Herein,we fabricate an embedding structure at the interface between Pt nanoparticles （NPs） and CeO2-{100}nanocubes with surface defect sites （CeO2-SDS） through quenching and gas bubbling-assisted membrane reduction *** in-situ substitution of Pt NPs for atomic-layer Ce lattice significantly increases the amount of reactive oxygen species from 133.68μmol/g to 199.44μmol/*** a result,the distinctive geometric structure of Pt/CeO2-SDS catalyst substantially improves the catalytic activity and stability for soot oxidation compared with the catalyst with no quenching process,i.e.,its T50and TOF values are 332°C and 2.915 h-1,*** with the results of experimental investigations and density functional theory calculations,it is unveiled that the unique embedding structure of Pt/CeO2-SDS catalyst can facilitate significantly electron transfer from Pt to the CeO2-{100}support,and induce the formation of interfacial[Ce-Ox-Pt2]bond chains,which plays a crucial role in enhancing the key step of soot oxidation through the dual activation of surface lattice oxygen and molecular *** a fundamental revelation of the interfacial electronic transmission and corresponding modification strategy contributes a novel opportunity to develop high-efficient and stable noble metal catalysts at the atomic level.

Transmission towers play a crucial role in overhead transmission line systems and are the key target of transmission line *** the help of remote sensing technology,transmission towers can be effectively detected in wide areas at reasonable costs and in a relatively short time ***,it is difficult to identify the type of transmission towers in optical remote sensing images due to detail degradation caused by long-distance and high-altitude *** paper proposes a transmission tower detection method in optical remote sensing images using an oriented object detector and object and shadow joint *** enrich the information,the transmission towers and their shadows are jointly detected through a CenterNet detector with an orientation prediction *** improve the detection accuracy of difficult objects,attention and deformable convolutional network modules are introduced to the backbone and orientation prediction branches,*** the orientation and the aspect ratio of the objects and shadows,a focal loss function with an aspect ratio is employed to further improve the *** and shadow joint detection are separately realized through the one-box and multi-box detection strategies.A transmission tower dataset RSITT labeled with horizontal and oriented boxes is *** conducted on the RSITT dataset have demonstrated that the detection accuracy and recall rate of the proposed joint detection algorithm reached 73.2%and 95.2%.

目的探析优质护理在老年性脑梗死患者护理中的应用价值。方法将2019年1月至2019年12月在我院接受治疗的60例老年性脑梗死患者作为主要对象,运用数字随机表法分组,30例/组。对照组与观察组分别实施常规护理、优质护理,对比两组护理质量。结果在护理前,两组的NIHSS评分、BI指数、SAS评分不存在显著差异;在护理后,两组的上述各项指标较护理前均明显改善,观察组患者护理后的NIHSS评分、SAS评分均明显低于对照组,且BI指数大于对照组,两组差异显著;对照组的并发症率高于实验组,而护理满意度低于实验组,组间对比有差异。结论对老年性脑梗死患者实施优质护理可改善患者的神经功能,增强患者自理水平,并且能够缓解患者焦虑情绪,降低并发症的发生率,且患者满意度高,值得进一步推广应用。

数字技术的进步促进了数智化时代下新兴社会形态的形成,且这种变革正在持续地影响着社会生产方式的转变,进而推动我国老人生活方式的跃迁。基于社会适应理论,智慧养老服务在数字技术的嵌入下所构建的数字模式、搭建的数字平台以及提供的数字设备,为老人晚年生活提供了新的生活方式选择。通过质性研究方法分析,发现老年人在模式认知、平台操作和设备应用等方面存在智慧养老适应困境。为实现老年用户养老服务需求从生存型向发展型的转变,需兼顾老人的心理适应、行为适应和文化适应有效达成。以此提升老年人对智慧养老服务的适应程度,更好满足其晚年美好生活期盼。

Side-Scan Sonar Image Detection of Shipwrecks Based on CSC-YOLO Algorithm

Underwater shipwreck identification technology, as a crucial technique in the field of marine surveying, plays a significant role in areas such as the search and rescue of maritime disaster shipwrecks. When facing the task of object detection in shipwreck side-scan sonar images, due to the complex seabed environment, it is difficult to extract object features, often leading to missed detections of shipwreck images and slow detection speed. To address these issues, this paper proposes an object detection algorithm, CSC-YOLO (Context Guided Block, Shared Conv_Group Normalization Detection, Cross Stage Partial with 2 Partial Convolution-You Only Look Once), based on YOLOv8n for shipwreck side-scan sonar images. Firstly, to tackle the problem of small samples in shipwreck side-scan sonar images, a new dataset was constructed through offline data augmentation to expand data and intuitively enhance sample diversity, with the Mosaic algorithm integrated to strengthen the network’s generalization to the dataset. Subsequently, the Context Guided Block (CGB) module was introduced into the backbone network model to enhance the network’s ability to learn and express image features. Additionally, by employing Group Normalization (GN) techniques and shared convolution operations, we constructed the Shared Conv_GN Detection (SCGD) head, which improves the localization and classification performance of the detection head while significantly reducing the number of parameters and computational load. Finally, the Partial Convolution (PConv) was introduced and the Cross Stage Partial with 2 PConv (C2PC) module was constructed to help the network maintain effective extraction of spatial features while reducing computational complexity. The improved CSC-YOLO model, compared with the YOLOv8n model on the validation set, mean Average Precision (mAP) increases by 3.1%, Recall (R) increases by 6.4%, and the F1-measure (F1) increases by 4.7%. As a prerequisite for sexual reproduction,gametophyte development is an interesting process involving cell proliferation,differentiation and *** has been extensively explored in model plants,but the regulatory mechanism of gametophyte development largely remains unknown in Cucurbitaceae *** present study,we have shown that watermelon ClBBM and ClPLT2,two AP2/ERF transcription factors,participated in both male and female gametophyte *** and Clplt2 single mutants resembled wild-type phenotypes in both vegetative and reproductive *** Clbbm/Clplt2 double mutant showed partial pollen abortion and bore less seeds comparing to *** results indicated that the abnormal pollen grains were caused by premature tapetum degeneration,and reduced seed-set was due to faulty embryo sac *** and ClPLT2 were expressed in FG4 embryo sacs,and their transcripts were also detectable in the tapetum and microspore of stage 9 anthers,which was consistent with developmental stages of defective phenotypes observed in double *** expression of genes essential for tapetum development,ClATM1,ClAMS,ClMS1 and ClMS188,was decreased in Clbbm/Clplt2 double ***,the transcriptome analysis indicated that ClBBM and ClPLT2 participated in tapetum and pollen wall development by regulate cell cycle,transmembrane transport,glucan and cellulose metabolic ***,ClBBM and ClPLT2 were functionally redundant in regulating gametophyte development in watermelon,and their functions differ from their homologous genes in model plant Arabidopsis.
