Background:Patients with refractory or relapsed acute myeloid leukemia(AML)have poor survival,necessitating the exploration of optimized therapeutic ***,we aimed to investigate clinical outcomes and health-related quality of life(HR-QoL)after total therapy,which included allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT),and prophylactic donor lymphocyte infusion(DLI)in the early phase after transplantation,followed bymultiplemeasurable residual disease(MRD)and graft-versus-host disease(GvHD)-guided ***:Consecutive patients who had refractory or relapsed AML and had received non-T-cell-depleted allo-HSCT at Peking University Institute of Hematology were included in the *** the patients achieved complete remission at 30 days after transplantation and had no evidence of relapse,severe infection,organ failure,and active GvHD at the time of planned DLI,prophylactic DLI was administered at 30 days after transplantation for human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-matched related HSCT or at 45-60 days after transplantation for haploidentical or unrelated ***,multiple DLIs were administered based on MRD results and whether they developed GvHD after ***:A total of 105 patients were ***-seven patients received prophylactic DLI(group B),while 18 did not receive prophylactic DLI(group A).Among 105 patients,the cumulative incidence of grade 2-4 acute GvHD and chronic GvHDwas 40.6%(95%confidence interval[CI]=30.6%-50.6%)and 73.3%(95%CI=67.4%-79.2%),*** cumulative incidence of relapse(CIR),transplant-related mortality(TRM),and leukemia-free survival(LFS)at 5 years after transplantation were 31.5%(95%CI=21.9%-41.1%),22.1%(95%CI=11.3%-32.9%),and 46.4%(95%CI=36.8%-56.0%),*** group B,the CIR,TRM,and LFS at 5 years after transplantation were 27.6%(95%CI=17.6%-37.6%),21.6%(95%CI=11.2%-32.0%),and 50.8%(95%CI=40.0%-61.6%),*** the end of follow-up,48 patients survived,and more than 90

Accurate aerodynamic distribution perception and real-time flight state evaluation are crucial for flight safety,e.g.,stall ***,the observations are usually sparse due to limitations in sensor mounting space and cost,and a reconstruction technology is urgently ***,a machine learning-assisted assimilation method based on sparse observations has been *** from the traditional reconstruction methods focusing on boundary condition correction,the proposed method formulates the flow field pressure distribution as a linear superposition of flow field modes,thereby forming a real-time reconstruction pattern that combines offline modal extraction using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)with real-time determination of modal weights using a neural *** this study,CFD simulations were conducted under 800different operating conditions for common modal extraction and model *** weights of these modes were determined online based on merely five observations for reconstructing the full pressure field.A pressure reconstruction with a relative error of 6.1%and a mean square error of 0.003 was achieved within the prescribed condition *** computational cost was just2 ms for each reconstruction run,significantly faster than the 20 min required by the classical reconstruction ensemble transform Kalman *** also showed that the method maintains almost the same accuracy amidst 1.5%measurement *** practical examples,shock waves and the change of lift coefficient were analyzed using the proposed method,providing remarkable evidence for the capability of the method in supporting stall *** validate the method’s effectiveness and explore its potential in real-time and accurate monitoring of an aircraft.

Background： The dose of certain cell types in allografts affects engraftment kinetics and clinical outcomes after allogeneic stem cell transplantation （SCT）. Hence, the present study investigated the association of cell compositions in allografts with outcomes after unmanipulated haploidentical SCT （haplo-SCT） for patients with acquired severe aplastic anemia （SAA）. Methods： A total of 131 patients with SAA who underwent haplo-SCT were retrospectively enrolled. Cell subsets in allografts were determined using flow cytometry. To analyze the association of cellular compositions and outcomes, Mann-Whitney U nonparametric tests were conducted for patient age, sex, weight, human leukocyte antigen mismatched loci, ABO-matched status, patient ABO blood type, donor-recipient sex match, donor-recipient relationship, and each graft component. Multivariate analysis was performed using logistic regression to determine independent influence factors involving dichotomous variables selected from the univariate analysis. Results： A total of 126 patients （97.7%） achieved neutrophil engraftment, and 121 patients （95.7%） achieved platelet engraftment. At 100 days after transplantation, the cumulative incidence of II-IV acute graft-versus-host disease （GVHD） was 32.6%. After a median follow-up of 842 （range： 124-4110） days for surviving patients, the cumulative incidence of total chronic GVHD at 3 years after transplantation was 33.7%. The probability of overall survival at 3 years was 83.0%. Multivariate analysis showed that higher total doses of CD14＋（P = 0.018） and CD34＋ cells （P 〈 0.001） were associated with a successful platelet engraftment. A successthl platelet was associated with superior survival （P 〈 0.001）. No correlation of other cell components with outcomes was observed. The widespread interest in layered P2-type Mn-based cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries（SIBs）stems from their cost-effectiveness and abundant ***,the inferior cycle stability and mediocre rate performance impede their further development in practical ***,we devised a wet chemical precipitation method to deposit an amorphous aluminum phosphate（AlPO4,denoted as AP） protective layer onto the surface of P2-type Na0.55Ni0.1Co0.7Mn0.8O2（NCM@AP）.The resulting NCM@5AP electrode,with a 5 wt% coating,exhibits extended cycle life(capacity retention of78.4% after 200 cycles at 100 mA g-1) and superior rate performance(98 mA h g-1at 500 mA g-1) compared to pristine ***,our investigation provides comprehensive insights into the phase stability and active Na+ion kinetics in the NCM@5AP composite electrode,shedding light on the underlying mechanisms responsible for the enhanced performance observed in the coated electrode.
