With the rapid development of industrial parks, its load model research has become a hot spot. In order to study the load of power system in industrial park, based on the characteristics of the industrial park load, a comprehensive load admittance static model with full voltage range adaptability is considered, and a comprehensive load model of distribution network of the industrial park is established. A complete parameter identification of the model is carried out through chaos particle swarm optimization. The simulation results show that the model can effectively describe the load characteristics of the distribution network in industrial parks.

Electrocatalysts with optimal efficiency and durability for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)are becoming increasingly important as the demand for alkaline water/seawater electrolysis technology grows.Herein,a novel rose-shaped NiFe-layered double hydroxide(LDH)/NiCo_(2)O_(4)composed of amorphous wrinkled NiFe-LDH and highly crystalline NiCo_(2)O_(4)was synthesized with rich heterointerfaces.Many unsaturated metal sites are generated due to significant charge reconstruction at the heterointerface between the crystalline and amorphous phases.These metal sites could trigger and provide more active sites.The density functional theory(DFT)reveals that a new charge transfer channel(Co-Fe)was formed at the heterointerface between NiFe-LDH as electron acceptor and NiCo_(2)O_(4)as electron donor.The new charge transfer channel boosts interfacial charge transfer and enhances catalytic efficiency.The NiFe-LDH/NiCo_(2)O_(4)/nickel foam(NF)drives current densities of 10 and 100 mA·cm−2 with overpotentials of 193 and 236 mV,respectively.The composite electrode demonstrates a fast turnover frequency(0.0143 s−1)at 1.45 V vs.RHE(RHE=reversible hydrogen electrode),which is 5.5 times greater than pure NiCo_(2)O_(4),suggesting its superior intrinsic activity.Additionally,NiFe-LDH/NiCo_(2)O_(4)/NF electrode exhibited negligible degradation after 150 h of uninterrupted running in alkaline seawater oxidation.This study introduces a method for preparing high-efficiency electrocatalysts utilized in alkaline water/seawater electrolysis.

As the controlled research of Dynamic Installation(DI)and Static Installation(SI),a new interference installation method was developed based on electromagnetic loading to enhance the mechanical properties of composite structures.Four different interference-fit sizes were considered,ranging from a net fit to 2.0%.The experiments were conducted to evaluate the installation resistance and the mechanical behavior of the joint under external loads.Meanwhile,an FFA model to model the stress distribution and damage behavior of the bolt-hole contact interface was established.The load-displacement curve and damage modes of experiments were used to verify the FEA results.The results show that the installation resistance during DI process was remarkably lower than that of SI process corresponding to all interference-fit sizes,and the stress amplitudes induced by interference were larger and widely distributed.The damage of the hole wall was positively correlated with interference fit size,but DI can significantly reduce the damage compared to SI.In performance tests,DI enhanced the static bearing capacity and extended longer fatigue life of the joints than SI.DI methods can be an effective way to achieve highly reliable interference joints in composite structures.

Achieving an efficient and stable heterogeneous Fenton reaction over a wide pH range is of great significance for wastewater treatment.Here,a pollen-derived biochar catalyst with a unique honeycomb-like structure,coupled with the dispersion of magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)/FeS(Fe/S)nanoparticles,was synthesized by simple impregnation precursor,followed by pyrolysis.The prepared Fe/S-biochar catalyst demonstrated outstanding phenol degradation efficiency across a wide pH range,with 98%of which eliminated even under neutral conditions(pH 7.0).The high catalytic activity was due to the multilevel porous structure of pollenderived biochar provided enough active sites and allowed for better electron transfer,then increases oxidation ability to promote the reaction.Moreover,the acid microenvironment formed by SO_(4)^(2-)group from Fe/S composite extended the pH range for Fenton reaction,and S^(2-)facilitated the conversion of≡Fe^(3+)to≡Fe^(2+),resulting in remarkable degradation efficiency.Further,biochar can effectively promote cycling stability by limiting Fe leaching.This work may provide a general strategy for designing 3D framework biochar-based Fe/S catalysts with excellent performance for heterogeneous Fenton reactions.

