Primary chemotherapy options for colorectal cancer(CRC)involve four key drugs:fluorouracils(5-FU),oxaliplatin,irinotecan and *** first-line regimen consists of 5-FU and leucovorin combined with oxaliplatin(FOLFOX),while the second-line regimen involves 5-FU and leucovorin combined with irinotecan(FOLFIRI)for metastatic CRC(mCRC)in China[1].

The stearic acid nanoparticles loaded polyoxometalate K6[?-(CpTi)2SiW10O38] [(CpTi)2SiW10] have been prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra. The particle size was estimated by transition electron microscope and zatesizer instrument. The result showed that the polyoxometalate retained the parent structure after encapsulation by stearic acid nanoparticles.

Polyoxometalates (POMs) α-K8 H6 [Si2W18Ti6O77] (Si2W18Ti6) loaded starch nanop-articles have been prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and 29Si spectroscopy. The particle size of Si2W18Ti6 /starch was estimated by a Transmission electron microscope (TEM) and a 1000HSA MALVIRN Zetasizer instrument. The result shows that the polyoxometalate retained the parent structure after encapsulated by starch microspheres.

本研究以11个菌株为材料,对原生质体无性再生株的单、双核比例、产菇优势及出菇性状进行了研究。结果表明:（1）侧耳、香菇无性再生株以“锁状联合”的有无可区分为无锁状联合的单核株和有锁状联合的双核株,但其比例因菌株不同而迥异;（2）同一菌株的单、双核株的菌丝生长速度、出菇期及菇产量等性状有较大差异,双核株多优于单核株;但原生质体双核株与其亲株双核株相比,优劣因菌株而异;（3）无性单核株是进行细胞融合或常规杂交育种的理想材料,而原生质体双核株可用于选出优质高产菌株。
