The traditional von Neumann computing architecture has relatively-low information processing speed and high power consumption,making it difficult to meet the computing needs of artificial intelligence(AI).Neuromorphic computing systems,with massively parallel computing capability and low power consumption,have been considered as an ideal option for data storage and AI computing in the future.Memristor,as the fourth basic electronic component besides resistance,capacitance and inductance,is one of the most competitive candidates for neuromorphic computing systems benefiting from the simple structure,continuously adjustable conductivity state,ultra-low power consumption,high switching speed and compatibility with existing CMOS technology.The memristors with applying MXene-based hybrids have attracted significant attention in recent years.Here,we introduce the latest progress in the synthesis of MXene-based hybrids and summarize their potential applications in memristor devices and neuromorphological intelligence.We explore the development trend of memristors constructed by combining MXenes with other functional materials and emphatically discuss the potential mechanism of MXenes-based memristor devices.Finally,the future prospects and directions of MXene-based memristors are briefly described.

Flocculating characteristic of activated sludge flocs:Interaction between Al^(3+) and extracellular polymeric substances

Aluminum flocculant can enhance the flocculating performance of activated sludge.However,the binding mechanism of aluminum ion（Al 3＋） and extracellular polymeric substances（EPS） in activated sludge is unclear due to the complexity of EPS.In this work,threedimensional excitation emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy（3DEEM）,fluorescence quenching titration and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR） were used to explore the binding behavior and mechanism between Al 3＋ and EPS.The results showed that two fluorescence peaks of tyrosineand tryptophan-like substances were identified in the loosely bound-extracellular polymeric substances（LB-EPS）,and three peaks of tyrosine-,tryptophanand humic-like substances were identified in the tightly boundextracellular polymeric substances（TB-EPS）.It was found that these fluorescence peaks could be quenched with Al 3＋ at the dosage of 3.0 mg/L,which demonstrated that strong interactions took place between the EPS and Al 3＋.The conditional stability constants for Al 3＋ and EPS were determined by the Stern-Volmer equation.As to the binding mechanism,the-OH,N-H,C=O,C-N groups and the sulfurand phosphorus-containing groups showed complexation action,although the groups in the LB-EPS and TB-EPS showed different behavior.The TB-EPS have stronger binding ability to Al 3＋ than the LB-EPS,and TB-EPS play an important role in the interaction with Al 3＋.

On September 5,2019,a moderate earthquake of Mw5.4 unexpectedly occurred in the apparently quiescent central basin of the South China Sea.We immediately carried out a seismicity monitoring experiment around the epicenter by using broadband ocean bottom seismometers(OBS)for the following three scientific targets.The first is knowing the earthquake seismogenic mechanism,fault structure and further development.The second is finding the role of the residual spreading ridge playing in earthquake processes and further revealing the deep structures of the ridge directional turning area.The third is confirming the existence and significance of the so called“Zhongnan fault”.This paper reports the preliminary results of the first phase experiment.Five OBSs were deployed for seismicity monitoring with a duration of 288 days,but only three were recovered.Micro-earthquakes were firstly detected by an automatic seismic phase picking algorithm and then were verified by analyzing their seismic phases and time-frequency characteristics in detail.A total of 21,68 and 89 microearthquakes were picked out from the three OBSs respectively within the distance of 30 km.The dominant frequency of these micro-earthquakes is 12-15 Hz,indicating tectonic fracturing.During the first two months after the mainshock the seismicity was relatively stronger,and micro-earthquakes were still occurring occasionally till the end of observation,indicating the epicenter area is active.We used Match&Locate method to locate 57 micro-earthquakes preliminarily.Their spatial distribution shows that the seismicity is developed mainly along the NE direction roughly parallel to the residual ridge with depth variations between 10-20 km.

Shape Memory of Elastic Capsules Under the Effect of Spontaneous Shape

Red blood cells can recover their resting shape after having been deformed by shear flow.Their rims are always formed by the same part of the membranes,and the cells are said to have shapememory.Modeled as two-dimensional elastic capsules,their recoverymotion and shapememory is studied,mainly focused on the effect of the spontaneous shape.The fluid-structure interaction ismodeled using immersed boundary method.Based on the simulations,the resting shapes of capsules are obtained and the area ratio of spontaneous shape is found to play an important role.After remove of shear flow,all capsules can recover their resting shapes,while only capsules with noncircular spontaneous shapes present shape memory.As the spontaneous shape approaches a circle but still noncircular,the capsule spends more time on recovery process.We consider how these capsules deform depending on the membrane bending energy,and find that the relaxation speed is positive correlated to the range of values of dimensionless bending energy.These results may help to identify different spontaneous shapes for capsules especially RBCs through future experiments.

