Preparation and high-frequency soft magnetic property of FeCo-based thin films

A series of FeCo-based thin films were pre- pared by magnetron sputtering without applying an induced magnetic field. The microstructure, electrical properties, magnetic properties and thermal stability of FeCo, FeCoSiN monolayer thin film and [FeCoSiN/SiNx]n multilayer thin film were investigated systematically. When FeCo thin film was doped with Si and N, the resis- tivity and soft magnetic properties of the obtained FeCo- SiN thin film can be improved effectively. The coercivity （He）, resistivity （p） and ferromagnetic resonance frequency （fr） can be further optimized for the [FeCoSiN/SiNx]n multilayer thin film. When the thickness of FeCoSiN layer and SiNx layer is maintained at 7 and 2 nm, the He, p andfr for [FeCoSiN/SiNx]n multilayer thin film are 225 A·m^-1 392 μΩ·cm^-1 and 4.29 GHz, respectively. In addition, the low coercivity of easy axis （Hoe ≈ 506 A·m^-1） of [FeCoSiN/SiNx]n multilayer thin film can be maintained after annealing at 300℃ in air for 2 h.

We present variation patterns of trace elements within different sequences of the Ediacaran Doushantuo Formation(DST,635-551 million years ago),and inside the cells of the earliest differentiated multicellular eukaryotic fossils of the Weng'an biota in the Weng'an County of Guizhou *** results showed that selenium is the most enriched and significantly varied trace element among the 22 trace elements throughout the DST,followed by *** highest selenium and arsenic content sequences are consistent with the first appeared sequence of the earliest differentiated multicellular eukaryotic fossils Megasphaera at the middle to upper parts of the *** secondary ion mass spectrometry analyses show that selenium and arsenic have an inhomogeneous and punctate distribution in the nucleus and *** nucleus has anomalously enriched levels of selenium and arsenic among the *** selenium and arsenic concentrations exhibit a positive correlation with the diversity of fossilized *** new findings give us a clue that the anomalous enrichment of selenium and arsenic might contributes to the cell differentiation in Ediacaran Doushantuo period.

Gallium(Ga)is a critical mineral that plays an irreplaceable role in consumer electronics,clean energy technologies and the aerospace *** competition for gallium resources at the national strategic level has begun to emerge,but gallium resources are unevenly distributed globally,and their presence is not *** discoveries revealed an average gallium concentration of thirty-one samples from M_(1),M_(2),M_(3) and M_(4) stone coal-bearing seams of the Cambrian strata on South Qinling Orogenic Belt in central China is 157 mg/kg(9.98–747 mg/kg),which is 27.6-fold higher than the global hard coal average,as well as the existing association of Mo–V–U–Cd–Zn–Ba–Se–Mg–Ni–Cu *** average of these coal seams are 344 mg/kg(M_(3),44.5–747 mg/kg,n=11),270 mg/kg(M_(4),14.3–270 mg/kg,n=5),53.8 mg/kg(M_(2),22.6–75.4 mg/kg,n=8)and 19.8 mg/kg(M_(1),9.98–34.9 mg/kg,n=7)respectively,as well as the thickness of approximately 6,12,8,and 20 m,which be close to or exceed to the boundary grade standard(30 mg/kg)and minimum recoverable thickness(0.7 m)of gal-lium resources *** findings indicate that the Cambrian stone coal deposits,especially in the middle and late Cambrian period,should be considered as promising alternative sources of *** anomalous gallium-enriched sediments originated from a complex combination of hydrothermal flu-ids,original biomass and terrigenous *** the M_(1) stone coal-bearing seams,gallium most likely occurred in the mode of GaAs,Ga_(x)In_(1-x)As and GaO(OH),while modes of gallium in the M_(2) to M_(4) seams is interrelated with the organic affinity and clay *** crude reserve estimate of gallium resources in central China is approximately 10.06?104 tons,corresponding to a super-large coal-hosted gallium ore *** unique paleogeographic location and geological structure in central China resulted that this newly discovered deposit is a unique type of gallium-enriched deposit that has been di