The infrared(IR)absorption spectral data of 63 kinds of lubricating greases containing six different types of thickeners were obtained using the IR spectroscopy.The Kohonen neural network algorithm was used to identify the type of the lubricating grease.The results show that this machine learning method can effectively eliminate the interference fringes in the IR spectrum,and complete the feature selection and dimensionality reduction of the high-dimensional spectral data.The 63 kinds of greases exhibit spatial clustering under certain IR spectrum recognition spectral bands,which are linked to characteristic peaks of lubricating greases and improve the recognition accuracy of these greases.The model achieved recognition accuracy of 100.00%,96.08%,94.87%,100.00%,and 87.50%for polyurea grease,calcium sulfonate composite grease,aluminum(Al)-based grease,bentonite grease,and lithium-based grease,respectively.Based on the different IR absorption spectrum bands produced by each kind of lubricating grease,the three-dimensional spatial distribution map of the lubricating grease drawn also verifies the accuracy of classification while recognizing the accuracy.This paper demonstrates fast recognition speed and high accuracy,proving that the Kohonen neural network algorithm has an efficient recognition ability for identifying the types of the lubricating grease.

In view of novel materials in the field of lithium metal batteries(LMBs), metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) have attracted extensive research interest owing to their controllable pore size, unsaturated metal sites and multifunctional organic groups. A variety of MOFs have been elaborately calculated and synthesized to be applied as separator coating, electrolyte modulators and solid-state electrolyte fillers in LMBs. In this mini-review, we summarize the mechanism of MOFs to limit the migration of anions, improve the Li-ion transference number and prolong the lifespan of LMBs. Suitable pore structure of MOFs can physically restrict the movement of Li^(+). Unsaturated metal sites can adsorb anions by electrostatic interaction. In addition,multifunctional organic functional groups that limit the migration of anions are discussed. Finally, the key challenges and perspectives in the development direction of MOFs-based separators and electrolytes are further elaborated.

Contact engineering for temperature stability improvement of Bi-contacted MoS2 field effect transistors

Semimetallic bismuth（Bi） is one of the most effective strategies for reducing the contact resistance of two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenide field effect transistors（FETs）. However, the low melting point of Bi contact（271.5℃） limits its reliable applications. In this study, we demonstrated that the temperature stability of Bi-contacted electrodes could be improved by inserting a high-melting point semimetallic antimony（Sb） between the Bi contacting layer and the gold（Au） capping layer. The proposed Bi/Sb/Au contact electrodes tended to form a metal mixture with a continuous surface during the heating process（Voids appeared on the surface of the Bi/Au contact electrodes after heating at 120℃）. Because of the improved contacting layer formed by the semimetal Bi/Sb alloy, the fabricated Bi/Sb/Au-contacted molybdenum sulfide（MoS2） FETs with different gate lengths demonstrated higher on-state current stability after heating treatment than the Bi/Au contact. Because of the Bi/Sb/Au contact and poly（methyl methacrylate） package, the MoS2FETs demonstrated time stability of at least two months from the almost unchanged transfer characteristics. The electrical stability indicates that the insertion of semimetallic Sb is a promising technology for reliable Bi-based contact.

Herb induced liver injury by Xianling Gubao Tablets: A case assessed for causality using updated RUCAM and integrated evidence chain