残膜对土壤氮排放和氮肥利用效率的影响

[目的]为探明不同残膜量对氮素利用效率及损失的影响。[方法]试验设置5个不同残膜量(0,180,360,720,1440 kg/hm^(2))和2种残膜类型(聚乙烯和生物降解残膜),通过盆栽试验,研究不同残膜含量对土壤全氮、氮素气态损失、氮肥利用效率及番茄生长等指标的影响。[结果]随着残膜含量的增加,土壤氨气和氧化亚氮的累积排放量呈先增大后减小的趋势,当残膜含量达到720 kg/hm^(2)时,氨气累积挥发量显著减少11.31%~13.70%,氧化亚氮累积排放量减少4.74%~5.13%;土壤中氮素残留量无显著差异。当残膜含量低于180 kg/hm^(2)时,地膜残留促进番茄的生长;当残膜含量高于180 kg/hm^(2)时,地膜残留抑制番茄的生长。低残膜含量对氮肥利用效率无显著影响,当含量高于360 kg/hm^(2)时,氮肥利用效率与残膜含量呈负相关关系。通过综合分析,土壤残膜含量应控制在180 kg/hm^(2)内才不会对作物生长造成不利影响。此外,由于可降解地膜的降解特性,其对植株氮素吸收和氮肥利用效率的不利影响弱于聚乙烯残膜。[结论]降解地膜替代聚乙烯地膜具有一定的可行性。

为了适应电动汽车数量和充电需求的急剧增长,从电动汽车用户视角出发,提出了一种在车联网环境下基于改进A*路径规划算法与排队论的电动汽车主动充电引导模型。首先,融入红绿灯等待时间和不走回头路条件,改进A*路径规划算法,利用实际路网状态信息更新路网时空状态矩阵,实时优化电动汽车行驶路径,获取电动汽车充电行驶时间。其次,利用深度置信网络预测充电站电动汽车短时到达量,基于排队论M/G/k模型预测电动汽车充电等待时间。最后,以最小化电动汽车充电行驶时间和充电等待时间为目标,搭建电动汽车主动充电引导模型。以中国南京市中心区域为算例,验证了所提主动充电引导模型的有效性,所提算法能够提高充电桩的利用率并减少电动汽车用户综合充电时间。

Recent developments in additive manufacturing techniques have facilitated the fabrication of fiberreinforced composite materials.In this paper,the mechanical properties and deformation mechanisms of discontinuous and continuous fiber-reinforced composites fabricated by various additive manufacturing techniques are comprehensively reviewed.The effects of fiber type,orientation and weight/volume fraction,printing path,and stacking sequence on the mechanical properties of additively manufactured composites are discussed.In addition,the applications of additively manufactured composites,the main challenges of the current additive manufacturing techniques,and recommendations for future work are also presented.

An Algorithm for Target Detection of Engineering Vehicles Based on Improved CenterNet

Aiming at the problems of low target image resolution,insufficient target feature extraction,low detection accuracy and poor real time in remote engineering vehicle detection,an improved CenterNet target detection model is proposed in this paper.Firstly,EfficientNet-B0 with Efficient Channel Attention(ECA)module is used as the basic network,which increases the quality and speed of feature extraction and reduces the number of model parameters.Then,the proposed Adaptive Fusion Bidirectional Feature Pyramid Network(AF-BiFPN)module is applied to fuse the features of different feature layers.Furthermore,the feature information of engineering vehicle targets is added by making full use of the high-level semantic and low-level fine-grained feature information of the target,which overcomes the problem that the original CenterNet network did not perform well in small target detection and improve the detection accuracy of the network.Finally,the tag coding strategy and bounding box regression method of CenterNet are optimized by introducing positioning quality loss.The accuracy of target prediction is increased by joint prediction of center position and target size.Experimental results show that the mean Average Precision(mAP)of the improved CenterNet model is 94.74%on the engineering vehicle dataset,and the detection rate is 29 FPS.Compared with the original CenterNet model based on ResNet-18,the detection accuracy of this model is improved by 16.29%,the detection speed is increased by 9 FPS,and the memory usage is reduced by 43 MB.Compared with YOLOv3 and YOLOv4,the mAP of this model is improved by 19.9%and 5.61%respectively.The proposed method can detect engineering vehicles more quickly and accurately in far distance.It has obvious advantages in target detection compared with traditional methods.

