BACKGROUND Thrombocytopenia 2,an autosomal dominant inherited disease characterized by moderate thrombocytopenia,predisposition to myeloid malignancies and normal platelet size and function,can be caused by 5’-untranslated region(UTR)point mutations in ankyrin repeat domain containing 26(ANKRD26).Runt related transcription factor 1(RUNX1)and friend leukemia integration 1(Fli1)have been identified as negative regulators of ***,the positive regulators of ANKRD26 are still *** To prove the positive regulatory effect of GATA binding protein 2(GATA2)on ANKRD26 *** Human induced pluripotent stem cells derived from bone marrow(hiPSC-BM)INTRODUCTION Ankyrin repeat domain containing protein 26(ANKRD26)acts as a regulator of adipogenesis and is involved in the regulation of feeding behavior[1-3].The ANKRD26 gene is located on chromosome 10 and shares regions of homology with the primate-specific gene family *** to the Human Protein Atlas database,the ANKRD26 protein is localized to the Golgi apparatus and vesicles,and its expression can be detected in nearly all human tissues[4].Moreover,UniProt annotation revealed that ANKRD26 is localized in the centrosome and contains coiled-coil domains formed by spectrin helices and ankyrin repeats[5,6].The most common disease related to ANKRD26 is thrombocytopenia 2(THC2),which is a rare autosomal dominant inherited disease characterized by lifelong mild-to-moderate thrombocytopenia and mild bleeding[7-9].Caused by the variants in the 5’-untranslated region(UTR)of ANKRD26,THC2 is defined by a decrease in the number of platelets in circulating blood and results in increased bleeding and decreased clotting ability[8,10].Due to the point mutations that occur in the 5’-UTR of ANKRD26,its negative transcription factors(TFs),Runt related transcription factor 1(RUNX1)and friend leukemia integration 1(Fli1),lose their repression effect[11].The persistent expression of ANKRD26 increases the activi

CFRP及EWSS复合加固震损双层高架桥框架式桥墩恢复力模型研究

为研究碳纤维布(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer,CFRP)及外包型钢(Externally Wrapped Steel Section,EWSS)复合加固震损双层高架桥框架式桥墩的恢复力模型,对1榀原型对比试件、1榀无预损加固试件和2榀遭受不同地震损伤加固试件进行了低周往复加载破坏试验,获取了滞回曲线并提取骨架曲线,分析其滞回特性,提出一种弹性段和强化段为双折线、下降段为指数函数且考虑初始损伤的骨架曲线模型;采用试验数据回归拟合方法,定量描述了试件滞回曲线卸载刚度的退化规律,考虑了同级加载承载力退化和定点指向特征,建立了恢复力模型。研究结果表明:复合加固试件滞回曲线捏缩现象明显,呈倒S型,各滞回环分别相交于骨架曲线上正向、负向荷载为屈服荷载0.25倍的点,峰值荷载后EWSS产生包辛格效应;所提出的骨架曲线模型对中度震损和重度震损加固试件下降段指数函数的参数k建议取值分别为3.6和3.4;所建立的骨架曲线模型和恢复力模型计算结果与试验实测结果吻合较好,可为该类结构弹塑性地震反应分析提供依据。

为探究3种因素钢纤维、聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)纤维和矿粉对钢-PVA混杂纤维高性能混凝土(hybrid fiber high performance concrete,HFHPC)高温后残余力学性能的影响。对钢纤维、PVA纤维和矿粉3种因素各取3个水平,采用L_(9)(3^(3))方案进行正交设计,测试HFHPC遭受高温作用后的立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度,并进行极差与方差分析。结果表明:钢纤维体积分数为2.0%时可以有效提高HFHPC的各项强度。PVA纤维能够抑制混凝土爆裂,与钢纤维混杂可体现优势互补。800℃时,当钢纤维体积分数为2.0%、PVA纤维体积分数为0.3%、矿粉掺量为10%时,HFHPC的抗压强度残余率与劈拉强度残余率达到最高,分别为60.23%和74.5%。当矿粉掺量大于10%时,HFHPC抗压强度可显著提高,而劈拉强度与抗折强度略有下降。最后分别建立了HFHPC立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的预测模型。

为了研究钢-聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)混杂纤维对高性能混凝土(high performance concrete,HPC)的增强增韧效果,以钢纤维体积分数、PVA纤维体积分数和矿粉掺量为三因素,采用正交试验,设计并制作16组试件,进行四点加载和三点加载弯曲试验,获取了荷载(P)-跨中挠度(δ)曲线和荷载(P)-裂缝张口位移(crack mouth opening displacement,CMOD)曲线,测定了28 d龄期后的弯曲韧性和断裂性能等。研究表明:混凝土中掺入钢纤维或PVA纤维,P-δ曲线和P-CMOD曲线都变得更加饱满,对其有较为明显的增强增韧效果;特别是当两种纤维和一定量的矿粉掺入混凝土中,曲线下降段趋势变得更加平缓,混掺纤维高性能混凝土试件比单掺纤维混凝土试件具有更好的变形能力,掺入1.5%的钢纤维、0.2%的PVA纤维和20%的矿粉的效果最佳,对弯曲韧性和断裂性能的提升最为显著,具有不错的正混杂效应。

We investigate the uniqueness problems of meromorphic functions and their difference operators by using a new *** is proved that if a non-constant meromorphic function f shares a non-zero constant and ∞ counting multiplicities with its difference operators Δcf(z) and Δ_(c)^(2)f(z), thenΔcf(z)≡Δ_(c)^(2)f(z).In particular,we give a difference analogue of a result of *** method has two distinct features:(ⅰ) It converts the relations between functions into the corresponding *** makes it possible to deal with the uniqueness problem by linear algebra and combinatorics.(ⅱ) It circumvents the obstacle of the difference logarithmic derivative lemma for meromorphic functions of infinite order,since this method does not depend on the growth of the ***,the idea in this paper can also be applied to the case for several variables.

Congenital bilateral absence of the vas deferens(CBAVD)is observed in 1%–2%of males presenting with infertility and is clearly associated with cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator(CFTR)*** is one of the most well-known genes related to male *** frequency of CFTR mutations or impaired CFTR expression is increased in men with nonobstructive azoospermia(NOA).CFTR mutations are highly polymorphic and have established ethnic *** with F508Del in Caucasians,the p.G970D mutation is reported to be the most frequent CFTR mutation in Chinese patients with cystic ***,whether p.G970D participates in male infertility remains ***,a loss-of-function CFTR p.G970D missense mutation was identified in a patient with CBAVD and *** retrospective analysis of 122 Chinese patients with CBAVD showed that the mutation is a common pathogenic mutation(4.1%,5/122),excluding polymorphic ***,we generated model cell lines derived from mouse testes harboring the homozygous Cftr p.G965D mutation equivalent to the CFTR variant in *** Cftr p.G965D mutation may be lethal in spermatogonial stem cells and spermatogonia and affect the proliferation of spermatocytes and Sertoli *** spermatocyte GC-2(spd)ts(GC2)Cftr p.G965D cells,RNA splicing variants were detected and CFTR expression decreased,which may contribute to the phenotypes associated with impaired ***,this study indicated that the CFTR p.G970D missense mutation might be a pathogenic mutation for CBAVD in Chinese males and associated with impaired spermatogenesis by affecting the proliferation of germ cells.
