In this paper,a visible light-responsive Sn^(2+)and N co-doped TiO_(2)photocatalyst was prepared by facile one-pot hydrothermal *** as-prepared samples were characterized in detail by a series of characterization *** results showed that the Sn^(2+)and N elements were co-doped into TiO_(2),while the catalyst still maintains anatase crystal structure and gets irregular little nanocluster in diameter of 9–10 nm with higher specific surface *** absorption edge of Sn^(2+)and N co-doped TiO_(2)extends to the visible light *** with Sn^(2+)-doped TiO_(2)and N-TiO_(2),the absorption edges have obvious red-shift of about 50 and 70 nm,*** synergistic effect of O 2p-N 2p and O 2p-Sn 5s hybridization to form impurity levels is the main reason for the *** hydrogen production performance of the Sn^(2+)and N co-doping TiO_(2)(n(N)/n(Ti)=1)catalyst reached the maximum value of 0.37 mmol·h^(-1)·g^(-1)under visible light,which is higher than that of N-doped TiO_(2)and SnTiO_(2)-doped TiO_(2)*** result is due to the wider visible light region-responsive ability of Sn^(2+)and N codoped into TiO_(2).Furthermore,mild hydrothermal methods will not make the Sn^(2+)oxidized to Sn^(4+),which make the catalysts still maintain high photocatalytic *** work provides a simple and mild method for the preparation of dual-element co-doped TiO_(2)with high crystallinity,excellent performance and broad application prospects.

It is of great significance for deep oil and gas exploration to understand the origin and evolution behind *** occurs in the deep Shahezi Formation of Xujiaweizi fault ***,due to limited degree of exploration,there are some problems in the study area,such as unclear understanding of the origin of overpressure and the vague investigation of overpressure *** clarify the impact of overpressure on oil and gas migration and accumulation in the study area,this study focuses on the research of the origin and evolution of overpressure in the Shahezi Formation of the study area,utilizing single well logging parameters and combining methods such as microthermometry of fluid inclusions,laser Raman spectrum,and basin *** results show that the overpressure of the Shahezi Formation in Xujiaweizi fault depression is primarily generated by hydrocarbon generation pressurization,and the evolution of overpressure is closely related to hydrocarbon *** development of overpressure can be divided into two evolutionary stages:early hydrocarbon generation pressurization and late uplift release,with slight variations in different *** glutenite gas reservoirs in the Shahezi Formation are characterized by continuous *** overall charging period ranges from the late Denglouku to the early Mingshui(110-67 Ma ago).There is an obvious paleo-overpressure during the gas reservoir formation *** gas generation period of source rocks occurred approximately 125-60 Ma ago,and the main gas generation period(112-67 Ma ago)highly coincides with the period of natural gas *** anomalously high pressure during the accumulation period is considered the significant driving force for natural gas *** addition,the sustained effect of overpressure provides better conditions for the preservation of tight gas reservoirs within the *** results of the study are of guiding significance for the in-depth expl

Implementing quantum wireless multi-hop network communication is essential to improve the global quantum network system. In this paper, we employ eight-level GHZ states as quantum channels to realize multi-hop quantum communication, and utilize the logical relationship between the measurements of each node to derive the unitary operation performed by the end node. The hierarchical simultaneous entanglement switching(HSES) method is adopted, resulting in a significant reduction in the consumption of classical information compared to multi-hop quantum teleportation(QT)based on general simultaneous entanglement switching(SES). In addition, the proposed protocol is simulated on the IBM Quantum Experiment platform(IBM QE). Then, the data obtained from the experiment are analyzed using quantum state tomography, which verifies the protocol's good fidelity and accuracy. Finally, by calculating fidelity, we analyze the impact of four different types of noise(phase-damping, amplitude-damping, phase-flip and bit-flip) in this protocol.

