Effects of Sub-zero Celsius Treatment and Tempering on the Stability of Retained Austenite in Bearing Steel

In this work, the influence of sub-zero Celsius treatment and tempering on the mechanical and thermal stability of retained austenite in beating steel were assessed by tensile test and DSC. Compared with traditional quenched and tempered treatment, sub-zero Celsius treatment obviously decreases the volume fraction of retained austenite. Moreover, the mechanical stability of retained austenite was enhanced due to the accumulation of compressive stresses in retained austenite after sub-zero Celsius treatment and tempering. Meanwhile, the morphology of retained austenite changed from film-like to blocky with austenitization temperature increasing, and the mechanical stability of film-like retained austenite is higher than that of blocky one. The DSC results showed that the activation energy of retained austenite decomposition slightly increased through sub-zero Celsius treatment and tempering. This result may probably be ascribed to partitioning of carbon during tempering. However, the temperature at which retained austenite starts to decompose is unchanged.

Corrosion mechanism of automotive mufflers was investigated by SEM （scanning electron microscope） and XRD （X-ray diffractomer） analysis. 409L and newly developed 439M steels were evaluated in terms of condensate corrosion tests for 5 periods, 10 periods and 20 periods separately. The relative lifetimes of 409L and 439M steels were predicted according to the extreme value analysis method and pitting corrosion models. Modelling studies dem- onstrated that the predicted relative lifetime of 439M ferrite stainless steel is 6.8 times that of 409L steels. The extreme value analysis method was also successfully used in the road test. The estimated maximum corrosion depth of the 439M muffler is 0. 55 ram.

Background and purpose Early haematoma expansion is determinative in predicting outcome of intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH)*** aims of this study are to develop a novel prediction model for haematoma expansion by applying deep learning model and validate its prediction *** Data of this study were obtained from a prospectively enrolled cohort of patients with primary supratentorial ICH from our *** developed a deep learning model to predict haematoma expansion and compared its performance with conventional non-contrast CT(NCCT)*** evaluate the predictability of this model,it was also compared with a logistic regression model based on haematoma volume or the BAT *** A total of 266 patients were finally included for analysis,and 74(27.8%)of them experienced early haematoma *** deep learning model exhibited highest C statistic as 0.80,compared with 0.64,0.65,0.51,0.58 and 0.55 for hypodensities,black hole sign,blend sign,fluid level and irregular shape,*** the C statistics for swirl sign(0.70;p=0.211)and heterogenous density(0.70;p=0.141)were not significantly higher than that of the deep learning ***,the predictive value for the deep learning model was significantly superior to that of the logistic model of haematoma volume(0.62;p=0.042)and the BAT score(0.65;p=0.042).Conclusions Compared with the conventional NCCT markers and BAT predictive model,the deep learning algorithm showed superiority for predicting early haematoma expansion in ICH patients.

Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common arrhythmia in clinical practice. It has a high prevalence and poor prognosis. The application of antiarrhythmic drugs and even surgery cannot completely treat the disease, and there are many sequelae. AF can be classified into the category of "palpitation" in Chinese medicine according to its symptoms. Acupuncture has a significant effect on AF. The authors find that an important mechanism of acupuncture in AF treatment is to regulate the cardiac vagus nerve. Therefore, this article intends to review the distribution and function of vagus nerve in the heart, the application and the regulatroy effect for the treatment of AF.

Ordered mesoporous materials have received great attention due to their well-defined pore structures and potential applications in catalysis,adsorption,separation,drug delivery,*** various compositions of mesoporous solids have been successfully prepared,the preparation of crystalline non-metallic oxyacid salts with ordered mesoporosity remains a major ***,we report the synthesis of a mesoporous solid acid crystalline boron phosphate(BPO_(4))catalyst with a bicontinuous shifted double diamond(SDD)hyperbolic surface *** BPO_(4) scaffold was obtained by synergistic selfassembly in a mixed solvent of water and tetrahydrofuran using the diblock copolymer poly(ethylene oxide)-block-polystyrene as template and phosphoric acid and orthoboric acid as inorganic *** structure consists of two sets of diamond networks adjacent to each other with a mesostructural scale tetragonal symmetry(space group I4_(1)/amd)with unit cell parameters of a=80 nm and c=113 nm,which affords the scaffold a specific surface area of 44 m^(2)/*** a solid acid catalytic material,the SDD BPO_(4) scaffold exhibited excellent catalytic activity at room temperature with a conversion of furfural to 2-(dimethoxymethyl)furan over 70%and can be reused after recovery without serious loss of *** the propane oxidative dehydrogenation reaction,SDD BPO_(4) demonstrated high olefin productivity and selectivity while maintaining high reaction *** study provides ideas for the preparation of ordered mesoporous crystalline catalytic materials and demonstrates their potential for practical applications.

Contrary to the solar system, most exoplanet systems detected hitherto are close-in and compact. One typical system is TRAPPIST-1, which has seven nearly co-planar terrestrial planets all within the orbit of Mercury,including three in the habitable zone. To evaluate the differences in developing sophisticated gravity theories from the solar system, we use N-body integrations to simulate ephemeris and reproduce some important astronomy phenomena observed on the potentially habitable planet TRAPPIST-1e. Retrograde motions of other planets last1–2 orders of magnitude shorter than in the solar system, but occur much more frequently. Transit events of all inner planets can be observed steadily. Except for Kepler's first law, which is hard to notice for low eccentricities of planets, the other two laws can then be precisely verified in 102days, because the areas swept by planets vary by?0.01% and the observed semimajor axes and periods result in constants with theoretical and observation accuracies both ?2%. However, the mean motion correlation implies that the Great Inequality is not always apparent between one pair of planets like Jupiter and Saturn. Furthermore, general relativity can hardly be discovered because it gives rise to perihelion precession of inner planets only ～0.1% of gravity precession, dozens of times smaller than Mercury. Our results support the possibility of developing part of gravity theories by potential exo-civilizations in compact systems like TRAPPIST-1.
