病例男,62岁,主诉:反复咳嗽1年,加重伴胸痛1天。患者1年前无明显诱因出现咳嗽,咳少量白色痰,1天前咳嗽加重,出现阵发性胸痛,呼吸时疼痛加重,无咯血、咽痛、鼻塞、流涕。入院查体:双肺呼吸音粗,左下肺闻及湿罗音。急诊胸部CT平扫提示左肺下叶支气管扩张并感染,中纵隔迂曲血管影伴纵隔、左侧胸腔积血;胸部CTA检查提示左侧支气管动脉瘤(Bronchial artery aneurysm,BAA)破裂伴纵隔血肿(图1~3)。

The realization of an ideal combination of mechanical and fatigue properties is prerequisites for practical application of titanium(Ti)microalloyed steel in automotive *** fatigue behavior of four Ti microalloyed high-strength beam steels with different Ti contents was systematically *** results show that the content of microalloying element Ti has a significant effect on the fatigue properties,especially in the steel with a high Ti *** the experimental Ti microalloyed steel,inclusion-induced crack initiation is the main fatigue failure *** from general fatigue fracture mechanism in Ti-contained steel,no TiN,which is the most detrimental to fatigue behavior,was found in fatigue crack initiation ***,the large-sized TiN and oxide complex inclusion with a core-shell structure is the dominant cause of fatigue *** of the intense-localized deformation at the interface between complex inclusion and matrix,the angular TiN in the outer shell has a serious deteriorating effect on the fatigue properties,which is consistent with the result of the Kernel average misorientation ***,the modification effect of a small amount of MnS on large-sized inclusion is not obvious and has little effect on the fatigue *** more practical guidance,the critical inclusion sizes of the experimental steels were also investigated by experimental extrapolation *** the increasing tensile strength,the inclusion sensitivity of the experimental steels increases,leading to the small critical inclusion size.

目的分析结核与尘肺所致纤维素性纵隔炎(fibrosing mediastinitis,FM)的CT影像学特征,旨在探索CT征象在鉴别两种病因相关FM的价值。方法统计分析结核组(24例)、尘肺组(22例)病人的以下六组CT特征:1.中央气道表现,包括主气管狭窄、一级支气管狭窄、二级支气管狭窄;2.肺动脉表现,包括肺动脉与主动脉直径比值、肺动脉一级分支狭窄、肺动脉二级分支狭窄、是否继发肺动脉栓塞;3.肺静脉表现,包括肺静脉干狭窄;4.上腔静脉表现,包括上腔静脉狭窄;5.淋巴结表现,包括是否伴随淋巴钙化、测量淋巴结非钙化区CT值;6.其他表现,,包括纤维增殖灶是否呈弥漫分布以及是否呈轻度均匀强化、是否合并心包积液、食道是否受压或粘连性狭窄、是否伴随类似恶性侵袭。结果肺动脉二级分支狭窄(结核4/24、尘肺12/22)、上腔静脉狭窄(结核4/24、尘肺11/22)、淋巴结钙化(结核7/24、尘肺18/22)、淋巴结非钙化区CT值(结核44.0±15.8HU、71.1±16.6HU)有统计学意义,P<0.05;其他指标无统计学意义。结论与结核组相比,尘肺组更易致肺动脉二级分支及上腔静脉狭窄,其淋巴结钙化率及非钙化区域CT值较高。

Through the solubility product theory of the ternary secondary phase,classical nucleation theory,and Ostwald ripening theory,a model was established to describe the thermodynamics and kinetics of(Ti,V)C precipitates in austenite/ferrite(y/α)*** model was used to calculate the volume fraction,precipitation-temperature-time(PTT)curve,and nucleation rate-temperature(NrT)curve of MC(M=Ti,V)precipitates in γ/α matrices in Ti-V microalloyed steels with various Ti/V ratios,which is verified by hardness tester,transmission electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray *** calculations indicate that,by decreasing Ti/V ratio from Ti4V0 steel to Ti0V4 steel,the complete-dissolution temperature decreases monotonically from 1226 to 830℃,and the equilibrium volume fraction of MC pre-cipitated from austenite decreases from 0.333%to 0.091%at 900℃.Moreover,the maximum nucleation temperature of MC precipitated from α matrix decreases from 748 to 605℃and the fastest precipitation temperature decreases from 844 to 675℃as Ti/V ratio *** and NrT diagrams of MC precipitated from α matrices in different Ti-V microalloyed steels all exhibit C-shaped and inverse C-shaped *** addition,both theoretical calculation and experimental results show that when tempered at 600℃for 100 h,Ti2V2 steel shows the largest hardness value of 312 HV among the three steels tested because it has a larger volume fraction(0.364%),a larger precipitate density(1689 μm-2),and the smallest average size(8.4 nm)of(Ti,V)C *** theoretical calculations are consistent with experimental results,which indicates that the thermodynamics and kinetics model for(Ti,V)C precipitates is reliable and accurate.