效率与公平一直是国家资源配置的基本原则,而知识资本配置的效率和公平关系到区域统筹与协调发展。在系统分析国家知识资本区域配置水平、效率、均等化及其相互关系的基础上,构建综合测量模型,并通过2010-2014年中国大陆30个省市的面板数据进行实证分析。研究发现:各省市知识资本配置水平相对较低但平稳增长,在空间布局上与经济发展水平大致趋同;区域知识资本配置效率具有较高水平,但在空间布局上与配置水平差异显著;知识资本浪费情况普遍严重,不利于区域间协调发展,部分欠发达省市可能会陷入"贫困陷阱";区域知识资本配置均等化指数偏低,知识资本的空间配置表现不均衡。最后,基于研究结论,提出了优化国家知识资本区域配置的建议。

Targeting the PD-1/PD-L1 axis with small-molecular inhibitors is a promising approach for ***,we identify a natural pentacyclic triterpenoid,Pygenic Acid A(PA),as a PD-1 signaling *** exerts anti-tumor activity in hPD-1 knock-in C57BL/6 mice and enhances effector functions of T cells to promote immune responses by disrupting the PD-1 signaling ***,we identify SHP-2 as the direct molecular target of PA for inhibiting the PD-1 signaling ***,mechanistic studies suggest that PA binds to a new druggable site in the phosphorylated PD-1 ITSM recognition site of SHP-2,inhibiting the recruitment of SHP-2 by *** together,our findings demonstrate that PA has a potential application in cancer immunotherapy and occupying the phosphorylated ITSM recognition site of SHP-2 may serve as an alternative strategy to develop PD-1 signaling *** addition,our success in target recognition provides a paradigm of target identification and confirmation for natural products.

Constituting 6.5%to 19.6%of all stroke cases worldwide,non-traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)represents the most devastating form of stroke,with aging,male gender,and hypertension being important risk factors that predispose individuals to ICH[1,2].Injuries following episodes of ICH can be classified into two forms,namely(1)primary injury arising from mechanical pressure exerted by the hematoma on adjacent tissues,(2)secondary injury resulting from oxidative stress and inflammation mediated by blood cell degradation products and coagulation factors[3].

为鉴定花生油体蛋白(Oleosin)基因家族成员并分析其结构与功能,通过隐马尔可夫模型(Hiddne Markov Model,HMM)搜索二倍体野生花生Arachis duranensis和A. ipaensis蛋白质数据库,利用生物信息学在线软件对其理化性质、基因结构、基因定位进行分析预测,荧光定量PCR(quantitative real-time PCR, qRT-PCR)技术分析这些基因在花生不同组织器官及不同逆境处理条件下的表达模式。共获得7个AdOleosin基因和6个AiOleosin基因。除Aiole-2为酸性蛋白质外其他成员均为碱性蛋白。其结构以α-螺旋为主,存在2~3个跨膜区域,且有保守的中心疏水区和高度保守的脯氨酸结。AdOleosin和AiOleosin基因家族的染色体定位相似,在1和6号染色体没有定位,在4和7条染色体上各有3个家族成员。上游调控序列预测分析显示Oleosin基因存在大量的激素及逆境胁迫应答元件,PCR结果表明,Oleosin基因在花生根、茎、叶等组织中受干旱、盐及ABA胁迫诱导上调表达。且Oleosin基因在花生种子中表达量与温度有关。研究结果为深入研究Oleosin基因家族的生物学功能及花生抗逆品种的研究提供了支撑。

目的探索透明带糖蛋白基因（zona pellucida glycoprotein4，ZP4）单核苷酸多态性（single nucleotide polymorphisms，SNPs）位点rs547984、rs540782、rs693421、rs2499601多态与四川地区原发性开角型青光眼（primary open-angle glaucoma，POAG）的关联性。方法应用SNaPshot法对336例POAG患者和768名正常对照者进行基因分型。结果ZP4基因SNPs位点rs547984、rs540782、rs693421、rs2499601在POAG病例组与对照组的等位基因频率的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；单倍体型分析表明这4个SNPs产生的单倍体型GGAG在对照组与病例组之间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论ZP4基因SNPs位点rs547984、rs540782、rs693421、rs2499601多态可能与四川地区POAG无关联。