Objective:A typical case of Xianling Gubao(XLGB)Tablets-induced liver injury was systematically studied in the clinic and the laboratory.Methods:A patient with herb-induced liver injury(HILI)and a history of taking XLGB Tablets before disease onset was engaged as the study subject,and the case was diagnosed according to the updated Roussel Uclaf Causality Assessment Method(RUCAM)and the integrated evidence chain(iEC)method recommended by the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Herb-induced Liver Injury(HILI Guidelines).Results:Clinical history,biochemical indexes and imaging tests were used to exclude the influence of fundamental diseases and confusing liver diseases such as viral,alcoholic and autoimmune liver diseases on the diagnosis.Based on an investigation of the patient’s medication history,she was suspected to have HILI caused by XLGB Tablets,as the patient was only taking an oral preparation of XLGB Tablets,and the influence of other drugs on the diagnosis was excluded.This patient with alanine aminotransferase(ALT)3 upper limit of normal(ULN)and a calculated R of 6 was diagnosed with possible acute drug-induced hepatocellular injury.The relationship was considered“highly probable”(score of 9)using the updated RUCAM of 2016.Moreover,the fingerprint similarity between the preparation taken by the patient and a commercially available preparation was 0.99,suggesting that the patient was consuming XLGB Tablets rather than another drug.LC-MS technology and the Agilent Fake TCM-Drugs database were used to investigate the drug,and no chemical additions were found.Examination of the drug for pesticide residues,heavy metals,aflatoxins and other exogenous substances indicated compliance with the content limits of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:In summary,the final diagnosis of XLGB-induced liver injury reached the clinical diagnosis of HILI and was acute severe hepatocellular injury type by the updated RUCAM and iEC.Therefore,this study provides scientific evidence regarding the causality evaluation o

In the realm of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases,the cyclic GMP-AMP synthase(cGAS)stimulator of interferon genes(STING)signaling pathway has been thoroughly investigated and established.Despite this,the clinical approval of drugs targeting the cGAS-STING pathway has been limited.The Total glucosides of paeony(TGP)is highly anti-inflammatory and is commonly used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),emerged as a subject of our study.We found that the TGP markedly reduced the activation of the cGAS-STING signaling pathway,triggered by various cGAS-STING agonists,in mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMDMs)and Tohoku Hospital Pediatrics-1(THP-1)cells.This inhibition was noted alongside the suppression of interferon regulatory factor 3(IRF3)phosphorylation and the expression of interferon-beta(IFN-β),C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 10(CXCL10),and inflammatory mediators such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6).The mechanism of action appeared to involve the TGP’s attenuation of the STING-IRF3 interaction,without affecting STING oligomerization,thereby inhibiting the activation of downstream signaling pathways.In vivo,the TGP hindered the initiation of the cGAS-STING pathway by the STING agonist dimethylxanthenone-4-acetic acid(DMXAA)and exhibited promising therapeutic effects in a model of acute liver injury induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and D-galactosamine(D-GalN).Our findings underscore the potential of the TGP as an effective inhibitor of the cGAS-STING pathway,offering a new treatment avenue for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases mediated by this pathway.

Quantitative determination of multi-class bioactive constituents for quality control of Yiqi Jiangzhi Granules

Objective:To establish a reliable and sensitive method for evaluating quality of Yiqi Jiangzhi Granules(YQJZG).Methods:Ultra performance liquid chromatography electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-ESI-MS/MS)was employed for simultaneous determination of eight marker components.Separation was performed on an AQUITY UPLC;HSS T3 column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile as the organic phase and 0.1%(volume percentage)formic acid as the aqueous.Eight marker components,ginsenoside Rg1(GRg1),ginsenoside Re(GRe),ginsenoside Rb1(Gb1),typhaneoside(TEO),isorhamnetin-3-O-neohespeidoside(IN),hesperidin(HPD),aurantio-obtusin-6-O-β-D-glucoside(AG)and curcumin(CCM),were detected by multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition)was regarded as the guidance document for this method validation.Results:The method showed good linearity(R^(2)≥0.9990).The relative standard deviation(RSD)values for the instrument precision,intermediate precision and repeatability were less than 2.91%,2.88%,and 3.54%,respectively.The average recovery varied from 91.08%to 103.89%,with RSD below 3.81%.Sample solutions were found to be stable within 24 h at 4℃(RSD<2.85%).Eight marker components were successfully determined from three batches of YQJZG.Conclusion:The proposed UPLC-ESI-MS/MS method was found to be simple,fast and sensitive,and can be used for the routine quality assessment of YQJZG.Simultaneously,this method may provide a new and powerful tool of quality control for other traditional Chinese medicine analogous formulae.