Data augmentation is an important task of using existing data to expand data *** generative countermeasure network technology to realize data augmentation has the advantages of high-quality generated samples,simple training,and fewer restrictions on the number of generated ***,in the field of transmission line insulator images,the freely synthesized samples are prone to produce fuzzy backgrounds and disordered samples of the main insulator *** solve the above problems,this paper uses the cycle generative adversarial network(Cycle-GAN)used for domain conversion in the generation countermeasure network as the initial framework and uses the self-attention mechanism and channel attention mechanism to assist the conversion to realize the mutual conversion of different insulator *** attention module with prior knowledge is used to build the generation countermeasure network,and the generative adversarial network(GAN)model with local controllable generation is built to realize the directional generation of insulator belt defect *** experimental results show that the samples obtained by this method are improved in a number of quality indicators,and the quality effect of the samples obtained is excellent,which has a reference value for the data expansion of insulator images.

Boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT)is recognized as a precise binary targeted radiotherapy technique that effectively eliminates tumors through the^(10)B(n,α)^(7)Li nuclear *** various neutron sources,accelerator-based sources have emerged as particularly promising for BNCT ***^(7)Li(p,n)^(7)Be reaction is highly regarded as a potential neutron source for BNCT,owing to its low threshold energy for the reaction,significant neutron yield,appropriate average neutron energy,and additional *** study utilized Monte Carlo simulations to model the physical interactions within a lithium target subjected to proton bombardment,including neutron moderation by an MgF_(2)moderator and subsequent BNCT dose analysis using a Snyder head *** study focused on calculating the yields of epithermal neutrons for various incident proton energies,finding an optimal energy at 2.7 ***,the Snyder head phantom was employed in dose simulations to validate the effectiveness of this specific incident energy when utilizing a^(7)Li(p,n)^(7)Be neutron source for BNCT purposes.

Global precipitation change during the Holocene:a combination of records and simulations

Precipitation can shape our climate both in the present and the *** though we have made significant advances in studying the mechanisms of millennial-scale climate changes through high-resolution records,we still cannot quantitatively characterize the global spatiotemporal precipitation variations within the ***,we developed a new approach to integrating data from 349 globally distributed records and climate models to reconstruct regional and global precipitation patterns over the last 12000 *** results reveal that precipitation reconstructions can be divided into monsoon-driven and westerly driven *** results suggest that an arid climate was experienced in the late glacial and early Holocene epoch(~12−7.4 cal ka BP),attaining a middle Holocene optimum(~7.4−3.5 cal ka BP),and drier after the middle *** to our reconstructions,the global precipitation reconstruction increased from the early Holocene until 3.8 cal ka BP and then subsequently *** addition,our reconstructions better reproduce the low-frequency events and extreme precipitation at the millennial scale in the hemispheres,but the performance of the reconstructions in the equatorial Pacific and the Southern Hemisphere of Africa and the Americas is *** resolution of the record and the simulation capability of the climate model remain important means to improve our understanding of past climate change.

To explore the kinetic adsorption under continuous and nonequilibrium states, an integration of continuous measurement and adsorption platform kinetics method was proposed, which was initially called the ICM-AP kinetics method, and a corresponding kinetic adsorption experimental method was developed. Adsorption experiments of europium(Eu) on Ca-bentonite,Na-bentonite, and the D231 cation exchange resin were performed using the ICM-AP kinetics method and continuous measurements. Because the kinetic experimental results observed in this study were different from those of traditional batch adsorption data, pseudo-first-order or pseudo-second-order kinetic models were unsuitable for fitting the experimental ***, a liquid membrane diffusion(LMD) model was developed based on the assumption of simultaneous adsorption/desorption to discuss the mechanism of kinetic adsorption. The kinetic adsorption mechanism was also studied by using *** results indicated that the proposed adsorption model can fit the experimental data more suitably, and the adsorption/desorption behaviors of Eu on bentonite and the D231 resin were simultaneously observed, suggesting that the adsorption kinetics of Eu(Ⅲ) was mainly dominated by hydrated Eu(Ⅲ) ions on the liquid membrane.
