Our previous study found that rat bone marrow–derived neural crest cells(acting as Schwann cell progenitors)have the potential to promote long-distance nerve ***-based therapy can enhance peripheral nerve repair and regeneration through paracrine bioactive factors and intercellular ***,the complex contributions of various types of soluble cytokines and extracellular vesicle cargos to the secretome remain *** investigate the role of the secretome and extracellular vesicles in repairing damaged peripheral nerves,we collected conditioned culture medium from hypoxia-pretreated neural crest cells,and found that it significantly promoted the repair of sensory neurons damaged by oxygen-glucose *** mRNA expression of trophic factors was highly expressed in hypoxia-pretreated neural crest *** performed RNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis and found that miR-21-5p was enriched in hypoxia-pretreated extracellular vesicles of neural crest ***,to further clarify the role of hypoxia-pretreated neural crest cell extracellular vesicles rich in miR-21-5p in axonal growth and regeneration of sensory neurons,we used a microfluidic axonal dissociation model of sensory neurons in vitro,and found that hypoxia-pretreated neural crest cell extracellular vesicles promoted axonal growth and regeneration of sensory neurons,which was greatly dependent on loaded ***,we constructed a miR-21-5p-loaded neural conduit to repair the sciatic nerve defect in rats and found that the motor and sensory functions of injured rat hind limb,as well as muscle tissue morphology of the hind limbs,were obviously *** findings suggest that hypoxia-pretreated neural crest extracellular vesicles are natural nanoparticles rich in ***-21-5p is one of the main contributors to promoting nerve regeneration by the neural crest cell *** helps to explain the mechanism of action of the secretome and e

联合误差修正的工况环境污染物动态预测模型

为提高工况环境污染物预测模型的泛化能力,构建联合误差修正的工况环境污染物动态预测模型。利用自适应白噪声的完备经验模态分解对时间序列进行分解,计算各分量样本熵进行聚合;对高频分量利用变分模态分解进行二次分解,采用长短时记忆网络LSTM进行预测。为保证模型的长期预测精度,引入动态误差修正策略,构建ELM误差分析模型提取误差特征,实时调整误差分析模型实现动态预测。通过实例分析,该模型提升了污染物排放浓度的预测精度,进一步保障了企业生产的连续性。

目的探究神经电生理监测技术(NEPM)对微创经椎间孔入路腰椎体间融合术(MIS-TliF)中神经功能保护的效果。方法前瞻性选取2021年7月—2023年7月贵州中医院大学第二附属医院80例患者,并随机分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组采用常规全身麻醉,做好术后并发症护理及随访,实验组在对照组基础上实施NEPM。所有手术由同一团队执行,术中监测包括运动诱发电位(MEP)和感觉诱发电位(SEP)、肌电图。比较两组患者围手术期指标、术前术后JOA评分、腰椎前凸角度和冠状面Cobb角差值,以及MEP、SEP和肌电图监测结果。结果两组患者围手术期指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组手术前后JOA评分、腰椎前凸角度和冠状面Cobb角的差值均高于对照组(PliF术后神经功能损伤的风险。建议在类似手术中广泛应用以提高神经保护效果。

Comparison of BSA Release Behavior from Electrospun PLGA and PLGA/Chitosan Membranes

In order to encapsulate and controlled-release bioactive proteins,three fibrous membranes,i.e.,poly（L-lactide-co-glycolide）（PLGA）,hybrid PLGA and chitosan（H-PLGA/CS）,and core/shell PLGA/CS （C-PLGA/CS）,were produced by emulsion electrospinning,co-electrospinning and coaxial electrospinning,*** serum albumin（BSA） was selected as a model *** loading efficiency of BSA in the PLGA membrane was 1.56%,lower than those of H-PLGA/CS（5.98%） and C-PLGA/CS（4.80%）.BSA release profiles from the three membranes showed initial burst releases in the first 7 d and then sustained release for 28 *** releases at the end of the releasing period,28 d,from the above three membranes were nearly 63%,88% and 94%,respectively,indicating that the introduction of chitosan and the core/shell fiber structure could enhance BSA release *** addition,all these electrospun membranes could retain their fibrous morphologies after in vitro release of BSA for 28 d.

Dams are often operated in a way to discharge over the spillways,which would cause a high dissolved concentration of air and be harmful to *** bubble transfer and the water surface transfer play an important role in affecting the concentration of the Total Dissolved Gas（TDG）.Based on recent numerical simulations of the total dissolved gas saturation,in this article,a two-phase TDG transport equation is adopted to develop an unsteady three-dimensional（3-D） two-phase flow Computational Fluid Dynamics（CFD） model,including a number of parameters such as water depth,pressure and air volume *** model is used to predict the hydrodynamics and the TDG distribution under unsteady discharge *** agreement between measured and numerical results is obtained for a case study.

Extracting compressive stress-strain curve based on stick-slip shear banding process in bulk metallic glasses

Based on the stick-slip process,an effective method to extract the stress-strain curve directly from the crosshead displacement-load raw data in compression of bulk metallic glasses was *** method was tested in two bulk metallic glass samples with different plasticities and shear band *** extracted stress-strain curves were found to well resemble the stress-strain curve measured by a laser *** addition,the extracted curve could resolve fine structures of serrated flow much better than that measured by extensometer,thus facilitating the study of shear banding *** obtained by this method made the stick-slip dynamics of shear banding valid,and this method could be employed to obtain the real strain of small-sized metallic glass samples where extensometer cannot be applied.

Dear editor,Uterine pyometra is a rare disease that mostly affects elderly women and is usually *** is defined as an accumulation of pus in the uterine cavity caused by genital tract malignancy or benign cervical diseases such as senile cervicitis,cervical polyps,or remaining intrauterine devices after menopause.[1]The incidence of spontaneous uterine perforation due to pyometra is extremely low,ranging from 0.01%to 0.05%.[2]Although it has low morbidity,it can progress to diffuse peritonitis,and the mortality rate associated with septic shock is as high as 25%-40%.[3]It is still difficult for emergency doctors to provide an accurate diagnosis and perform surgery on ***,we present a rare case of a 72-year-old woman who was diagnosed with spontaneous uterine perforation of pyometra and successfully treated with an emergency laparotomy.

A novel application of horseradish peroxidase:Oxidation of alcohol ethoxylate to alkylether carboxylic acid

A novel application of horseradish peroxidase （HRP） in the oxidation of alcohol ethoxylate to alkylether carboxylic acid in the present of H2O2 was reported in this paper. We propose the mechanism for the catalytic oxidation reaction is that the hydrogen transfers from the substrate to the ferryl oxygen to form the α-hydroxy carbon radical intermediate. The reaction offers a new approach for further research structure and catalytic mechanism of HRP and production of alkylether carboxylic acid.
