The concentration difference in the near-surface region of lithium metal is the main cause of lithium dendrite *** this issue will be key to achieving high-performance lithium metal batteries(LMBs).herein,we construct a lithium nitrate(LiNO_(3))-implanted electroactiveβphase polyvinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene(PVDF-HFP)crystalline polymorph layer(PHL).The electronegatively charged polymer chains attain lithium ions on the surface to form lithium-ion charged *** channels act as reservoirs to sustainably release Li ions to recompense the ionic flux of electrolytes,decreasing the growth of lithium *** stretched molecular channels can also accelerate the transport of Li *** combined effects enable a high Coulombic efficiency of 97.0%for 250 cycles in lithium(Li)||copper(Cu)cell and a stable symmetric plating/stripping behavior over 2000 h at 3 mA cm^(-2)with ultrahigh Li utilization of 50%.Furthermore,the full cell coupled with PHL-Cu@Li anode and Li Fe PO_(4) cathode exhibits long-term cycle stability with high-capacity retention of 95.9%after 900 ***,the full cell paired with LiNi_(0.87)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.03)O_(2)maintains a discharge capacity of 170.0 mAh g^(-1)with a capacity retention of 84.3%after 100 cycles even under harsh condition of ultralow N/P ratio of *** facile strategy will widen the potential application of LiNO_(3)in ester-based electrolyte for practical high-voltage LMBs.

Role of feline ANP32 proteins in regulating polymerase activity of influenza A virus

Recently, increasing natural infection cases and experimental animal challenge studies demonstrated domestic cats are susceptible to multiple subtypes influenza A virus(IAV) infections. Notably, some subtype IAV strains could circulate in domestic cats after cross-species transmission and even infected humans, posing a threat to public health. Host factors related to viral polymerase activity could determine host range of IAV and acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32(ANP32) is the most important one among them. However, role of cat-derived ANP32on viral polymerase activity and host range of IAV is still unknown. In the present study, a total of 10 feline ANP32(feANP32) splice variants(including 5 feANP32A, 3 feANP32B, and 2 feANP32E) were obtained from domestic cats by RT-PCR. Sequence alignment results demonstrated amino acid deletions and/or insertions occurred among feANP32 variants, but all feANP32 proteins were primarily localized to cell nucleus. Minigenome replication systems for several representative IAV strains were established and the support ability of feANP32on IAV polymerase activity was estimated. The results indicated that most feANP32A and feANP32B splice variants were able to support all the tested IAV strains, though the support activity of a single feANP32 protein on polymerase activity varied among different IAV strains. In addition, the role of feANP32 in supporting H3N2 canine influenza virus was determined by investigating viral replication in vitro. Collectively, our study systematically investigated the support activity of feANP32 on IAV, providing a clue for further exploring the mechanism of susceptibility of cats to IAV.

机器人应用能否成为培育对外贸易新动能的推手,对于中国在双循环格局下实现对外贸易高质量发展至关重要。本文基于国际技术贸易理论,在厘清机器人应用影响企业出口内在逻辑的基础上,使用中国工业企业数据库和中国海关数据库的微观数据,采用双重差分倾向得分匹配法实证检验了机器人应用对企业出口的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:机器人应用显著扩大了企业出口规模,这一正向影响在劳动密集型企业中更为显著。机制检验结果显示,机器人应用通过提高生产率和产品质量促进企业出口,实现了效率和质量的双赢。贸易分解结果显示,机器人应用显著提升了企业出口的扩展边际和数量边际,对集约边际和价格边际的影响不显著。进一步分析发现,企业会进口更多种类和更高质量的进口中间品来匹配机器人应用。本文的研究表明,企业通过应用机器人可望实现质量和效率的双赢,推动对外贸易转型升级。

Safety and feasibility of enhanced recovery after surgery-based management model for ambulatory pediatric surgical procedures

BACKGROUND There is still some room for optimizing ambulatory pediatric surgical procedures,and the preoperative and postoperative management quality for pediatric patients needs to be *** To discuss the safety and feasibility of the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)-based management model for ambulatory pediatric surgical *** We selected 320 pediatric patients undergoing ambulatory surgery from June 2023 to January 2024 at The First People’s Hospital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous *** these,220 received ERAS-based management(research group)and 100 received routine management(control group).General information,postoperative ambulation activities,surgical outcomes(operation time,postoperative gastro-intestinal ventilation time,and hospital stay),postoperative pain visual analogue scale,postoperative complications(incision infection,abdominal distension,fever,nausea,and vomiting),and family satisfaction were *** The general information of the research group(sex,age,disease type,single parent,family history,etc.)was comparable to that of the control group(P>0.05),but the rate of postoperative(2 h,4 h,and 6 h after surgery)ambulation activities was statistically higher(Phe research group had lower visual analogue scale scores(Phe control group(P=0.001).The research group had higher family satisfaction than the control group(P=0.007).CONCLUSION The ERAS-based management model was safe and feasible in ambulatory pediatric surgical procedures and worthy of clinical promotion.

当前,裂缝识别与监测一直是桥梁结构健康监测的重要研究内容。在桥梁结构现场检测与监测中,传统的裂缝识别与监测技术尚不足以满足实际工程的时效性和精确性需求,尤其是裂缝监测技术。基于深度学习的裂缝图像识别极大提升了裂缝检测的效率和精度,但目前仅能获得特定时刻的裂缝信息,缺乏对裂缝产生和演化过程的监测能力,而这些信息对混凝土结构服役安全量化和科学评价具有重要意义。鉴于此,对基于深度学习的裂缝识别与监测方法进行了系统研究,分析和讨论了裂缝数据集构建基准,改进优化了裂缝目标检测和语义分割算法,提出一种多任务集成一体化实时识别算法,并建立了该模型推理效果评价方法,优化了裂缝参数计算方法,最终形成了裂缝识别及动态扩展自动化实时监测方法。结果表明:所提出的裂缝智能识别与监测方法可以对新裂缝的产生和既有裂缝的全局演化实现良好追踪,监测数据可以为桥梁结构当前服役性能的科学量化评估提供支撑。

激光辅助CBN砂带磨削工艺结合了激光对材料的软化改性以及砂带磨削的高效材料去除和高表面完整性,可以实现对高强韧TC4钛合金的低损伤高性能加工。通过激光辅助CBN砂带磨削TC4钛合金实验,研究了激光功率对磨削力、材料去除行为和表面完整性的影响规律。结果表明:增大激光功率可以提高材料软化改性程度,降低磨削力及其波动振幅,激光功率最大时法向磨削力降低57.2%,切向磨削力降低68.7%;随着材料软化程度的提高,材料去除行为发生了从韧性去除向塑性去除的转变,表面的韧性撕裂和磨削损伤减弱,表面质量、表面一致性和表面残余压应力提高,激光功率最大时表面粗糙度达Ra1.23μm,表面残余压应力达94.6 MPa;激光辅助CBN砂带磨削表面渗入了大量的N和O元素,表面的Ti元素以TiN和TiO_(2)和金属Ti三种状态存在,引入的N和O元素将提高表面的耐磨和耐腐蚀性能。希望本研究能为激光辅助加工钛合金等难加工材料的去除行为及表面完整性研究提供借鉴。
