In situ polymerization of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)protective layer towards stable zinc anode

Aqueous zinc-ion devices are considered promising candidates for energy storage due to their high safety,low cost and relatively high energy ***,the dendrite growth,hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and corrosion of the zinc anode significantly limit the development of Zn-ion ***,an inexpensive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT)protective layer was constructed in situ on the Zn surface using electropolymerization to suppress dendrite growth and side reactions,thereby enhancing the reversibility of *** and theoretical calculations revealed that this hydrophilic protective layer promotes the desolvation process of hydrated Zn^(2+)and facilitates the transport of zinc ions,thus improving the thermodynamic and kinetic properties of Zn^(2+)deposition and inhibiting interfacial side ***,the optimized PEDOT@Zn symmetric battery exhibited a cycling stability exceeding 1250 h at 0.5 mA·cm^(-2)and 0.25 mAh·cm^(-2),with a significantly reduced overpotential(from 91.8 to 35 mV).With the assistance of the PEDOT protective layer,the PEDOT@Zn//Cu battery maintained approximately 99.5%Coulombic efficiency after 450 ***-situ scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and in situ optical microscopy characterizations further confirmed that the PEDOT protective layer can effectively suppress the growth of zinc ***,the Zn-ion capacitors assembled by the PEDOT@Zn and activated carbon also demonstrated outstanding cycling stability.

激发各类市场主体活力是新时期全面深化改革的鲜明要求,面对各类市场主体的蓬勃发展,混合所有制改革对不同所有制类型企业的作用效果与途径是值得讨论的一个重要问题。本文通过构建混合寡占模型,从理论上解析了混合所有制改革对于国有企业和非国有企业的差异化影响,并以中国省级面板数据为样本进行实证检验。结果表明:混合所有制改革显著促进了非国有企业经济活力提升,缓解融资约束是混合所有制改革激发非国有企业活力的一个重要途径;混合所有制改革对国有企业经济活力的影响呈现非线性效应,在改革初期主要通过剥离政策性负担激发国有企业经济活力,但随着改革进入深水区,一味降低国有经济比重将不利于国有企业经济绩效提升。为进一步探究混合所有制改革对国有企业的影响机制,以商业一类地方国有上市公司的微观数据为样本,检验了以分类改革为标志的新一轮国有企业混合所有制改革政策效果,发现新一轮国有企业混合所有制改革通过降低两类委托代理成本间接提升国有企业经济绩效,而并没有抑制国有企业承担就业等社会性责任。上述研究结论不仅为混合所有制改革的政策评价提供了经验性事实,而且为新时期深化国有企业混合所有制改革提供了理论依据。

The study of recent years found that big bulk amorphous alloys were formed for some multi-element compositions at rapid cooling speed such as Zr-, La-, Fe-, Mg-based alloys with wide undercooled liquid phase field and high trend of forming glass.( ATx = crystallization temperature Tx - glass transformation temperature Tg) Bulk amorphous copper mold upper suction casting with minus pressure while some new technical processes and adding new elements such as Co, Nb, Ca, *** used to improve magnetic properties and other performances of the *** results show that Fe-based bulk amorphous alloys have low coercive force and high permeability, which are successfully applied to magnetoelectric sensors with temperature ranges between -45 ℃ and 150 ℃ by special design of magnetic circuits.

Psychological problems affecting the prognosis of stroke patients

BACKGROUND： It is believed that mental disorder influences the morbility and prognosis of cardio-cerebrovascular disease by biological factors. OBJECTIVE： To observe the characteristics of stroke patients complicated by psychological problems and the prognosis of such patients. DESIGN： Observational study. SETTING： Department of Neurology, Beijing Longfu Hospital. PARTICIPANTS： Totally 160 inpatients （46 males and 114 females） with stroke admitted to Department of Neurology, Beijing Longfu Hospital between June 2005 and June 2006 were recruited in this study. The involved patients all corresponded to the diagnosis criteria of cerebrovascular disease formulated in the 1995 National Conference of Cerebrovascular Disease and confirmed by skull CT or MRI examination. The age range was between 43 and 74 years. They all signed the informed consent for the detection and therapeutic regimen, and the application of this technique also gave the approval of the Ethics Committee of the hospital. METHODS： On admission, the patients were investigated on psychological problems using Hopkin symptom checklist. After admission, all the patients received oral administration of aspirin anti-platelet drugs and intravenous infusion of Fufang Danshen. Motor relearning program was used in the rehabilitation treatment for disability rehabilitation. Mental intervention was carried out in the end of observation period. On day 30 after admission, the recovery of two groups of patients was compared using activities of daily living scale, Scandinanvian Stroke Scale （SSS） and disability level. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： The activities of daily living were assessed with Barthel index. Higher scores of patients suggested better activities of daily living. For SSS, the higher points, the severer defect degree. The reduction of scores of neurologic impairment suggested that neurological function improved. Microarray Expression Profiling of Postharvest Ponkan Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) Fruit under Cold Storage Reveals Regulatory Gene Candidates and Implications on Soluble Sugars Metabolism

Low temperature storage is widely applied to maintain citrus postharvest fruit quality. In this study, the transcriptional and metabolic changes in the pulp tissue of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv. ＂Ponkan＂ were studied for three successive months under cold storage by Affymetrix Citrus GeneChip and gas chromatography, respectively. As many as 2 161 differentially expressed transcripts were identified based on the bayesian hierarchical model. The statistical analysis of gene ontology revealed that defense/stress-related genes were induced quickly, while autophagy-related genes were overrepresented in the late sampling stages, suggesting that the functional shift may coincide with the subsequent steps of chilling development. We further classified the potential regulatory components and concluded that ethylene may play the crucial role in chilling development in this non-climacteric fruit. To cope with complex events, 53 upregulated transcription factors represented regulatory candidates. Within these, the AP2-EREBP, C2H2 and AS2 gene family were overrepresented. Cold storage also causes alterations in various metabolic pathways; a keen interest is paid in deciphering expression changes of soluble sugar genes as increased evidence that soluble sugars act as both osmolytes and metabolite signal molecules. Our results will likely facilitate further studies in this field with promising genetic candidates during chilling.
