The alloying behavior and microstructures of the(CoCrFeNiMn)_(90)M_(10)(M=Al,Hf)high-entropy alloy(HEA)powders fabricated by mechanical alloying were *** CoCrFeNiMn)_(90)Al_(10) powders have duplex solid-solution *** contrast,nanocrystalline HfNi_(3) anchoring in amorphous structures is found in the(CoCrFeNiMn)_(90)Hf_(10) ***(CoCrFeNiMn)_(90)Al_(10) powders show better ferromagnetic behaviors,mainly explained by the facilitated motion of the magnetic domain induced by the coherent interface between duplex *** with our previous work,the rules of forming solid-solution and amorphous phase in as-milled HEA powders are preliminarily *** is found that,compared with the as-cast HEA reported previously,the variation range of mixing enthalpy with atomic size difference of the solid-solution formed in as-milled HEA powders is ***,the variation ranges between mixing enthalpy and entropy with atomic size difference of the amorphous phase in HEA powder become wider than those of high-entropy bulk metallic glass.

The vibrational energy spectra of OH stretch of H_(2)O in both vapour and liquid phases are calculated by using the quantized discrete self-trapping equation of nonlinear quantum *** results obtained are in good agreement with the ***,it is noted that the behaviour of the distribution of energy levels of high excited states obtained here is useful in optical spectrum research.

采用抛光、化学刻蚀和阳极氧化对铝合金表面进行预处理,对聚丙烯用接枝马来酸酐改性,利用自制模具对铝合金与改性聚丙烯进行热压成型,力学性能显示阳极氧化后的搭接试样界面性能最优,拉伸剪切强度达到了4. 5MPa,比抛光后的试样提高了400%,界面失效模式为内聚失效;扫描电镜、接触角和表面能分析结果显示阳极氧化形成的孔洞均匀且孔径细小,铝合金表面活性和表面能显著提高,提高了制件的连接性能。

A static flux chamber method was applied to study natural emissions of methane into the atmosphere in the Yakela condensed oil/gas field in Talimu Basin, Xinjiang, China. In order to learn the expression pattern of GRP1 8(glycine rich protein) gene promoter in transgenic plants and to explore its potential application in plant genetic engineering for vascular specific expression of interested genes, GRP 1 8 promoter was amplified by PCR from Chinese bean genomic DNA. The intermediate vector was constructed by inserting vascular specific expression promoter of GRP 1 8 gene in vector pBI 101. The regenerated tobacco plants obtained were analyzed by PCR to select the putative transgenic plants. The histochemical localization of GUS( β D glucosidase) activity indicates that as for that of GRP 1 8 promoter we can confer the vascular specific expression of GUS gene.

背景:脊柱侧弯的生物力学分析病例数量有限,仅限于对脊柱或下肢独立进行生物力学分析,缺乏对人体多维度整体的评估,难以反映躯干与下肢在日常活动中的运动关系,不利于综合指导临床治疗。目的:通过测量脊柱侧弯患者在步行活动中的脊柱运动学,研究脊柱不同节段及下肢运动学/动力学在步态活动中的关系,以全方位多层次评估脊柱侧弯患者与正常人群在生物力学的差异,为临床防治脊柱侧弯提供循证依据。方法:此研究为一项横断面研究,于2020年7月至2021年6月,在福州大学城、福建中医药大学附属康复医院纳入脊柱侧弯患者28例及同年龄段正常人28例。采用三维运动捕捉系统以100 Hz的采样频率捕捉步态的运动学数据,2块测力台(AMTI 400600,采样频率1500 Hz)嵌于长10 m(数据采集有效长度为4 m),宽2.4 m平地走道采集动力学数据。比较两组受试者执行平地步行时步态时空参数,运动学及动力学参数的差异。所有受试者在纳入后立即接受全脊柱X射线片测量比较两组差异。结果与结论:(1)脊柱侧弯患者肩胛带-躯干相对旋转活动度、胸廓-骨盆相对旋转活动度较正常组小(P<0.05),骨盆旋转活动度相较正常组大(P<0.05)。(2)脊柱侧弯患者髋、膝关节屈伸活动度,髋关节凹凸侧屈伸峰力矩、地反力凸侧内外向峰值较正常组小(P<0.05)。(3)脊柱侧弯患者的膝关节屈伸活动度非对称性指数、肩胛带-躯干相对旋转活动度非对称性指数、胸廓-骨盆相对旋转活动度非对称性指数较正常组大(P<0.05)。(4)上述结果证实,脊柱侧弯患者在平地行走时肩胛带-胸廓-骨盆之间僵硬的运动模式,髋膝关节屈伸活动度减少,髋关节双侧屈伸力矩峰值及地反力凸侧内外向峰值降低。这些特征可以作为康复评估及治疗方案制定的依据。

This paper analyzes the existing conditions of the regionalization of China Yuan in ASEAN theoretically and practically,points out the restricting factors and puts forward the path of the regionalization of China Yuan in ASEAN — with Singapore,Thailand,Malaysia and Indonesia being the pilot countries and realizing regionalization of China Yuan in ASEAN gradually.

Cu,Zn SOD is a highly conserved enzyme and the controversy about its evolutionary possibility in the near future has been lively. In order to further our understanding of the future fate of human Cu,Zn SOD, we adopted a strategy relating to the directed evolution to study how the mutants of human Cu,Zn SOD respond to different oxidative stress. After five rounds of screening, we found a mutant that can survive under harsh pressures and DNA sequencing proves that it shows a mutation responsible for the phenomenon. However, under natural pressure, our screening comes to nothing. Then we may draw the following conclusions: the evolution of biological macromolecules in some respect depends on their surroundings and if they are too familiar with a certain environment, they may embody evolutionary inertia.

为提高水热法制备钾霞石工艺中钾长石硅的利用率及解决该工艺所产生的碱性废液问题,本研究进行了钾长石水热制备钾霞石体系滤液循环实验,探讨了反应时间、反应温度、硅铝比SiO_(2)与Al(OH)3的摩尔比、碱浓度对硅的利用率及产物结构的影响,并对反应历程进行了探究。通过对最优条件下的滤液进行循环实验,探究了循环次数对硅的利用率、产物结构以及工艺稳定性的影响规律,并对改进前后的工艺流程作了对比。结果表明,当反应时间4.0 h、反应温度280℃、硅铝比0.8、碱浓度12 mol/L时,钾长石中硅的利用率可达94.2%,较工艺改进前提高了60%,产物钾霞石物相均一、品质优异,循环工艺稳定。

The elastic constants of superconducting MgB2 are calculated using a molecular dynamics method (MD)with shell model. The lattice parameters, five independent elastic constants, equations of state (EOS), Debye temperature, and bulk modulus of MgB2 are obtained. Meanwhile, the dependence of the bulk modulus B, the lattice parameters a and c, and the unit cell volume V on the applied pressure are presented. It is demonstrated that the method introduced here can well reproduce the experimental results with a reasonable accuracy.
