p表达而抑制结直肠癌细胞增殖、克隆形成及诱导细胞凋亡。

A thermodynamic view on the in-situ carbon dioxide reduction by biomass-derived hydrogen during calcium carbonate decomposition

In the carbonate industry,deep decarbonization strategies are necessary to effectively remediate CO_(2).These strategies mainly include both sustainable energy supplies and the conversion of CO_(2)in downstream *** study developed a coupled process of biomass chemical looping H2 production and reductive calcination of CaCO_(3).Firstly,a mass and energy balance of the coupled process was established in Aspen *** this,process optimization and energy integration were implemented to provide optimized operation ***,a life cycle assessment was carried out to assess the carbon footprint of the coupled *** reveal that the decomposition temperature of CaCO_(3)in an H_(2)atmosphere can be reduced to 780℃(generally around 900℃),and the conversion of CO_(2)from CaCO_(3)decomposition reached 81.33%with an H2:CO ratio of 2.49 in gaseous *** optimizing systemic energy through heat integration,an energy efficiency of 86.30%was ***,the carbon footprint analysis revealed that the process with energy integration had a low global warming potential(GWP)of-2.624 kg·kg^(-1)(CO_(2)/CaO).Conclusively,this work performed a systematic analysis of introducing biomass-derived H_(2)into CaCO_(3)calcination and demonstrated the positive role of reductive calcination using green H_(2)in mitigating CO_(2)emissions within the carbonate industry.

Abnormal mechanochemical effect in ultraprecision machining of an additively manufactured precipitation-strengthened high-entropy alloy

Recently,researchers have explored the use of precipitation strengthening and finer microstructures with high-density dislocations in additive manufacturing to produce high-entropy alloys(HEAs)with adjustable ***,the inherent surface roughness and lack of machinability research in AMed HEAs limit their engineering *** this study,we systematically investigated the microstructural characteristics,mechanical properties,and machinability of Fe_(29.3)Co_(28.7)Ni_(28.6)Al_(6.8)Ti_(6.6)(at.%)HEAs with three different structures:single FCC phase cellular(SPC),dual precipitation-strengthened(DPS),and single precipitation-strengthened(SPS).These structures were fabricated by selective laser melting and isothermally annealing at 780 and 940℃.Compared to SPC HEA,DPS HEA exhibits a significant increase in yield strength and ultimate tensile strength but with a dramatic sacrifice in *** HEA exhibits similar mechanical properties to SPC HEA due to the pronounced coarsening of L21 *** ultraprecision machining micro-cutting test showed that SPC HEA had a significant mechanochem-ical effect,as evidenced by a sharp drop in cutting force for inked workpieces,but not DPS *** abnormal finding was that the negligible reflection of cutting force for SPS HEAs suggested a negative mechanochemical effect,even though SPS HEA had equally excellent plasticity like SPC *** was found that nanocrystallization-induced strength enhancement and ductility reduction of SPS HEA lead to chips’deformation dominated by shear avalanche rather than chip folding of SPC HEA,which involves the reduction of surface energy and friction of chips’***,these results and our research findings may guide the machining of AMed precipitation-strengthened HEAs and accelerate their engineering ap-plication.

Decreased LDHB expression in breast tumor cells causes NK cell activation and promotes tumor progression

Objective: Abnormal metabolism is the underlying reason for breast cancer progression. Decreased lactate dehydrogenase B(LDHB) has been detected in breast cancer but the function of LDHB remains ***: Western blot was used to analyze LDHB expression in breast cancer cells. The impact of LDHB on tumor cell migration and invasion was determined using Transwell assays, wound healing assays, and a mouse lung metastasis model. Subcutaneous tumor formation, a natural killer(NK) cell cytotoxicity assay, and flow cytometry evaluated NK cell activation. Immunofluorescence and quantitative real-time PCR detected NK cell activation markers. Kaplan-Meier analysis evaluated the effect of immune cell infiltration on prognosis. Single-sample gene set enrichment analysis determined NK cell activation scores. A support vector machine predicted the role of LDHB in NK cell ***: In this study we showed that LDHB inhibits the breast cancer cell metastasis and orchestrates metabolic reprogramming within tumor cells. Our results revealed that LDHB-mediated lactic acid clearance in breast cancer cells triggers NK cell activation within the tumor microenvironment. Our findings, which were confirmed in a murine model, demonstrated that LDHB in tumor cells promotes NK cell activation and ultimately results in the eradication of malignant cells. Clinically, our study further validated that LDHB affects immune cell infiltration and function. Specifically, its expression has been linked to enhanced NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity and improved patient survival. A General Authentication and Key Agreement Framework for Industrial Control System

In modern industrial control systems(ICSs), when user retrieving the data stored in field device like smart sensor, there exists two main problems: one is lack of the verification for identification of user and field device;the other is that user and field device need exchange a key to encrypt sensitive data transmitted over the *** propose a comprehensive authentication and key agreement framework that enables all connected devices in an ICS to mutually authenticate each other and establish a peer-to-peer session key. The framework combines two types of protocols for authentication and session key agreement: The first one is an asymmetric cryptographic key agreement protocol based on transport layer security handshake protocol used for Internet access, while the second one is a newly designed lightweight symmetric cryptographic key agreement protocol specifically for field devices. This proposed lightweight protocol imposes very light computational load and merely employs simple operations like one-way hash function and exclusive-or(XOR) operation. In comparison to other lightweight protocols, our protocol requires the field device to perform fewer computational operations during the authentication phase. The simulation results obtained using Open SSL demonstrates that each authentication and key agreement process in the lightweight protocol requires only 0.005 ms. Our lightweight key agreement protocol satisfies several essential security features, including session key secrecy, identity anonymity, untraceability, integrity, forward secrecy, and mutual authentication. It is capable of resisting impersonation, man-in-the-middle, and replay attacks. We have employed the Gong-NeedhamYahalom(GNY) logic and automated validation of Internet security protocols and application tool to verify the security of our symmetric cryptographic key agreement protocol.
