It is of great significance to design epoxy coatings with superior antibacterial properties and high adhesive properties, as well as excellent processing, superior durability, and high transparency. However, it is still a challenge because of the common complex design and synthesis. herein, the bio-based monomer protocatechuic acid(PCA) was used as raw material, the catechol structure with high bonding and antibacterial properties was introduced into the flexible alkane segment of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(EGDE) through an efficient, and green method, and it was cured with isophorone diamine(IPDA) to prepare corresponding thermosets. The cured resins exhibited excellent allaround qualities, particularly in bonding and antibacterial. When 30% PCA was added to pure epoxy resin, the adhesion between substrate and coating increased from 4.40 MPa to 13.60 MPa and the antibacterial rate of coating against E. coli and S. aureus could approach 100%. All of this is due to the fact that the catechol structure present in PCA has the ability to interact with various substrates and alter the permeability of bacterial cell membranes. The architecture of this method offers a fresh approach to dealing with the issues of challenging raw material selection and complex synthesis techniques.

研究目的:中低速磁悬浮铁路是一种新型交通运输系统,其路基-轨道梁结构对系统的安全性、运行稳定性和乘坐舒适性有重要影响。为简单合理确定车辆荷载作用下路基-轨道梁结构的挠度和内力以便为实际工程设计提供理论依据,基于Winkler弹性地基上的Timoshenko梁模型,建立中低速磁悬浮铁路路基轨道梁计算方法。研究结论:(1)通过拟静力法将车辆动力荷载转换为等效惯性力,结合梁体边界条件,采用Laplace变换方法,推导出了竖向集中荷载作用下轨道基础梁的挠度和内力的计算公式,并通过室内模型试验和现场测试进行了验证;(2)轨道基础梁的挠度和弯矩沿梁体长度均呈中间大、两端小的抛物线型分布模式,二者理论值与试验值的最大误差分别约为10%、5.6%;(3)梁体剪力沿长度呈跨中为零的线性分布,理论值与试验值最大误差约为5%;(4)本文所建立的计算方法可为中低速磁悬浮铁路路基轨道梁的实际工程设计提供参考。

Offset-tracking is an essential method for deriving glacier flow rates using optical ***-2(S2)and Landsat-8/9(L8/9)are popular optical satellites or constellations for polar studies,offering high spatial resolution with relatively short revisit time,wide swath width,and free *** evaluate and compare the precision of offset-tracking results yielded with these two kinds of data,in this study S2 and L8/9 imagery observed in Petermann Glacier in Greenland,Karakoram in High-Mountains Asia,and Amery Ice Shelf in the Antarctic are *** and various systematic error sources in the offset-tracking results including orbital and strip errors were analyzed and eliminated at the pre-process *** at the off-glacier(bare rock)region was evaluated by presuming that no deformation occurred;then for both glacierized and the off-glacier regions,precision of velocity time series was evaluated based on error propagation *** least squares method based on connected components was used to solve flow rates time series based on multi-pair images *** results indicated that S2 achieved slightly higher precision than L8/9 in terms of both single-pair derived displacements and least square solved daily flow rates time ***,the RMSE of daily velocity is 26%lower for S2 than L8/***,S2 provided higher temporal resolution for monitoring glacier flow rates.

Magnetic reconnection processes in three-dimensional(3D)complex field configurations have been investigated in different magneto-plasma systems in space,laboratory,and astrophysical ***-dimensional(2D)features of magnetic reconnection have been well developed and applied successfully to systems with symmetrical property,such as toroidal fusion plasmas and laboratory experiments with an axial *** in asymmetric systems,the 3D features are inevitably different from those in the 2D *** reconnection structures in multiple celestial body systems,particularly star-planet-Moon systems,bring fresh insights to the understanding of the 3D geometry of ***,we take magnetic reconnection in an ancient solar-lunar terrestrial magneto-plasma system as an example by using its crucial parameters approximately estimated already and also some specific applications in pathways for energy and matter transports among Earth,ancient Moon,and the interplanetary magnetic field(IMF).Then,magnetic reconnection of the ancient lunar-terrestrial magnetospheres with the IMF is investigated numerically in this *** a 3D simulation for the Earth-Moon-IMF system,topological features of complex magnetic reconnection configurations and dynamical characteristics of magnetic reconnection processes are *** is found that a coupled lunar-terrestrial magnetosphere is formed,and under various IMF orientations,multiple X-points emerge at distinct locations,showing three typical magnetic reconnection structures in such a geometry,i.e.,the X-line,the triple current sheets,and the A-B null *** results can conduce to further understanding of reconnection physics in 3D for plasmas in complex magnetic configurations,and also a possible mechanism for energy and matters transport in evolutions of similar astrophysical systems.

