Direct reduction based on hydrogen metallurgical gas-based shaft furnace is a promising technology for the efficient and low-carbon smelting of vanadium-titanium ***,in this process,the sticking of pellets occurs due to the aggregation of metal-lic iron between the contact surfaces of adjacent pellets and has a serious negative effect on the continuous *** paper presents a detailed experimental study of the effect of TiO2 on the sticking behavior of pellets during direct reduction under different *** showed that the sticking index(SI)decreased linearly with the increasing TiO2 *** phenomenon can be attributed to the increase in unreduced FeTiO3 during reduction,leading to a decrease in the number and strength of metallic iron interconnections at the sticking *** the TiO2 addition amount was raised from 0 to 15wt%at 1100°C,the SI also increased from 0.71%to 59.91%.The connection of the slag phase could be attributed to the sticking at a low reduction temperature,corresponding to the low sticking ***,the interconnection of metallic iron became the dominant factor,and the SI increased sharply with the increase in re-duction ***2 had a greater effect on SI at a high reduction temperature than at a low reduction temperature.

Vitamin E (VE) is an essential lipid-soluble vitamin that improves the fish flesh quality. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate the effects of VE on growth performance and flesh quality in sub-adult grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella). A total of 450 fish (713.53 ± 1.50 g) were randomly divided into six treatment groups (three replicates per treatment) and fed for nine weeks with different experimental diets (dietary lipid 47.8 g/kg) that contained different levels of VE (5.44, 52.07, 96.85, 141.71, 185.66, and 230.12 mg/kg diet, supplemented as dl-α-tocopherol acetate). Notably, the treatment groups that were fed with dietary VE ranging from 52.07 to 230.12 mg/kg diet showed improvement in the percent weight gain, special growth rate, and feed efficiency of grass carp. Moreover, the treatment groups supplemented with dietary VE level of 141.71, 185.66, and 230.12 mg/kg diet showed enhancement in crude protein, lipid, and α-tocopherol contents in the muscle, and the dietary levels of VE ranging from 52.07 to 141.71 mg/kg diet improved muscle pH24hand shear force but reduced muscle cooking loss in grass carp. Furthermore, appropriate levels of VE (52.07 to 96.85 mg/kg diet) increased the muscle polyunsaturated fatty acid content in grass carp. Dietary VE also increased the mRNA levels of fatty acid synthesis-related genes, includingfas,scd-1,fad,elovl,srebp1,pparγ, andlxrα, and up-regulated the expression of SREBP-1 protein. However, dietary VE decreased the expression of fatty acid decomposition-related genes, includinghsl,cpt1,acox1, andpparα, and endoplasmic reticulum stress-related genes, includingperk,ire1,atf6,eif2α,atf4,xbp1,chop, andgrp78, and down-regulated the expression of p-PERK, p-IRE1, ATF6, and GRP78 proteins. Shear-thinning hydrogels have emerged for endoscopic submucosal dissection,while wound intervention after surgery has rarely been ***,a catechol-modified chitosa n hydrogel with shear-thinning property was developed for simultaneously facilitating endoscopic submucosal dissection and postoperative wound *** from the shear-thinning and self-healing characteristics,the asprepared hydrogel showed easily endoscopic *** also performed very well as submucosal cushion,which could remain above 70%after injection for 120 min in ex vivo porcine large intestine *** fact,the cushion height of normal saline dramatically decreased to 46%of the initial height at 30 *** nanoparticles encapsulated into the network endowed the hydrogel with almost reached 100%antibacterial effect against *** and *** hemolysis ratio of the hydrogel was calculated to be as low as 0.8%.Combined with good hemocompatibility and cytocompatibility,the as-prepared hydrogel displayed much higher in vivo wound closu re and healing efficacy than normal *** results demonstrated the superiority of the shear-thinning chitosan hydrogel in facilitating clinical endoscopic submucosal dissection surgery.

Nanozymes are next-generation of nanomaterials with enzyme-like *** particular,nanozymes with peroxidase(POD)-like activity have been utilized in various fields,including antibacterial,detection,degradation,***,their extensive applications were limited by their low catalytic activity ***,we have presented a composite nanozyme based on attapulgite(ATP)(Fe-ATP-MoS_(2)(FAM)),which exhibited enhanced POD-like activity(185.33 U·mg^(−1)),4.25 times higher than that of Fe-MoS_(2)(FM)(43.63 U·mg^(−1)).The density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicated that the addition of ATP increased the electron density of metal centers(Mo and Fe).More importantly,Michaelis–Menten kinetics revealed that the introduction of ATP significantly enhanced the binding affinities of substrates through the pores of ATP,forming a highly concentrated substrate microenvironment and thus promoting its POD-like ***,from molecular size and kinetic analysis,we proposed that the changes in substrate size before and after oxidation also significantly affected its Michaelis-constant(Km)***,we utilized FAM in the applications of highly effective antibacterial application and sensitive detection of glutathione(GSH).In conclusion,this work provides a novel approach for designing a highly efficient nanozyme based on natural mineral composites.