Crustal structure and variation along the southern part of the Kyushu-Palau Ridge

As an interoceanic arc,the Kyushu-Palau Ridge(KPR)is an exceptional place to study the subduction process and related magmatism through its interior velocity structure.However,the crustal structure and its nature of the KPR,especially the southern part with limited seismic data,are still in mystery.In order to unveil the crustal structure of the southern part of the KPR,this study uses deep reflection/refraction seismic data recorded by 24 ocean bottom seismometers to reconstruct a detailed P-wave velocity model along the ridge.Results show strong alongridge variations either on the crustal velocity or the thickness of the KPR.P-wave velocity model is featured with(1)a crustal thickness between 6–12 km,with velocity increases from 4.0 km/s to 7.0 km/s from top to bottom;(2)high gradient(~1 s^(-1))in the upper crust but low one(<0.2 s^(-1))in the lower crust;(3)a slow mantle velocity between 7.2 km/s and 7.6 km/s in the uppermost mantle;and(4)inhomogenous velocity anomalies in the lower crust beneath seamounts.By comparing with the mature arc in the Izu-Bonin-Mariana arc in the east,this study suggests the southern part of KPR is a thicken oceanic crust rather than a typical arc crust.The origin of low velocities in the lower crust and upper mantle may be related with crustal differentiation,which implies advanced crustal evolution from normal oceanic crust to partly thicken oceanic crust.High velocities in the lower crust are related to the difference in magmatism.

目的单细胞RNA测序解析普通小鼠和糖尿病小鼠全层皮肤缺损创面中CD34^(+)细胞的类型与功能。方法该研究为实验研究。构建CD34^(+)细胞谱系追踪小鼠,实现CD34^(+)细胞在荧光条件下可视化。取6只7~8周龄雄性CD34^(+)细胞谱系追踪小鼠(设为糖尿病组),腹腔注射链脲佐菌素构建糖尿病模型,于小鼠13周龄时在其背部制备全层皮肤缺损创面;另取6只13周龄雄性CD34^(+)细胞谱系追踪小鼠(设为对照组),在其背部制备全层皮肤缺损创面。伤后4 d,分别收集对照组3只小鼠和糖尿病组2只小鼠创面组织,消化制备单细胞悬液,采用荧光活化细胞分选法筛选出CD34^(+)细胞后进行单细胞RNA测序,采用R语言的Seurat 4.0.2程序通过降维可视化和细胞聚类分析CD34^(+)细胞类型并筛选注释各CD34^(+)细胞亚群的标记基因,对2组小鼠创面组织间CD34^(+)成纤维细胞(Fb)、平滑肌细胞、角质形成细胞(KC)、类软骨细胞的差异表达基因(DEG)进行京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)和基因本体论(GO)富集分析,探索细胞功能。结果伤后4 d,2组小鼠创面组织中CD34^(+)细胞均包含7种细胞类型,具体为内皮细胞、Fb、KC、巨噬细胞、T细胞、平滑肌细胞和类软骨细胞,其中Fb细分为5个亚群。与对照组比较,糖尿病组小鼠创面组织中的CD34^(+)内皮细胞、Fb亚群1、Fb亚群4、KC、类软骨细胞占比升高,CD34^(+)Fb亚群2、Fb亚群3和平滑肌细胞占比下降。注释CD34^(+)类软骨细胞、内皮细胞、Fb亚群1、Fb亚群2、Fb亚群3、Fb亚群4、Fb亚群5、KC、巨噬细胞、平滑肌细胞、T细胞的标记基因分别为转移相关肺腺癌转录本1、脂肪酸结合蛋白4、Gremlin 1、补体成分4B、H19印记母源表达转录本、Dickkopf Wnt信号通路抑制剂2、纤维调节蛋白、角蛋白5、CD74分子、G蛋白信号调节蛋白5、可诱导T细胞共刺激分子。KEGG和GO富集分析显示,与对照组比较,糖尿病组小鼠伤后4 d创面组织中CD34^(+)Fb差异表达显著的DEG显著富集于炎症反应、细胞外基质(ECM)组装、细胞增殖调控、衰老相关条目(P值均<0.05),CD34^(+)平滑肌细胞差异表达显著的DEG显著富集于细胞迁移、凋亡过程、转录的正调控、吞噬体等条目(P值均<0.05),CD34^(+)KC差异表达显著的DEG显著富集于线粒体功能、转录、神经退行性疾病相关条目(P值均<0.05),CD34^(+)类软骨细胞差异表达显著的DEG显著富集于节律调控、ECM、病毒感染等相关条目(P值均<0.05)。结论CD34^(+)细胞在普通小鼠和糖尿病小鼠全层皮肤缺损创面愈合过程中均存在高异质性,2种小鼠创面间CD34^(+)细胞亚群差异表达显著的DEG显著富集的相关功能与创面愈合过程紧密相关。