Serving as targeting ligands,aptamers have shown promise in precision ***,the lack of knowledge of the biosafety and metabolism patterns in the human body largely impeded aptamers’clinical *** bridge this gap,here we report the first-in-human pharmacokinetics study of protein tyrosine kinase 7 targeted SGC8 aptamer via in vivo PET tracking of gallium-68(^(68)Ga)radiolabeled *** specificity and binding affinity of a radiolabeled aptamer,named ^(68)Ga[Ga]-NOTA-SGC8,were maintained as proven in *** preclinical biosafety and biodistribution evaluation confirmed that aptamers have no biotoxicity,potential mutation risks,or genotoxicity at high dosage(40 mg/kg).Based on this result,a first-in-human clinical trial was approved and carried out to evaluate the circulation and metabolism profiles,as well as biosafety,of the radiolabeled SGC8 aptamer in the human *** advantage of the cutting-edge total-body PET,the aptamers’distribution pattern in the human body was acquired in a dynamic fashion.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)are regarded as promising energy storage devices due to their low cost,high capacity,and ecological ***,the severe dendritic growth and side reactions hinder their practical applicability ***,an ultrathin Cu coating layer(~200 nm)is decorated on zinc foils via filtered cathodic vacuum arc deposition technology,aiming to achieve high-performance *** Cu layer effectively suppresses chemical corrosion and hydrogen evolution reactions and enables preferential(002)Zn deposition during the stripping/plating ***,the Cu@Zn anode represents an elongated cycle life over 4,000 h at 2 mA·cm^(-2)/2 mAh·cm^(-2).Even in conditions of high current density of 5 and 10 mA·cm^(-2),the Cu@Zn anode shows prolonged cycling stability exceeding 4000 and 2000 h,*** advantages also bring high Coulombic efficiency of 99.87%under 5 mAh·cm^(-2)in Cu@Ti||Zn half-cell over 1500 ***,the Cu@Zn||MnO_(2)full cell demonstrates a superior cyclability with a specific capacity of 203 mAh·g^(-1)after 500 cycles a1 A·g^(-1).

以2005—2022年中国家族上市公司为样本,实证研究二代接班对家族企业战略惯性的动态影响,并进一步考察中国传统文化的调节作用。研究发现:二代部分接班显著提升家族企业的战略惯性,二代完全接班则显著降低家族企业的战略惯性。企业嵌入浓厚的地方宗族文化氛围会削弱二代部分接班对于家族企业战略惯性的下降效应;较强的地方投机文化嵌入则会增强二代部分接班以及完全接班后战略惯性的延续程度。对二代接班人个体特征的异质性分析表明,二代性别、出生世代和教育背景也会对其接班后的企业战略惯性产生一定影响。

近期,在琼东南盆地崖城13-1气田首次钻探了潜山领域自营井,并获得了商业性发现,使得该气田焕发出新的生机。为进一步挖潜崖城13-1构造区的勘探价值,需要明确其油气的来源,以供落实该区的资源潜力。利用新老钻井样品的分析化验资料,从油气的地球化学特征入手,精细分析了崖城13-1气田油气的成因类型和分布规律,明确了油气的来源。结果表明:崖城13-1气田天然气均为煤型气,南、北2块的天然气和凝析油特征存在明显差异。天然气干燥系数“北干南湿”,烃类气碳同位素组成“北重南轻”,成熟度“北高南低”;北块凝析油密度、黏度、凝点及含蜡量均比南块高,北块凝析油中芳烃含量及姥植比也明显比南块高。这种差异主要与油气的母质构成及成熟度有关,北块生烃母质中陆源输入更多,南块低等水生生物贡献增多。进一步油源对比发现,崖城13-1气田北块油气具有“双源”特征,既有来自北块本地崖城组煤系烃源岩的贡献,又有来自临近莺歌海凹陷渐新统烃源岩的贡献;南块油气则主要来自崖南凹陷崖城组陆源海相偏腐泥型的源岩贡献。