A linear supramolecular polymer with controllable features based on twisted cucurbit[14]uril(tQ[14])and cucurbit[8]uril(Q[8])was firstly fabricated via an effective self-sorting *** we designed a monomer,1–butyl–1?-(naphthalen-2-ylmethyl)-4,4?-bipyridinium bromide(BNB),that contains bipyridyl,aliphatic butyl and aromatic naphthyl groups,*** host molecules,tQ[14]and Q[8]were employed to develop an effective strategy for constructing a linear supramolecular polymer with con-trollable *** alkyl groups on both sides of BNB could insert into the two cavities of tQ[14],the naphthyl part of BNB viaπ-πstacking in Q[8]cavity,serving as the driving force for supramolecular *** self-sorting of the monomer,tQ[14]and Q[8],led to the formation of the linear supramolecular *** could be achieved by addition of adamantane hydrochloride(AH)which driven two BNB guest molecules out of the Q[8]*** self-sorting strategy has great potential,not only for designing supramolecular polymer materials with different controllable structures through introduction of multiple functional groups,but also for broadening the application of twisted cucurbit[14]uril in supramolecular chemistry.

The Kapchinsky Vladimirsky(K-V)beam through a hackle periodic-focusing magnetic field is studiedusing the particle-core *** beam halo-chaos is found,and an idea of fraction power-law function controller isproposed based on the mechanism of halo formation and the strategy of controlling *** method is appliedto the multi-particle simulation to control the *** numerical results show that the halo-chaos and its regenerationcan be eliminated effectively by using the fraction power-law function control *** the same time,the radialparticle density is uniform at the beam's center as long as the control method and appropriate parameter are chosen.

Effect of directional solidification process on microstructure and stress rupture property of a hot corrosion resistant single crystal superalloy

The influences of different directional solidification processes, i.e., the high rate solidification(HRS) and liquid metal cooling(LMC), on microstructure and stress rupture property of DD488 alloy were investigated. The DD488 alloy was directional solidified by both HRS and LMC processes. The microstructure and stress rupture properties at 980 ℃/250 MPa were investigated by using optical microscopy(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), electron microprobe analyzer(EPMA), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and stress rupture testing. The results indicated that the LMC process refined the primary dendrite arm and decreased the microporosity volume fraction and solidification segregations of Cr and Co in as-cast DD488 alloy. After standard heat treatment of 1,260 ℃/4 h, AC(air cooling) + 1,080 ℃/4 h, AC + 870 ℃/24 h, AC, the γ′ morphology in LMC alloy was more cuboidal than that in HRS alloy, and the γ′ volume fraction of LMC alloy was higher than that of HRS alloy. The stress rupture life at 980 ℃/250 MPa of HRS alloy was 76.8 h, and it increased to 110.0 h in LMC al oy. The LMC process increased the stress rupture life due to the higher γ′ volume fraction, more perfect rafting structure and finer interfacial dislocation networks.

Self-supervised monocular depth estimation has been widely investigated and applied in previous ***,existing methods suffer from texture-copy,depth drift,and incomplete *** is difficult for normal CNN networks to completely understand the relationship between the object and its surrounding ***,it is hard to design the depth smoothness loss to balance depth smoothness and *** address these issues,we propose a coarse-to-fine method with a normalized convolutional block attention module(NCBAM).In the coarse estimation stage,we incorporate the NCBAM into depth and pose networks to overcome the texture-copy and depth drift ***,we use a new network to refine the coarse depth guided by the color image and produce a structure-preserving depth result in the refinement *** method can produce results competitive with state-of-the-art *** experiments prove the effectiveness of our two-stage method using the NCBAM.

The electrochemical reduction of CO2 is a promising solution for sustainable energy research and carbon ***,this solution has been challenged by the lack of active and selective ***,we report a two-step synthesis of 3D ordered mesoporous Cu sphere arrays,which is fabricated by a dual template method using a poly methyl methacrylate(PMMA) inverse opal and the nonionic surfactant Brij 58 to template the mesostructure within the regular voids of a colloidal *** re,the well-ordered 3D interconnected bi-continuous mesopore s structure has advantages of abundant exposed catalytically active sites,efficient mass transport,and high electrical conductivity,which result in excellent electrocatalytic CO2 RR perfo *** prepared 3D ordered mesoporous Cu sphere array(3 D-OMCuSA) exhibits a low onset potential of-0.4 V at a 1 mA cm^-2 electrode current density,a low Tafel slope of 109.6 mV per decade and a long-term durability in 0.1 M potassium *** distinct features of 3 D-OMCuSA render it a promising method for the further develo p ment of advanced electrocatalytic materials for CO2 reduction.
