BACKGROUND: To invent a novel cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) time point recorder to synchronously and automatically record the time and to identify its effectiveness in ***: A CPR time point recorder was invented after the doctors were familiar with the traditional Utstein recovery registration mode and mastered the registration time points required. The progress of CPR was simulated. The standard and correct times were recorded, and the doctors performing the recovery collected the data about the times using our CPR time point recorder or the memory registration ***: The deviation times were 21.4±24.7 seconds for the memory group and 3.57±4.58 seconds for CPR time point recorder group. The deviation of times increased signifi cantly depending on the increase of the operation items in the memory group. A similar phenomenon was found in the timer group but with a smaller difference(P<0.01).CONCLUSION: A CPR time point recorder could reduce the deviation of operate-time, especially after a long-time operation, and for procedures with more operating items, compared with the memory mode. It was a more advantageous and accurate method for the Utstein registration.

BACKGROUND:Early reperfusion can effectively treat acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and reduce the mortality signif icantly. This study aimed to compare the role of plasma microRNA-1(miR-1) and cardiac troponin T(cTnT) in early diagnosis of AMI ***:From May 2011 to May 2012,plasma samples were collected from 56 AMI patients and 28 non-AMI controls. The expression of plasma miR-1 was measured by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),and the level of plasma cTnT was measured using electrochemiluminescence-based methods on an Elecsys 2010 Immunoassay Analyzer. SPSS 16.0 was used for the statistical analysis of the results. Data were expressed as mean±standard deviation unless otherwise described. The differences about clinical characteristics between the AMI patients and controls were tested using Student's t test or Fisher's exact test. The Mann-Whitney U test was conducted to compare the expression of microRNAs between the AMI patients and controls. MicroRNAs expression between different intervals of the AMI patients was compared using Wilcoxon's signed-rank test. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was established to discriminate the AMI patients from the ***:In the present study,the expression of plasma miR-1 was signifi cantly increased in the AMI patients compared with the healthy controls(P0.05). The expression of plasma miR-1 was not related to the clinical characteristics of the study population(P>0.05). ROC curve analyses demonstrated that miR-1 was specifi c and sensitive for the early diagnosis of AMI,but not superior to ***:Plasma miR-1 could be used in the early diagnosis of AMI,but it is similar to cTnT.

The textured roll and polished roll were applied instead of the ground roll in a 20-high mill to conduct two-pass rolling of 316L stainless steel strip with thickness of 0.027 *** the two-pass rolling with the textured roll and polished roll(TPR),the surface roughness of the strip is dramatically reduced,and the surface topographical anisotropy index is diminished to 30.9%of the initial *** with the strip rolled using the ground roll in both passes(GGR),the elongation of TPR rolled strip is obviously improved,and the mechanical property anisotropy is greatly *** anisotropy index of tensile strength and elongation are 42.58%and 52.59%of that of GGR rolled strip,which is mainly attributed to the significant decrease of the texture intensity of the strip by TPR *** results indicate that TPR process can obtain the stainless steel ultra-thin strip with smooth and uniform surface topography and good mechanical properties.

A 28-year-old woman with untreated autoimmune disorder, demonstrated skin rash and fever after taking Amoxicillin-clavulanate and developed progressive jaundice. A bone marrow aspiration indicated an increased number of macrophages with hemophagocytosis and liver biopsy showed pure centrilobular cholestasis with necrosis and some absence of portal bile ducts. Furthermore, a serological test for Epstein-Barr virus was positive. Under treatment by liver dialysis and administration of steroids led to rapidly defervescence and clinical improvement. However, liver enzymes were still markedly elevated with persistent anemia, even after immunosuppressive treatment. The patient is currently waiting for liver transplantation. This is the ?rst description of vanishing bile duct syndrome combined with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, with underlying causes including infection, drug-induced factors and untreated autoimmune disorder.

传统近场动力学方法采用积分方程替代连续介质力学中的偏微分方程,获得了对未知函数无光滑限制且更具一般性的方程,使得该方法特别适合模拟裂纹自发萌生和扩展等非连续问题,但高昂的计算成本往往限制了其在实际工程中的应用。采用一种基于快速卷积的近场动力学方法,以提高近场动力学方法的计算效率。该算法采用快速傅里叶变换来完成卷积计算,实现近场动力学方程中积分项的计算,可显著降低近场动力学的计算成本。基于快速卷积近场动力学的计算流程及其数值实现特性,提出了一套适用于该算法的前处理方法,并通过两个含预制裂纹的受拉方板算例验证了该前处理方法的可行性。在此基础上,进一步提出了随机裂纹扩展预测的建模方法,为岩土体随机裂纹扩展的预测研究提供了一个新的可行的思路。

We theoretically investigate the optical second-order sideband generation(OSSG)in an optical parity-time(PT)symmetric system,which consists of a passive cavity trapping the atomic ensemble and an active *** with the double-passive system,it is found that near the exceptional point(EP),the efficiency of the OSSG increases sharply not only for the blue probepump detuning resonant case but also for the red *** experimentally achievable parameters,we study the effect of the atomic ensemble on the efficiency of the OSSG in the PT-symmetric *** numerical results show that the efficiency of the OSSG is 30%higher than that of the first-order sideband,which is realized easily by simultaneously modulating the atom-cavity coupling strength and ***,the efficiency of the OSSG can also be tuned effectively by the pump power,and the efficiency is robust when the pump power is strong *** study may have some guidance for modulating the nonlinear optical properties and controlling light propagation,which may stimulate further applications in optical communications.

Hyphenrones R–X(1–7), seven new polyprenylated acylphloroglucinols derivatives, were isolated from the fruits of Hypericum henryi, together with eight know analogues. Compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated to possess complex caged skeleton, while compounds 3–6 shared a common 3,9-epoxy moiety deriving from the normal polyprenylated acylphloroglucinols with a bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane-2,4,9-trione core. The new structures were elucidated on the basis of the interpretation of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) data, circular dichroism(CD) comparison, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In the bioassay, several compounds exhibited inhibitory activities against human tumor cell lines in vitro.
